  1. I’m filing it under let’s wait and see. Andy has been pretty clear that he is not one hundred percent opposed to Phaedra returning. And Teresa’s surprise yoga reconciliation with Danielle actually resulted in the latter’s return to RHoNJ. I wouldn’t be surprised either way.
  2. So, what is the tea on Gretchen's finances? Does she live off the life insurance policy from Jeff?
  3. Lauri really dug her own grave in Season 8. She came in holding a grudge against Vicki from 7 years prior, which, for whatever reason, was not important enough for her to resolve at any point before reappearing on camera - then, rather than just dealing with it in a direct, mature way, Lauri repeatedly took all these passive-aggressive jabs at Vicki including dropping "casual" bombshells about Brooks spending time with her daughter's porn star/hooker/cocktail waitress (?) friend at Tamra's dress shopping, and, more egregiously, floating this vague rumor that she caught Vicki "in bed" with a man and a woman at the same time, neglecting to mention that they were fully clothed and watching a movie, letting it hang there as an implication of a threesome and then hiding behind "I never said they had sex!" when confronted about it. And then, after all of this aired, and pretty much everyone except Gretchen called her out for being so messy toward Vicki, Lauri still wouldn't take any responsibility for her actions.
  4. Right, and amnesia in Housewives-land is usually code for "conveniently forgetting to deny accountability for her actions." Which is why I am highly suspicious of the idea that this was all an accident.
  5. But then why didn't the mistake get clarified at the time? The article makes it sound as if Shannon was "surprised" that she had mistakenly sent them to Jeff Lewis/J. Poulos - wouldn't this have come to her attention when she originally sent them? Wouldn't they have responded in a way that Shannon would realize what happened? It doesn't make sense to me - at least as written in the article.
  6. I understand sending a pic or original text to the wrong person - but to forward preexisting texts from a chat with person A to person B? That takes effort. I don't even know how you do that. Copy and paste the texts? Create a new thread? Whatever the case, it takes mindful effort and it's hard for me to believe that Shannon just happened to accidentally forward them to her fellow Bravolebrity friend with a public platform.
  7. Explain to me again how you "accidentally" forward someone texts from another conversation? I have never heard of this happening.
  8. He is - remember his nickname, "Girth Brooks?" (shudders) In other news... I know this information can't be trusted because it's Radar Online, but I would love it if Shannon and Tamra feuded this season. It would serve them both right for getting so deeply into bed with one another.
  9. And succeeding, IMO! Loved them on WHHL and really enjoy their podcast - they consistently have great guests.
  10. As a dog lover, this breaks my heart.
  11. I can't believe next week is the season finale. Has anything happened this season?
  12. Sheree has actually brought up kids before - she went after Nene's son at the reunion after he was arrested for shoplifting.
  13. I very, very rarely use the word "dumb" to describe anyone but I often feel that way about Kyle.
  14. I have felt that Porsha was a grandstanding, self-victimizing bully from her very first season. It's hugely gratifying to see that she finally did go too far and that the tides have largely turned against her.
  15. Is this the third season in a row where all the drama stems from "so-and-so said this about you behind your back?" Sigh. I miss the days of Game Night when these women would fight about present-moment shit, not idle gossip.
  16. This was shockingly bad. I mean, stunningly awful. I mean, terrible on a level that is almost surreal. I guess it is such a shock because the level of talent behind it is so immense - the performances are great, the tone is compelling, the different story components could lead to something great... And yet it was a total nonsensical mess of absurd proportions. I don't even know where to start. I was literally laughing at Puss' every scene by the end. He was so over-the-top in being this unlikable bad guy. And Pyke's passivity was equally hilarious. I mean, has there ever been a more ineffectual father ever? I'm not even going to touch layer after layer of coincidence - okay, I lied, I will - so not only is Robin's daughter dating a man directly connected to Cinnamon's disappearance (which I could kind of accept in some sort of cosmic, fatalistic way), but Robin's partner has likewise hired a surrogate from the same brothel???? Sometimes I thought this surely must be an intentional dramatic farce, an outlandish melodrama that is aware of itself, but it never seemed to coalesce into something purposefully meaningful. And at the end of all of it, Cinnamon simply hung herself???? I will give Jane Campion credit - it has been a long time since I have been so amazed by the sheer awfulness of a movie or TV show.
  17. Is that what happened? I didn't realize. I thought she told Teddi she was going to go, but didn't give her an explanation as to why. But still, people on here keep saying that they felt she planned to be at a hotel all along and then pretended to pick out a room for show. I'm still left to wonder as to the point of that plan.
  18. Can one of the Erika disbelievers explain to me the agenda behind her masterminded deception? I mean, what does Erika have to gain by pretending to pick a room at Teddi's house when she knows she is going to stay at a hotel? It's not like she pretended to stay at Teddi's all night - stealthily sneaking out and then sneaking back in - she was upfront about the fact that she was headed to a hotel. So, in what way does it ultimately benefit her to set up a hotel room, pretend pick out a room and then hatch her dastardly plan to go to the originally planned hotel room?
  19. ....aaaaand Peggy's out! Off to pursue "new ventures."
  20. Ugh, I hate when Housewives do this. It reminds me of Kim Fields' "Beat-less Brunch" or whatever the f she called it on ATL. Does Teddi not see the hypocrisy that she herself is not being easygoing and non-judgmental if she is issuing a passive-aggressive challenge to the other women to be more like her? It's the same thing as Dorit bitching about glass etiquette, just in a different costume. If you're easygoing, then you're easygoing and you don't care about this stuff. This is not a defense of Dorit, who is obnoxious, but more that I think Teddi is overly invested in her whole "I'm just a down home girl!" persona - it's like when Kelly Bensimon kept proclaiming that she drove a Ford pick-up truck and was therefore more down-to-earth than the other NYC ladies...
  21. This. I have seen enough messiness from both Shannon and David that I am hesitant to jump to any conclusions about what is going on on either side. THAT SAID - and I know this will never happen - but I so wish that David would pull a Peter Thomas and continue to appear on the show - the nosy part of me so wants to watch this divorce play out in all of its unhealthiness haha Final note: good for Shannon if it's true that she's demanding a salary hike to air her dirty laundry. Go and get it, Shannon!
  22. Maybe I am remembering it wrong, but I am just about positive that Sheree referenced the 3-way call between Kim and Nene at the Elephant Room - she brought up the fact that Nene specifically said that she had "an elephant" with Sheree and many elephants with Kim on the phone - this means that the Elephant Room scene had to have been filmed after that dinner scene between Sheree and Kim (which was where Kim mentioned the roaches). So, I think the timeline holds up.
