  1. I really like Kate's wreath. I was afraid that the frosting to biscuit ratio was off and would overpower the delicious sounding biscuits. I think thought Alex should have won the episode.
  2. Keith and Evan robbed again. Their room was gorgeous and zen. The grout didn't look bad on camera.
  3. I agree. If I had to pick a house to live in, it would be there's. Like MartyQui said I hope the extra bedroom gives them the win.
  4. The docks were too small to do much of anything. The pergola was the only good idea out there. The hammock sounded promising but didn't work in the end. You need a dock to load/unload, maybe launch a paddle board and a place to sit with a cocktail or coffee and watch the boats. It is absolutely not the place for a giant sculpture. The Twins and Keith/Evan's looked too sparse but the Baumler's and Mitch/Page's looked overcrowded. The solar panels probably added the most value but not a design element for a show like this, might help them in the end. The balconies all kinda looked overdone/crowded to me, much like the pool deck/backyards. I think the Baumler's were the right choice for the pergola, the outdoor fireplace warming up the balcony and I loved the rock garden/bonsai tree.
  5. The screens were "blind style" so are not really going to keep out bugs. I like the twins because their style is less beige/sanitized but the patio was a miss for me overall. I liked the subtle color of their hot tub tiles and also their pavers, which ended up getting lost with everything else going on.
  6. Keith and Evan absolutely deserved the backyard win, every other space was way overdone.
  7. Jay is very understanding of the ghosts but I'm glad he got mad and frustrated. Imagine having your portion of the business go unfunded/bankrupt because your partner won't release money that belongs to a ghost. A ghost who can never, ever spend it, like, ever. He has to draw the line somewhere. ]
  8. I though Olivia and Curry were really harsh on the wife. I understand having to eliminate her as a potential suspect, but it was over the top with nothing to base it on other than "some alibis are performative". She had a totally different approach with the actual suspect. I miss the courtroom.
  9. Yes, they would have totally taken the week 1 win instead of the bs tie from this week. I did like the Baumler's ceiling (and I didn't think I would when they were describing it) but the rest of their look was blah. Paige/Mitch's bed lift looked like an expensive malfunction waiting to happen. The twins over did the pink a bit in the bathroom but I love than they don't rely on minimalist beige. Their other bathroom was gorgeous and colorful.
  10. The real Babe never talked to Truman again. I'm not convinced her deathbed thoughts were of him considering the relationship with some/all of her own children was complicated to say the least. Just thinking she might have been more haunted by her daughter refusing to see her then a friend who sold her out without remorse. Loved the swan in the tub though.
  11. I'm thinking because we didn't see her get sucked off, she's not really gone. We didn't see cholera boy. Highlight if the episode for me, Hetty flicking Pete's arrow when he waffled on telling the ghosts to back downstairs.
  12. Yes! Liv you literally car jacked someone a few episodes ago because you can't see straight in the Maddie case.
  13. My first thought was Lennie Briscoe is spinning in his grave.
  14. Where was the liner? In evidence but not tested? Or just thrown out and then retrieved and tested? The wife and victim’s angst and reluctance might have made more sense if there was some element of doubt. Either, she couldn’t positively ID him or he was brought in under dubious circumstances or treated unfairly. If they wanted a season arc and explore bias, unconscious and overt, they could have made Maddie a missing Black or Brown girl. Underrepresentation of cases on missing Black and Brown women and girls is well documented. The smash and grab at the police station was so dumb. Liv yelling they’re just teenagers and for the one cop to put down her weapon, then sighing, where’s my backup. They’re right there, but you’re yelling at them to stop.
  15. So, we’re supposed to empathize with a rapist? Great, he took accountability, throw the book at him. Sexual assault is ridiculously underreported and under sentenced with the victim being traumatized again and a-fuckin-gain. But, now, if he’s feeling unseen and says sorry…. My god, what an episode. Of all the ways they could have done a racial injustice story, this was not it.
  16. Wendy 100% knew what Nneka was talking about. Her body language and immediate need to talk to Mia was a dead give-away. I still don't like Nneka though. I wish they were smart enough to realize that Ashley played them both. They could have formed a powerful alliance but I think they are too blinded by jealousy of the other.
  17. Robyn is trauma bonded to Juan. I had to fast forward through their scenes, it's too uncomfortable. She needs a lot of therapy. I though Dylan was going to get pulled off that counter and land on his head. Jeez, mom and nanny there and no one stopped that nonsense. The TH looks are not good this year. Wow. Also, I love Gizelle's crazy house because it's all her.
  18. Sai realized she had to dial it way back to repair her reputation. Ubah for whatever reason decided to dial it way the fuck up.
  19. Lenore! I was hoping somehow she’d be spared. Verna tried to save Morrie but Lenore actually did, so I was thinking maybe she won her soul back. Great bit of acting on Bruce Greenwoods part with just a look when he realized Auggie was seeing Madeline and she wasn’t a hallucination.
  20. What an exhausting petty season! Sai, you are obsessed with Jessel. I don't know why but there is no denying it. How are you so twisted into a knot about her fucking husband's fucking plane ticket? Why does she need to share the itinerary and any and all changes? It obviously a mile run and not tied to a specific date/event, which is what they have been saying all along! How is any of this proof of her lying? And, Sai and your boring bland husband, she did try to open up to you and find common ground (albeit it was a bit awkward) and you threw it back in her face. Erin was chomping at the bit to get into that stupid parrot mask, wasn't she? I think Jessell doesn't react to their mean girl bs in the way they expect, and they just can't process it. I am embarrassed Erin was my early favorite.
  21. I'd be pissed it someone joked with my husband about divorcing me AND getting with that person. Yeah, yeah, she flirts with everyone, doesn't make it cool. Erin did overreact though and was looking for a reason to be mad. I wonder how close this was to Lizzy's exit? Lizzy and Erin are real life friends. It seemed like she was pissed in general and wanted a fight. Sai looked ridiculously "influencer in the wild" walking into the wreath event. Her looks don't look organic. Jenna probably spends as much time as Sai curating her outfits, but the outcome is so different. Jenna looks unique, comfortable and like she did try too hard. Sai is the exact opposite. And, why, does no one in this group know how to accept a gift? It is so gross. If Jessel just said thank you to the hideous green nightie she wouldn't have to watch a clip of her in it every show.
  22. I thought the bungalow was a steal for all that land, especially compared to what she got for the same price range off island and in the townhome. The shared bedroom wall in the townhome would have been a deal breaker for me. In the bungalow, during the reveal, the barn door in the living room was open to what appeared to be a small dining room. It was kept closed during the initial walk through and they specified that the island was the only option for dining. I really wanted to see that room.
