Well, are NJ Italians different from NY Italians ?? On my second date with my NY Italian future husband, he brought over tomato, pasta, 4 kinds of meat, wine, and proceeded to teach me how to make "gravy". Irish/Welsh/German ladies CAN cook Italian.
