  1. Valdez is playing the son of a drug kingpin who wants to take over daddy's business. He has issues lol! For one, he can't decide if he's gay or straight, although the character's sister said last week that he's gay. But he most definitely is missing a few screws. He turns on a dime and is very violent. EV is doing a great job with the role and I'm glad to see him doing well. I always thought he was too good for GH.
  2. Are 9-year-olds still missing teeth? I wouldn't think so...
  3. Nina got on my nerves before she was ever on camera lol!
  4. I guess I'm just easy because I find myself on the edge of my seat most of the time while watching. Sure the notion that the captain, the XO and the COB would all Be on an away mission was preposterous. And I also as shaking my head at them antagonizing the war lord. But I'm still enjoying it. And kicking myself for getting involve in yet another new show! I really did promise myself I wouldn't do that this summer lol!

    24 in the Media

This gives me hope: http://tvline.com/2014/07/20/bones-season-11-glee-farewell-season/ Following 24‘s successful and recently wrapped revival — which premiered to numbers larger than many of the action-drama’s previous openers — Rice seems to think there’s a good chance we’ll see another edition down the line. “I loved this year’s season of 24,” he said. “I’ve always been a fan. We haven’t had a specific conversation about it coming back yet, but I’m sure we will in the future. It’s a wonderful franchise. When you look at the show itself, it has many more stories to tell. I think we need to sit down and talk to the creators.”
  6. all hail the great and powerful serial killer! He is truly amazing as he did what no one has done before: kill Sonny!!! My next three victims are: Epiphany Felix Franco
  7. Frons never made any decisions in a vacuum. Even Slezak said it was preposterous to blame only him. He still has people he answers to and the decision to cancel the soaps was not his alone. I'm not exonerating him. I hated him with the heat of 1000 suns. Just saying it wasn't only his decision.
  8. Has anyone mentioned that Erik Valdez (Trey) has a recurring role on USA's Graceland? he's really good!
  9. Deal lol! I definitely want Kiki gone, but I just have to get rid of Sonny, I may have to follow the Chicago motto of vote early, vote often to make it happen but I WILL get him voted off the shoe lol!
  10. I Geee it was ridiculous but I seem to recall she was the one who wanted the campy comedic story. She said frank was worried that it wouldn't be entertaining but she convinced him to stick with it. FTR, I hated it.
  11. I think it started under Wolf but it continued under Cartini, at least for a time. But I distinctly remember how excited she was about the story and her saying that she had to convince Frank to go with it.
  12. Okay I'm confused here. Nancy is RELIEVED that the menopause story is over? she's the one who pushed for it! I remember her saying that Frank had reservations about it but she wanted to show that menopause doesn't have to be the end of a woman's sex drive and she wanted to make it funny. But the rest of the interview is terrific. I liked the extended online version because the print version was about half that length.
  13. You beat me to it lol! I was going to start this tonight or tomorrow, but thanks for thinking of it! My first three votes go to: Sonny Levi Nina
  14. for the first time in a very long time, I didn't object to missing today's show. Of course I wish the events that caused the preemption hadn't happened, but it was the right choice to stick with coverage of the plane crash.
  15. Heller probably thought he had nothing left anyway so why not? Besides, he already told Audrey that they needed to go hem and talk to the veep. So it was about to become public knowledge.
  16. Joss is a foot taller and about 3 years older. I'm not great at kids ages (puppies are more my thing lol!) but I'd guess she's about 10 or 11. The other kids are 6-8.
  17. blackwig, thank you, I thought I was losing my mind when I watched that scene! Admiral or Colonel, the guy was far too young to be either, but I didn't know what was going on!
  18. I'll admit it, I cried at Rafe's death bed scenes. Sure they were partly tears of joy, but Molly's goodbye really moved me. Can someone in the medical field set me straight? They couldn't use Rafe's heart because of heroin use. But what about other organs? Does drug use render all organs useless?
  19. Oh dear lord... http://daytimeconfidential.com/2014/07/16/tca-scoop-abcs-paul-lee-general-hospitals-cartini-reinvented-daytime-soaps/
  20. Yeah mark turning jack over to the russians had absolutely nothing to do with jack being thought a terrorist and everything to do with mark being a jealous moron. From the very first moment, he was telling the president's aide that he didn't want Audrey to ever hear jack's name again. So no sympathy at all. I've wanted him to bite it from the opening, although I did want Audrey to find out and maybe be the one to kill him lol!
  21. I was shocked that they killed Audrey. Even after she was shot, I thought she'd make it. And then the silent clock and I said 'holy shit, they did it. They actually did it!' Still not sure how I feel about it, but I didn't cry until Hellers's speech. I thought DeVane did a great job both with his reaction when told of Audrey's death and then the speech he gave the PM about his Alzheimer's. Felt nothing for Mark except disgust. Tate Donovan did a great job making me hate Mark right up to the end. When he asked Eric how the president was, I wanted the response to be 'you don't get to ask questions anymore' or 'none of your business.' I liked the look of disgust on Eric's face though. That was a nice touch. It's going to take me a while to digest the final scenes but my initial reaction is I don't like it. I also thought Belcheck was going to shoot at the Russians once Chloe was in the car, thus allowing jack to escape. I read the interview with the showrunners but still didn't like the ending. Okay so jack didn't get to ride off into the sunset with Audrey, but did he have to turn himself in to the Russians? As others have said, BTDT, didn't want to go back there again.
  22. Line of the day: Lucas to Julian: "It all started when I walked in on Brad and Felix making out."
  23. didn't MM say back in November that they told him they would bring Adam back in about 6 months? Maybe they're just going for the angst factor and want Chelsea/Billy to really heat up before Adam returns and drops the bomb that Billy shot him and left him for dead? Not that anyone other than JFP is invested in it, but throwing it out there as a possible reason...
