I think MTS will get it next year. This year’s awards are for work submitted in 2023. CH might get a supporting nod but she didn’t drive story last year. Same with Grossman.

Yeah so did I. But I love CC, so hopefully it will be good story, meanwhile, the Emmy nods are out. EB of course was nominated for lead actor but the only actress nominated for lead was STAFFORD! What the ever loving fuck did she do last year that was remotely Emmy worthy????

I seriously can’t stand TJ anymore. Between him whining about Kristina not eating right and not getting enough sleep or staying out late (when did he become her father or keeper?) and whining about Sonny when he LIVED with the man and Sonny put him through med school, he’s become intolerable to me. Just STFU already! If you’re not happy with Kristina being the surrogate, tell Molly you want out of the relationship. Then Kristina can just keep the kid that she’s going to want anyway and you’ll be free to go meet someone else and have babies with that woman. Or not.

Yeah Claire was sitting on the bed when Jordan walked up behind her and put a cloth over her face. Then claire just plopped face down on the bed lol! Seriously! Can you imagine being told every day from infancy that your parents didn’t love you and threw you away like yesterday’s trash?

You’ve known him for a few years and were briefly married to his father. As others have pointed out, you WERE his stepmother. Now you’re nothing. I get that there’s still an attachment but stop with all the ‘MY SON! MY BABY! OUR CHILD!’ BS. that scene with Jordan and Harrison was tough to watch. I know it’s just fiction and have no doubt the entire cast (and the kid’s parents) reassured him before and after taping, but it was hard for me as a viewer.

Honest question here: how do these women, who earn a living on camera every day, get away with having their roots exposed so often? MSt is the worst culprit by far,but CG is also guilty. I know the show has hairdressers, and they have to notice. MST’s grey roots were so obvious today it was more distracting than her being in the same clothes the day after the party.

How did we get from Ava taking a couple of Sonny’s pills to help her sleep, to her thinking there’s a problem with the prescription or dosage? And is she intentionally trying to tank Sona? I was so bored today that I nearly fell asleep watching. WTF with Cricket and Danny acting like they’re never going to see each other again?

I won’t bother repeating what others have already so eloquently stated about the episode but one thing that stood out for me was the closet full of stilettos in Olivia”s apartment. Are we supposed to believe she actually wears those things? and why was Noah googling his mother in the first place? That in itself was pretty creepy!

WTF was Summer wearing???? That isn’t even a good look for someone who HAS boobs, never mind one that doesn’t. And Victoria wasn’t much better. The back (or lack thereof) didn’t match the front at all! I liked the front of Lauren’s dress and I’m a sucker for orange, but the back didn’t quite fit her properly. And Claire, still playing the ingenue with the prim dress and barrettes in her hair 🙄 Abby looked amazing. Not a single misstep! MO is stunning! Nikki looked nice in royal blue, but the eyes were a bit too dramatic. Nick in a maroon tux? Michael in light gray looked nice. would it have killed Nikki to at least be pleasant to Adam for one lousy night? He gave a beautiful toast, apologized to her and praised her. Yet all she could muster was pursed lips and an upturned nose. I just can’t with her. previews: everyone thinks Claire absconded with Hairyson. I wish it was true, but I suspect it’s going to turn out that Jordan took them both and of course Claire will save the kid and immediately earn Summer’s eternal respect and gratitude, thus cementing her place in the Newman clan.

I’m not quite sure what to make of that scene. Part of me thinks (hopes) that she was playing him and trying to get him to slip up somehow. The memories’ of him and Brennan shooting pool and drinking together just seemed too convenient like she was fishing. of course I’m probably giving this more thought than the writers did… i mostly like Nina, but the writers are making it VERY hard to continue to like her. WTF with acting like a 5 year old tattling on Carly to Drew and by extension Michael. I mean, why should Drew care one way or the other? They’re not together anymore. as for BL and Chase, it’s ridiculous that he had to sell his truck to afford a honeymoon in Florence. I get that he wants to make her happy, but maybe go to Palm Beach and then save enough money during the year to take the Florence trip for their anniversary. How is he supposed to get to and from work now? Or do anything else? Are we supposed to believe PC has a terrific mass transit system?

I’m so over Claire’s ingenue act. As @Joimiaroxeu pointed out, she has a graduate degree. She’s not some waif right out of high school. She knew exactly what she was doing with Jordan, whether she was manipulated or not. So this whole wide-eyed, wheeee there’s a whole world out there and I get to see it with my MOMMY! Is tiresome. Even the way they’re styling her is much too young and innocent. ED is reall6 hamming it up with the alters. 🙄 I remember Billy having DID but don’t recall him ever getting therapy other than Chloe locking him in a room so he couldn’t kill Adam.

@Joimiaroxeu that explains the WHEN but not the WHY. As in what happened to cause her to split in the first place? Perhaps she actually split the first time after the initial car accident and the latest fender bender brought it out again?

I don’t think that’s what anyone is saying. It’s just that in this instance, Michael was just a bit too joyful at the idea of her staying home. He never actually wanted her to become a nurse, so as soon as she mentioned that she hated missing time with the kids while they’re young, he pounced. Of course he said it was her decision, but he was thrilled. I mean, even if she doesn’t work the kids will still be with the nanny most of the day, so what’s the difference?

I got the impression from Ms. abbot (seriously JG, is that the best you can come up with for Ashley’s alter? And the teen version is Ash 🙄) plans to kill Tucker and blame Audra.

Actually if Victor and Nikki are celebrating their 40th anniversary. That means Victoria is still in her 30s. So she was 16 when Cleve was born? Because Cleve is at least 26. Honestly the whole thing is ridiculous. Just say they’re celebrating the anniversary of their first wedding, without the number of years. The viewers know how long it’s been, but since the show has aged all the offspring, the timelines don’t match.
