  1. New preview clip up. About Tamra's "take the Beadors down" comment. It is amazing that even after receiving all this heat, Tamra still sticks to her lies and still tries to smear Shannon's character (alcoholic, insane, etc). She is truly awful.
  2. Didn't there used to be, like, an ask Wanda column on E! online where you could ask spoiler questions about your favorite TV shows? Does that still exist? Or a version of it somewhere? The Danielle Gregorio Mystery would be the perfect question for something like that. Or someone should put the question to Alex McCord and see if she knows anything. I do have a friend who works on RHoA - maybe I could see if she knows of someone who knows of someone...
  3. Oh, I never liked Ms. Terry. Hated him from the beginning - I always thought he was an entitled, self-obsessed prick with a hidden mean streak about a mile wide. Couldn't stand Heather either. That whole, "When everyone says you're dead, it's time to lie down" business was so offensive and condescending. You can imagine how delicious this season has been for me!
  4. Every once in a while, it dawns on me anew that Alex and Simon named their kids Francois and Johan. I just can't.
  5. Hahahahaha Tamra has wholesale deleted several of her last FB posts - presumably because she was tired of deleting all the individual negative comments people were writing in response. Seriously, five of her last posts are completely gone now. And they weren't even controversial on her part - just scores of scathing responses. Looks like Tams cannot stand the OC heat!
  6. In Heather's defense (shudder), I don't think she is saying "I asked you to leave my house" in the reunion previews as a way of contradicting Shannon - I think she is actually agreeing with Shannon - basically saying, "Yes, it's true, I did ask you to leave, I kicked you out of my house." Her tone and demeanor seem pretty contrite when you watch it.
  7. I believe I was the one to start calling Terry by Miss Terry. The intention wasn't to equate him with all women, and thereby insult women as a whole, it was more about the fact that he participates in this show like he is one of the housewives. He is in all the petulant drama. As opposed to husbands like Christian, David and Eddie, who pretty much stay out of it. Kind of like how everyone in Atlanta kept saying Peter wants to be a holding a peach. Terry seems desperate to be one of the housewives - and, for that reason, he will always be "Miss Terry" to me!
  8. My favorite tweet has to be this one to Miss Terry: "You and your wife are not nice people. You are both manufactured elitists. I can't take you seriously because u look like a turtle"
  9. Ha! Then she could ask Miss Terry to be a bridemaid at her wedding!
  10. This doesn't surprise me. After all, a home is ultimately supposed to be a home. The place where you live and feel comfortable. I have to imagine it is hard to feel at home in 50,000 square feet. One of my first jobs in Hollywood was a personal assistant to very successful TV producers (currently "Modern Family") and they built their own home. Was it big? Yes. But it was nowhere near the monstrosity you see on these shows. And it felt like an actual home. There was a kitchen where people congregated, and a living room next to the kitchen where people watched TV, and the bedrooms were all on one upstairs hallway. Just because you can have 50,000 feet doesn't mean you should. Coincidentally, this job sometimes had me fielding calls from none other than Camille Grammer - this was way back before The Real Housewives was even a glimmer in Andy Cohen's eye. But, to keep this on topic, the DuBrows suck and Ms. Terry sucks the hardest of all.
  11. I think there is so much truth in it. We all saw - on camera - that Tamra was gearing up for an anti-Heather campaign at the start of the season. She literally gave Heather the middle finger behind her back while cozying up to Shannon at that first dinner party. I think Tamra was setting the "self-destruct" timer on her friendship with Heather and over-zealously embracing Shannon as part of it. Tamra has shown time and time again that she will distort and exaggerate the "truth" depending how it suits her needs in the moment. I can so see her bitching about Heather to Shannon in such a way. I can also envision an alternate version of this season where Tamra completely turns against Heather and uses all this famously-denied ammunition against her (i.e. "You said Terry wants to take down the Beadors!"). I think what Tamra didn't anticipate was that 1) she would actually go back to liking Heather 2) some of the gossip she spread would get back to the Beadors (re: the e-mail). Suddenly, Tamra had a whole bunch of messes to clean up as a result of playing both sides against each other. She was sloppy this season.
  12. I agree Maggie was a strong player, but I don't put her in the same league as Will, Dan, June or Danielle for two reasons: 1) her back was never really against the wall - she started out in the majority alliance and pretty much just had to keep her members together, which leads me to 2) she didn't really show any strategy per se. My take on Maggie is that what you see is what you get - she was a bitch and she kept her tribe together by reinforcing the common enemy. It turned out to be good strategy in a season so divided, but it showed no "game" strategy. She did not ever navigate shifting alliances, shifting house dynamics or weird upsets. She never showed foresight about what was coming down the line and made key changes in her strategy to accommodate them. Hell, she didn't even understand what was happening when Kaysar railroaded Cappy in the veto competition. She was just a stubborn, hate-filled person. And she was in a season where it happened to work in her favor. Put her in another season and no way do I see her lasting as long as she did. I see her more like an Amanda - maybe lasting a while from her sheer force of weird bitchy domination, but ultimately going down. I don't think she understands the nuances of the social game. James' problem, IMO, was that he was a huge, entitled whiner and not half as clever as he thought he was.
  13. I find Wil so likable in these videos and yet so unlikable in the house. He has Frankie's eye movements down pat.
  14. It is the weirdest thing. I don't like either Lisa or Brandi, but this small part of me wants to see them rekindle their friendship. I don't know why. Maybe it's because I see flickers of humanity in them both and I do think they once genuinely cared about each other? Or maybe because it would imply that Lisa in some way acknowledges fault on her part in the whole breakdown of their friendship? I don't know, I can't explain it. Maybe I just don't want to hear either one of them whining again.
  15. Or what we in the medical field call "testes" and go home!
  16. Does anyone know if there is there anywhere online to see the extended clip of Ms. Terry yelling at Hot David next week? I didn't see WWHL and there is no clip on the Bravo website. I need my fix of the insanity and the hotness before Monday.
  17. I am thinking it might be a combination of Tamra getting ugly in their fights (accusations of Joe's homosexuality) and Danielle being totally fake for the cameras. It all may have just been too much for producers. I mean, if Danielle really is this shit-stirring woman who makes random stuff up for the sake of the show, I could see them leaving her out of it. It's pretty much why Gretchen finally got axed - her stories just became too overbearingly fake/staged for the show. Plus, the fact that they had plenty of other footage with Shannon/Lizzie - Danielle may have just been dirty residue that they wanted to wash their hands of. Also, I don't think this is the first time this has happened - wasn't Fernanda filmed as a full-time housewife and then demoted to friend status in the editing room? I specifically remember Vicki saying in an interview that she had no idea what Fernanda's status on the show would be. So, there is precedent.
  18. Well, speaking as someone who is gay and generally gets annoyed by speculation about other people's sexuality (I totally believe Eddie is into women and that he's sexually attracted to Tamra), let me just say that a few minutes was all I needed to have serious doubts about our boy Joe! I mean, there's gay and then there's gay. It was almost comical. Danielle may as well have introduced Harvey Fierstein as her husband. If assuming Joe is gay is wrong, then I don't want to be right!
  19. Vicki's blog is up and it sounds like she is really over Tamra at this point. Gives me some hope for the reunion.
  20. My take on Lizzie is that she is like NYC Ramona in that she legitimately doesn't remember the things she does and says (when she drinks). She seemed so convinced of her truthfulness when she insisted that Tamra did not text her the night of her birthday. It just doesn't make sense that she would so boldly lie about something that could be so easily proven false. She seems to just go off half-cocked.
  21. No, that is next week - that is also the episode where we will be treated to Ms. Terry whipping out the big guns and calling David what they refer to in the medical field as "a penis!" The hits just keep on coming with this crew...
  22. It's been reported in the media that Brandi and Adrienne have made up, and, yes, it was filmed for the upcoming season. Frankly, it makes me give both of them the side eye. If their previous charges against each other were so heated, and the offenses they committed against each other so heinous, why would you ever let someone like that back into your life? They are both so full of unnecessary drama.
  23. Heather's acting career is definitely impressive. I also could easily see her being frustrated by reaching a series of "almost there" moments that didn't quite make it. Wasn't she a series regular on three different shows that ended up getting cancelled? She was without a doubt making a good living as an actress, but I am sure it might be frustrating to not land a show that really sticks - to keep going through the uncertainty of it and wondering if her career would stay on that level forever. I also think she has a bit of a conservative streak and always saw herself marrying "the Jewish doctor" one day.
  24. What I love most about the Mystery of Danielle are all the different reasons given for her being part of the show: in the original gossip articles, she was originally brought to the group by Heather; on the actual show, however, she was introduced as someone who came into Tamra's gym "two weeks ago" to hand out some kind of flyer and then she issued an invite to her ugly sweater party, so Tamra was the one who brought all the women to meet her; now, on the Bali trip, Danielle is labeled "Lizzie's Friend." I love the complete lack of any consistency regarding who this woman is supposed to be in the group.
  25. Yeah, Simon was (and is) awful. No amount of Tamra's bad behavior will ever make me feel for Simon. That he still tries to portray himself as the victim to this day is so appallingly unattractive. I don't know how any woman could have sex with such a self-emasculating whiner.
