  1. The Jamie of Season 1 and the Jamie of Season 4 are the same person. He has never expressed any kind of remorse for pushing Bran out of the window or for killing his Lannister cousin. He's a monster with good looks and a title who is capable of doing nice things for some people.
  2. 3 shows! Wacky 80's sitcom about a sexy housekeeper and her dramatic friends in a London neighborhood on a late night talk show on E!
  3. It may be an unpopular opinion but I don't mind that Aly's "illness" isn't clearly defined. If it was clearly defined, then the writers would be bound by the symptoms of that particular disorder. Then the story would become about the disorder and not the characters, like an afterschool special or All My Children at its worst. Keeping it vague keeps things open. I'm old enough to remember when not everyone was diagnosed with an official disorder, some people just "marched to a different drummer" or were "off" or "one maraca short of a mariachi band".
  4. I turned it on for a brief moment a couple of days ago, saw Joe and Mika running around a baseball field. This show is just circling the drain.
  5. That's the rub, such disrespect will be tolerated. Quinn's eavesdropping, snide comments and general ridiculous demeanor and behavior is never challenged or checked.
  6. If they stick to the original, I'm looking forward to the scene between Anna Gunn and Jacki Weaver "How could you not have known?!"
  7. My favorite episode. If I could be for only an hour...
  8. Weren't the kids off doing their ridiculous activity (making soap?!) by that point? They look like oversize paperbacks, just like what Aviva pulled out of her purse. After Aviva complimented Carole on her new book, Carole did reply [paraphrasing] "Did you compliment Bill Whatshisface?". That was pretty funny!
  9. Ditto! Everytime I hear "Mary had a little lamb", I salivate like Pavlov's dogs.
  10. I loved the Aly/Ollie scenes today, how Aly quietly told Ollie the story of Taylor, Darla and Thorne. I'm crossing my fingers that this is a set up for Hunter Tylo's return later in the month.
  11. That's because she's the trophy, the boys are fighting over a trophy, much the same way Brooke and Taylor fought over Ridge for many years.
  12. There might be changes in sub-plots, but I can't see any changes in the identity of the killer. I heard it was going to be a ten episode season, 2 more than the original Broadchurch. I heard it from this article: http://insidetv.ew.com/2014/02/14/first-photo-david-tennant-anna-gunn-broadchurch-gracepoint/
  13. So glad to find this thread, S&B just started airing on my local PBS affiliate recently (along with Father Brown), already on season (series) 2. So many things to love: that it's not set in London, Rupert Graves, two women partners with a woman superior, Rupert Graves... I always took that as a sign that Rachel is very comfortable at the office. Be her, of course!
  14. Cersei thought the setting was wrong (right next to her son's corpse), if it were happening in the privacy of her own chamber I'm sure she wouldn't protest.
  15. A consummation scene that ended with our hero Jamie Lannister pushing a boy out of a window. That sisterfucker can lose all his extremities and save Brienne from countless perils, that doesn't take away from his crimes.
  16. I don't think he's afraid, he's painfully aware that 2 of his African-American actors (Carter and Maya) are as charismatic as two blocks of wood.
  17. Jamie Pressley is easily one of the most idiotic celebrities to ever grace this show. My personal favorite was her one word clue for watermelon. "Melon". Hysterical, you can't make this shit up. She must be grateful she's pretty. It was refreshing to see the contestant cross lines and pick a celeb from the other side.
  18. One of the best things about this show is how it introduces someone like Richard Ayoade, to someone like me who doesn't know Brit TV stars. I'm currently searching Netflix for anything Ayoade.
  19. Adrian just appeared in an episode featuring Nice. I could watch her anywhere in France!
