  1. Which is why his reaction to Benny was so of out character. I know that it was a retcon to create tension between the brothers but that still irks me. I wonder if he would have still been as open to their methods if Lenore hadn't already been killed in season 6 and her coven had been wiped out by the BMOL. I wonder if this means that Garth will reappear this season as a result of his pack being targeted by the brits.
  2. Not necessarily. I don't think we were even given everyone's age but if they were mid to late 30's as I assume Nick is as well they would only be in their 50's which wouldn't put them at retirement age. Look at Cpt Cragen from SVU; I don't know the actor's age but he definitely looked over 50 when he was still going out in the field for the occasional case.
  3. It upset me too @catrox14. I get that Wu is now one of the group but Hank has been Nick's ally from the beginning. I expected him to rush over to him first to resurrect him but my fanwank is that he chose Wu because he was right next to him when he came to.
  4. Yes! She tortured the guy that kidnapped her for revenge against Renard with minimal effort. She could have easily retaliated for his treatment of her and Adalind since she seems hardwired to take out any threats towards her mother. I'm fairly certain that while Renard looked the other way when Bonaparte was hurting Adalind it would have been a different story if he purposely tried to hurt Diana. But again this would have been consistent writing for her character based on her previous behavior and therefore not convenient for the events that the writers wanted to play out.
  5. It's truly amazing how her expression never changes no matter what the circumstances are.
  6. Great point. Dean isn't as pigheaded as some make him out to be and he doesn't always think that his way is the only way. He definitely has a dominant personality and he's very assertive when it comes to the well being of those that are close to him but he doesn't ignore dissenting opinions if they're more logical than his.
  7. No Bud! That is unforgivable; I loved his character! Me too. They were the only regulars that I consistently enjoyed throughout the series.
  8. Awesome idea! He could have done this before he fought Zerstorer * snicker* Even better they could have been introduced last season which could have been an interesting story arc. If the Zerstorer encounters had started immediately after Nick had gotten the stick it would have made more sense and it would have possibly brought Renard back over to their side when they realized the threat to Diana without turning him into an outright villain.
  9. This really bothered me. It made no sense that she was suddenly ok with him coming with her and her saying that Kelly liked him. Last week she was distraught about him coming into their world and this week she's completely calm while he kills everyone around her. I agree that they definitely should have had a longer finale especially since there were so many filler episodes in such a short season.
  10. I think their deaths made me cringe the most because of the way that they died. Very gruesome.
  11. I wasn't wowed by the finale but it didn't suck. I must say that the deaths of Monroe, Rosalee, Truble, Renard and Adalind hurt more than Juliette's but that's just my bias talking. It was nice to see Momma and Auntie Grimm in on the fight even though it was a tad bit weird when they popped up. I didn't care for Diana being so blase about her parents biting it after all of her angst last week but overall I'm happy that everyone got a happy ending. After Monroe and Rosalee died I figured that there was going to be a redo. I can somewhat buy everyone else being killed off but not those two.
  12. I didn't say that you thought he had to be in the know but that it wasn't odd to me that he wasn't in the know since he wasn't the last time.
  13. I know that Cas is an important character but him not being mentioned during a Claire ep isn't out of the ordinary to me. The last time we saw her she was bitten by a vampire but ( as far as we know ) there wasn't any discussion of those events with Castiel. Overall I know that he is tied to her history but it isn't odd to me that he isn't in the know with every interaction that she has with the brothers.
  14. I didn't think so but I wasn't sure. Thanks!
  15. I enjoyed this episode more than I thought I would since I knew Claire would be in it. She didn't bug me as much as usual on her last appearance and I'm pleasantly surprised that she didn't grate (too much) here also. I enjoy all of the supporting characters but there's nothing better than seeing the brothers hunting solo even if Mick tagged along. Even though I don't like that they're working with the BMOL I'm glad that they asserted their stance regarding all monsters not being bad. This is exactly how I see it. Also Claire has her own world outside of Castiel now that consists of her life with Jody and Alex. He doesn't necessarily have to be in every episode that she's in. Now that I'm thinking about it has Jody ever even met Cas? I can't recall seeing them meet.
  16. This is what happened after I watched the last season of House. I can no longer enjoy it on rewatch and it looks like it will be the same story with Grimm.
  17. I'm there with you! I liked Rachel Miner's portrayal but Nicki Aycox's was much better IMO. I loved the menace that she gave the character while Rachel's portrayal was more on the sarcastic side. All of the angels seem to exist to either torment Castiel or the Winchesters for their relationship with Castiel. I miss Balthazar! :(
  18. Same here. Missouri was pretty ridiculous in her interactions with Dean.
  19. I agree with this. There were some nice moments between Dean and Sam and I enjoyed seeing a different side of Dean that was brought out by his relationship with Cassie. The overall execution of the racist truck story line is still godawful though.
  20. I liked the twins but I hope that they're not brought back just to kill them off because of their relation to a witch. I'm so sick of interesting characters being killed just to further the plot.
  21. Too true but Renard is not as charming as Crowley unfortunately :)
  22. Ok but that would also suck because Kelvin would be yet another angry angel out for vengeance. It seems that when you factor in any storyline involving angels and Cas it always turns out to be torture and/or blame to go along with it which is unfortunate. I'm hoping that they won't go down that road yet again but considering how none of my hopes have panned out this season I don't think that this one will either.
