    Design Shows

Anyone seen DABL? Old shows like Sell this house, Sarah Richardson, and British design, Escape to the Country. Great memories and views. Picture is not very HD though.
  2. Or they cd use different actresses for different ages like The Crown does. Octo-mom?
  3. Her family has a private plane. She didn't mention your reasons, only that pregnant women sh not fly... which, as another poster mentioned, is not true until last trimester or complications.
  4. I didn't like most of whom the article mentioned cuz they're younger and supposedly " in " now. They're too young and not proven to be up to the level of snark-worthiness Primetimers deserve for this iconic show. I liked several of your choices Vanderboom. I love Phoebe Robinson as Sherri. She's hilarious. That really funny girl from SNL, Heidi Gardner, as Debbie. She does awesome voices and affectations. Melissa McCarthy is too sweet to do Rosie justice. Rosie is strong and outspoken and funny. IDK. Rosie is Rosie. Maybe Busy Phillips as Nutmeg. She cd do it... with padding. Sorry, but let's be real to Miss I don't care about what people say about my weight/grey roots/guns/whiskey, just don't diss my daddy. It would be just desserts to cast Nikki Glaser as Bitsy because Nikki forte' in comedy is filthy, or very explicit sex-laden talk. Heh IDK about the others yet.
  5. Contradicting herself yet again. Nutmeg must have gotten the talking points from hubbie a little late. They are both toeing the line. Next she will be criticizing Fauci and/or other epidemiologists. I swear, Megaphone has no ethical core or belief system. Vapid and ignorant. I will bet anyone here that she does fly to AZ before giving birth.
  6. No due date...I think that's Nutmeg being her usual passive aggressive as well as private, in order to stave off questions as the time draws nearer. I will laugh If her baby is born near the election time ... mainly to keep her preoccupied so we don't hear more stupid BS from her. But then Me-again will prophesize a political inclination for that child ad nauseum. Wait. Who was I talking about? Megaphone. She will do that anyway. Political pundintry is in her genes!
  7. She gave no details..... because there aren't any. oh wait, their WiFi isn't fast enough. Oh, the humanity!
  8. You guys are hilarious. Thanks for the laughs this a.m.
  9. Again contradicting herself. I swear she just cannot hear herself or anyone..... may be some A.D.D. there. Or E.S.S ....entitled superficiality syndrome.
  10. Who cares? Twenties? You're way into your thirties, dear. Apparently her math skills are as poor as her pundinting or listening to the person answer questions in an interview on TV. Meggie can't do her own hair. So sad and inept. Or Privilege much? You decide.
  11. I think Seth is the best late night comic now. Current, pointed, quirky sweet funny. Love the ongoing references to books and small chair and doors and wasps. Amber is the best extra to come up in late night ever, although I love Colbert now and when he was Jon's go to guy. Amber, though, is awesome. Her Easter parade was hilarious as well as her tour of her apt. She is just a gem. What? OK, a diamond. What? Beautiful, cute, smart funny. What? She makes me smile because of her smile too. 🙂
  12. I just deleted 4 Fallon episodes. Where are his writers and what are they doing? Very meager amount of monolog content and humor. More time wasted asking kids questions and waiting for the nonfunny answers which he laughs at as though they are comic geniuses. And I used to like his kids. Now I'm as bored with them as he is. I did love his walks with his wife and her input to their history. Sweet and funny and sincere. Really quite beautiful. I think I like her more than him. Their house would be a nightmare for me. To many colors and patterns. I need calm, uncluttered spaces. Although the slide looks fun. The skits are meh, dragging one note joke on soap opera or whatever. Kristin Wiig looks great though. I liked the one Mashup with Gyllenhsll and others participating. His writers need to step up the amount of monolog content. Seth has been awesome. Clever, pointed, and really quirky funny. Colbert also drags out his monolog with small talk to family and too many pauses. Kind of boring, and I love Colbert. Or used to. Maybe he and Fallon Are depressed. Seriously.. they seem to be forcing the energy.
  13. I agree, sas16, about Helen Hunt. Her character would have been kicked out of Berlin long ago. Or worse. My dad was a young farmer in Poland at this time. She seems arrogantly righteous and ignorant of the brutality on the ground. Plus, frankly, hard to look at with the bony skeletal face structure. I Loved her in Mad About You. However, I never thought she was that good as the depressed waitress with Jack Nicholson in that film where she won the (nepotism ahem, cough) award. The years have not been good to her.
  14. So on point, bannana, x 10000. Again, Me-again contradicts herself. She has no self awareness at all. Or much of a memory ether, apparently. Idiot. Go away Megaphone.
  15. Ha! Chase got some other girl pregnant while hired/pretended to be in love with Twit? Plot twist! Soap opera: The Bold and the Bamboozled.
  16. I can't with Brian Williams. Can't forget lack of ethics, i.e., lying/ white male privilege. Love Nicole and feel sorry that she has to share time with him.
  17. Exactly, Hana Chan! That hero edit spin is disgusting and a deflection from Twits inability to perform basic self care . As are all the fake storylines manufactured to show fabulousity . Nope.
  18. Or maybe Chase found a real girlfriend and said fuck off to Twitney and TLC. Or maybe Chase was actually embarrassed and/or teased mercilessly about portraying Twit's fiancé. Is that fat shaming or being shamed for selling your soul? I'm sorry but Twit is beyond fat and definitely not healthy. She needs to work on herself and stop blaming others. She has the means to get healthy, i.e., ability to work out, $ to eat better, with support from fam and friends. No more excuses.
  19. So, fake fiance has escaped. Blaming quarantine distancing is too easy. Cue the Twidiots consoling Sweatney over her loss.
  20. In other words, her usual look. Hey, Twit herself said that she does not wash her hair often...like every two weeks or so....ewwwww indeed.
  21. I used to have that yellow in my family room in the 90's. It clashes with the flag badly. A nice blue or gray, white, red even, or white wd set off the flag. More patriotic too. Red State Vermillion. Civil War Blue. Rebel Gray. Founding Father White. Ha! I really think Megaphone would believe this if it came from her hubbie.
  22. Me-again's glasses do have a Groucho vibe... they make her nose look bigger. I figured she wore them to make her eyes look bigger, since she tends to squint, frown, and shoot daggers at info or guests or others hosts that she a) doesn't like and b) definitely doesn't understand, thereby resorting to twisting their statements. Of course there are no guests/hosts to glare at, so she is stuck with trying in vain to look semi-intelligent with glasses and pen, like Mensa member, Jenni McCarthy, as another poster pointed out earlier. I wonder why no baby bump progress shown. She can go on maternity leave anytime.
  23. Yes, A Gentleman in Moscow, is an amazing beautiful story. Absolutely one of the top 5 books I've ever read! And I read alot. I read his other book, Rules of Civility, too. It was ok. I hear Amor Towles is working on a new one. I read that several months ago Seth and Fred did a bit on discussing books based on their covers and they did A Gentleman in Moscow. But I.missed it.
  24. Touching stories from Mrs Fallon about trying to conceive. I didn't know.
