  1. His ego couldn't take not being Lulu's hero, and that's why he was all ready to leave. I'm not sure wanting to be Elizabeth's hero means he's yearning for her. A lot of it is about trying to redeem himself for himself.
  2. She had a ONS with Michael and is pregnant with his kid, so I'd say no.
  3. It's early days, and the show is working overtime to tell us Sasha is Robert's daughter, so those ties are being screamed at us. As I wrote earlier, it's after the initial reveal that determines if Sasha is more anchored. History says no.
  4. Sasha, Nina, and Maxie were friends long before Sasha learned she was Robert's daughter. Just because she's now in the Mac/Felicia orbit doesn't mean she has stronger ties to the canvas, IMO. Valerie (remember her?) had all sorts of interactions with people who weren't Spencers, and where is she now? What has being Mac's son done for Cody? Not much. There's not a Thanksgiving dinner for him to attend, either with Mac and Felicia or the Qs. (I think it was a mistake not to have some mention of the holiday.) Making someone a relative of an existing character doesn't in and of itself strengthen that character. The writers have to follow through, and a month or two after the revelation, they rarely do.
  5. I see it slightly differently, that Kristina is so intent on getting revenge for the baby's demise that she believes Ava pushed her out the window. And she won't hear anything against it. There could be clear video of the entire thing and she'd still insist Ava was responsible. Rocco is a teenager. I know food is Olivia's love language, but at this point he'd probably appreciate being slipped a tenner instead of a cookie. UGH, UGH, UGH. We just had Sasha be a surprise kid. It hasn't given her a stronger tie to the canvas, IMO, and neither will Gio's parentage. These writers are so lazy and creatively bankrupt.
  6. Oh, Ingo. Is the money you're spending on attorneys' fees worth the point you're trying to make?
  7. Olivia is confusing Rocco with one of the younger kids for whom cookies are always irresistible. There are a lot of kids living at the Q mansion, so it's no wonder.
  8. Let it be Michael who kills him and he leaves town with the kids. Let Michael kill Drew and then accidentally kill himself.
  9. Today was a cavalcade of Lulu-related UCG, and I loved every minute. If her recovery is going to be lickety-split, they might as well lean into reintegrating her into the canvas. LOL at Lulu's horror at the redecoration of the Q mansion. The sniggering over BL and Chase having sex was so infantile and gross. Of course Olivia believes that being a grandmother means you can override the parents' wishes.
  10. I miss Kate and her world-peace-bringing bob.
  11. Frank doesn't care. If a woman is of child-bearing years, she will be pregnant at least once on the show. Same, and while it wasn't her fault she tripped over Jagger's bag (will he be IDed as the owner, and will his murder finally be properly investigated?!), she had no business going to Ava's hotel suite in the first place. What a dumb thing to do. Did she really think she could persuade Ava to withdraw the subpoena?
  12. It cracks me up how everyone is so outraged that Ric is doing his job and giving Ava a zealous defense, as he is required to do. At least Molly gets it. Alexis should too, having been a defense lawyer, but she doesn't want him to win. Lucky as a PI or some sort of consultant would work to keep him in PC. He'll be better than Sam, that's for sure. When Lulu said she had two kids, I had to stop and think who else there was besides Rocco. Wait until she finds out Charlotte is MIA. Of course Sasha is pregnant. I suppose it's too much to ask that it's a false positive?
  13. Because said hotel owner (or co-owner) is Carly, of course. ETA: Though I'm surprised they haven't managed to blame Nina somehow for the window being so flimsy. At first I thought he was replaying the footage from the nannycam and was plotting how to unleash that on Drew. Poor Sasha. She's likely shackled with Michael's baby, which is its own special hell.
  14. Cyrus told the doctors last week at the Facility Jax Didn't Find that the family had authorized him to make decisions about Lulu. Never mind that that has to be specifically indicated on a signed directive. Plot point! But given how casual the employees at the FJDF are, I'm not surprised no one challenged him.
  15. That might be one reason Ric asked her why she was lying.
  16. Color me shocked the baby is being called Irene, not Adela. Ugh, Michael is such a passive-aggressive jerk, and Drew is the worst friend to Curtis. The trial is pretty good so far, but there's too much about Josslyn being some sort of hero.
  17. Ugh, I really want that turd to get his comeuppance, but I know it will never happen. Michael will always be in someone's protective bubble like the wienie he is.
  18. Hal is pushing Kate for VP because of the adjacent power he'll have. That's all it's ever been about, IMO.
  19. I don't miss Morgan at all. He was dumb and whiny. (Admittedly, that describes a lot of the male characters.) The show was tentatively trying for a Jason/AJ redux with Michael and Morgan, but neither CD nor BC were charismatic enough for that, IMO, and of course the unimaginative writing didn't help. And, a possible UO, I'm not a huge fan of repeating character dynamics with the next generation. Different writers, different actors, different characters. Most of the time the iteration is always weaker and less compelling.
  20. There wasn't one.
  21. He also has a small role in A Man on the Inside, the charming Ted Danson comedy on Netflix. Does Netflix sign actors to deals (just as actors, I mean)? He's getting decent work there.
  22. I don't know what CD's professional plans are, but maybe we'll get an interim Michael until CD decides that sleepwalking through GH is better than collecting unemployment.
  23. Fergie (the duchess, not the erstwhile Pea), for one.
  24. Our long national nightmare is over. (Or at least one of them is.) Hopefully the character is reimagined somewhat with a recast, because CD's Michael is unbearable.
  25. I was wondering that a while back. There were some scenes where SM was shot from the side and it suddenly occurred to me that they'd been blocking her so that you never saw her from that angle much. Since Frank never met a RL pregnancy he couldn't use, this likely means Sasha will be pregnant. UGH. I wish he'd realize viewers understand actors aren't their character. We can accept an actor being pregnant when their character isn't, and vice versa!
