I don't remember that in season 2 at all. In fact, I remember people not so much freaking out when Hook wasn't on screen because everyone realized that Hook wasn't being seen for weeks at a time because Colin broke his leg.

We've seen that trend continue. We have some big setup for an episode or three, then the heroes bumbling around while the bad guy lords it over them for 4-6 episodes, then an episode or two of "payoff" where everything that happened in the middle of the mini-season is meaningless.

Did anyone notice that when she hugged Hook as she was rescued from the ice cave that Emma cradled Hook's head with her hand just like David does to Emma?

Actually, no. If Regina had been put down, the curse and all the attendant dangers would quite likely never have happened the way it did, if at all.

Cora died because she and Regina planned to murder everydambbody, and killing her was the only way to stop her from becoming the dark one. The only reason Regina is alive is because Snow was too much of a pushover to do the right thing once. She learned from her mistake where Cora qas concerned.

And the problem here is people get reactions in kind to how they react. It seems that the expectation is for celebrities to automatically have to be 1000 times better than the people attacking. And that tweet to YNB was an attack. It was snotty, a quick search of the user shows in my opinion that it was highly hypocritical, and it snottily attacked YNB's opinion. It wasn't designed to provoke discussion. It was designed to be dismissive of YNB for having a different opinion. The only thing YNB did wrong was not using the word faux in front of crusade. Because it's not about "rape culture" to 99.999% of the people attacking. If it were, They would be consistent in pointing out much more troubling sexual issues on this show, loudly and vocally, and Once would already by canceled because of public outcry over how it treated Regina's rape of Graham, Neal and an underage Emma, etc.

Since I don't want to wade through the forum, I'll ask here. Anybody that is a "Sleepy Hollow" fan know if there is a benefit from buying the Season 1 DVDs from one source over another? Any extra extras or such?

Really looking forward to warlord Bo Peep, Charming's bad hair and Emma in trouble. I just really hope that Emma gets a little TLC out of this. I think however, with Snow involved in running the town, we'll probably be short changed there.

They so should have cast Lucy Lawless as Bo Peep, in full Xena gear. That would be hilarious.

And you have just summed up the issue. Snow and Emma should at least want to take it out on the person who caused the horrible things, that being Regina. Instead, they coddle her, apologize to her, and try and help the woman who caused their lives to be utter shit and who literally destroyed hundreds (thousands? hundreds of thousands?) of lives. At best, Regina should be a pariah, free only because they can't figure out how to hold her. Instead, they invite her over for holidays.

Funny, that worked for Buffy for about 7 or 8 seasons. And Regina is a Mary Sue because the head idiots in charge have their heads so far up the character's ass (in terms of nearly EVERY decision they make regarding this show being about that character and her gratification) that they have methane poisoning from her farts which they would claims smell like Chanel No. 5.

The spoiler about the Emma/Regina episode made me realize something. Y'all know it's gonna end up with Emma thanking Regina for cursing her and destroying her life because without it, she wouldn't have Henry, right? And I will be burning something in effigy.

I tend to think the book is from the future somehow, and that Henry himself is the writer.
