  1. I think Caleb looks like a younger, much more handsome version of Billy Joel - they have the same droopy eyes.
  2. Did Heather delete her Facebook page? I am pretty sure she used to have a "real" Heather Dubrow page (with the blue check mark), and now it is nowhere need to be found...
  3. Unfortunately, it is not. I know this because the image of Ms. Terry's God-awful leather jacket/blazer when he dramatically proclaims, "...and it's penis!" will forever be emblazoned in my mind.
  4. Oh my God, those previews have me so fucking excited for this episode! For two main reasons: 1) I never could have anticipated how the Heather/Shannon rivalry would ultimately expose Tamra as such a shit-stirrer. To quote Bethenny, Tamra's dirty fingerprints are all over this. Vicki confirming that Tamra lied was just icing on the cake. Tamra is finally - finally! - getting the shaft this season. The fact that all this is happening even before Lizzie's "you're a piece of crap" comment is pure beauty! 2) Heather is (once again) being exposed for being such a condescending, lying liar who lies. Here is Shannon actively apologizing in front of everyone (even after she already apologized at Heather's home) and Heather once again starts in with her whole, "You yelled at me!" I was worried from the previews that Shannon's outburst meant that she would be totally loony-toons and lose a lot of her credibility. But it looks like she is keeping her cool in the first half of the episode - which just thrills me, because it means Heather is being exposed for all of her ridiculousness. 3) Okay, adding a third reason - very sweet how David came to Shannon's defense when Ms. Terry piped up at dinner! I am so rooting for the Beadors to take the Dubrows down!
  5. Brandi sucked for bringing up Adrienne's surrogacy, but it just wasn't Faye's business. I don't care if Faye was close to Adrienne or not - it was not her battle to fight. And as much as I fault Brandi for her behavior, I absolutely believe that Adrienne did the things that Brandi said she did (namely, calling her up, trying to intimidate her into retracting her statements, then trying to get her fired from the show). The last one, in particular, would be really gross - for this super-rich woman to be cutting a single mother off from potential income. Two wrongs don't make a right, but I seriously doubt Adrienne was innocent in all of this, and that is why Faye should have saved her finger-pointing for some situation that actually had a direct effect on her. Also, didn't Faye try to blame Brandi for Paul and Adrienne's divorce? Nonsense.
  6. Oh, I saw it completely differently. I thought Adrienne was very obviously trying to get a major dig in against Lisa. In fact, I remember Lisa asking her, "Why would I ever sell stories to the press?" or something like that and Adrienne replied (quite haughtily), "I wouldn't know - I don't sell stories!" Adrienne was pissed at Lisa that season and I felt she was clearly using the allegations to malign Lisa's character.
  7. Is it wrong that every time I see a new post has been made in this thread I am hoping nude screen captures of Cody have surfaced on the internet?
  8. The fact that Frankie encouraged Zach to call Devin a bad father leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. That's just a low blow. Didn't Mike Boogie want to do something similar to Kent in BB2? Stuff like that is when I feel like the game crosses over from "mischief" to "malice," and I'm giving Frankie major side eye for it.
  9. I live in LA and I never wear shorts (unless I am working out, which Shannon claims she never does). I hate shorts and the way they look. Even in summer heat, I am in jeans. Plus, I believe Shannon lives close to the water, which makes it significantly cooler even in the summertime.
  10. Yeah, the Brandon Hantz thing was one of the most disturbing things I'd ever seen on reality TV, so I am glad to know the Caleb/Amber scenario is at least somewhat less creepy.
  11. I see Tom Welling a lot around town and dude is tall! He must have at least 6" on Caleb.
  12. I don't watch the feeds and count on all of you to keep me filled in (thanks!), but for you Survivor watchers, the Caleb/Amber situation sounds similar to the season when Brandon Hantz lusted after that one buxome brunette and then tried to penalize her for "tempting" him with her sinister feminine ways. Is this a fair assessment of the vibe?
  13. What also made Will work so well was his overall mischievousness and playfulness. While people like Nicole, Hardy, Boogie, Monica, Krista and Bunky took the game sooooo seriously, Will was simply there to have fun. He never made it personal, he never got vicious. His boyish enthusiasm was infectious. He truly was the luckiest boy in all the land.
  14. I think I need an intervention because my hatred for Terry Dubrow is out of control. I am passionate about food, but the way he was leering over the meal and then gushing over it - he just strikes as this self-obsessed glutton. Just totally out for himself and his own pleasure. It doesn't help that I have read his horrible Yelp reviews - I picture him condescendingly dismissing the patients who got botched work from him as he shovels food down his mouth. I find him totally disgusting. This cannot be healthy for me.
  15. I wonder when we will get reports about what is going on with Lisa and Brandi. Even though I don't like either of them, I am kind of interested to see whether their friendship will be repaired. They are that rare Housewives duo that seemed to be legitimately friends off the cameras, so I will be curious whether old feelings of fondness melt away some of the damage done last year.
  16. I guess I'm a snob because I totally related to Shannon and David. Just the fact that it was a double bed would have made me want to find room and board elsewhere. They're two grown adults! I say, if you have the money to afford a hotel room and would be happier in a nicer room, what's the problem? I actually thought Vicki was the one who was being overbearing by being all, "NO! YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE!"
  17. Amber was definitely living in LA at the time of the show - I recognized the rock climbing facility as one I frequent in Santa Monica. I figured BB was doing the usual "we're going to pretend that we didn't just scout LA bars for aspiring models by having them state their hometown as their current location" tomfoolery.
  18. Anyone know how to verify whether there is truth to this rumor that Adrienne and Camille will be back in some kind of capacity? The article claims they shot scenes at Kyle's White Party - but isn't that usually later in the year? Sounds like the kind of thing that could be completely bogus, but also could be interesting if true.
  19. Honestly, it is my experience that a lot of straight guys - especially ones that are into their bodies/fitness - love to show off. They love being adored for their hotness. The Cody pics, in particular, are clearly meant for a gay client base, and there are a number of straight men I've encountered who are totally into that - they love the intense attention they will get from gay men. It makes them feel appreciated and attractive. It's hard to explan, but men will appreciate other men in a way that can be very satisfying for someone who is narcissistic or looking for validation/approval. It is definitely homoerotic, but there is a line. Not to get too far off topic, but I actually have a friend who is the King of getting straight guys he knows to send him naked selfies. Even though they're straight, they love showing off and the attention he gives them because he is able to do it in a way that is not overly threatening. It's a whole gay male/straight male dynamic that is very real but not often spoken about or acknowledged. Then there is the dynamic we're seeing between the guys and Frankie, which is a whole other strand of the gay male/straight male relationship, and one with which I am personally very familiar - but I guess that should be saved for the Frankie thread.
  20. I think David is a very handsome man, but, by God, his overly gelled hair is just a travesty and it really distracts from the attractiveness of his face.
  21. Wait, so I am confused: is this the most twisted season ever? Because I don't think Julie was very clear about that.
  22. ...and he, like his fellow hot houseguest, Cody, has some wonderfully revealing underwear modeling photos out and about on the interweb.
  23. I didn't find Frankie that bad in pre-interviews - his flamboyance, for lack of a better word, seemed to be his honest personality and he was clearly intelligent. But I am actually finding him more annoying in the house. He just seems "on" all the time and every dramatic reaction seems to be all about bringing attention back to himself. He is just kind of exhausing to watch and his DR's aren't all that clever.
  24. The Suzanne Somers rumors have been reported as false by E! Too bad, I flove her.
  25. As much as I can't stand Tamra, I despise Simon and have never bought into the idea that he was some blameless victim in his marriage (in the words of Judge Judy, "you picked her!"). So happy to see his manipulative machinations exposed!
