I think Kail saw Javi as weak. So while his weakness worked for her so she could control him, it was also the flaw that made her despise him. Kail is a predator. Monsters only respect other monsters and the soft heart that was Javi worked against them. I never bought into Javi being this sexist who wanted to control Kail. He was just a weakling who needed to puff up his chest against this Hulk entity.

Question : Are on-air personalities even in charge of hiring and firing? Aren't they just talent and working at the mercy of the higher ups and ratings themselves? If this were real wouldnt there be talk of how the listening audience received her?

I can totally agree with this. Kail has a spark. For whatever i think of the hosebeast shes not content to lay around and be a useless lump like Cate. Single Kail will be just fine. Single Cate? Shes going to be the biggest mess when this show goes off the air and Tyler can make his escape.
