I take your point but I suspect if you asked the ladies themselves they would say they are grateful for the opportunity to meet others of a similar mindset, to forge new friendships, to meet some of the top dance trainers, to get exposure on national television and will be thinking "while I'm here I have a chance to impress and change or reinforce opinion"

Savannah wasn't the best dancer on the team but she was good enough to be there. Where she excelled was as an ambassador and she had and still has a great look. I'm not at all surprised she was invited to be an All Star. Long may she remain one.

Agree, that's also the problem with speculation about who might be cut next season. It's based on a very limited view of what people see on CMT. You would need access to the team all season to be able to spot the weak links and the improvers. I remember Savannah's struggle to make the team at TC on CMT. At the end of her Rookie season she got Rookie Of The Year. Who would have predicted that.

Yep, in a top, designed to create a cleavage where there isn't one, she doesn't need the Victoria's Secret bra or the Kelli knot. She comes pre-blessed. Good for you girl!

Kashara's comment on Victoria during training camp was pretty damming. "does she really think about what she is saying before she says it?" (in a Kentucky accent).

All Past Seasons of the Late Lamented Show
PomPomPom replied to ByTor's topic in Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making The Team
Madeline S had an interesting take on the whole legacy issue. She said, her first tryout season, that she didn't consider herself a legacy unless she actually made the squad. -
My point was that the Rookies will be judged on their season rather than TC. Lily was called into the office the last night of her first training camp and cut without any prior warning. I'm sure that undermined her confidence and she struggled after that. Meridian was a stressed struggle from day one. I don't think any of this years Rookies fall into that category. Yes I think it's inevitable there will be cuts but I think the little we see of them on MTT is not a good basis to judge from.

So, your observations are TC based. OK, I get that but it's been a long season and things change. Examples: Kashara's training camp versus her being Rookie Of The Year, Savannah's TC versus her being Rookie Of The Year. I think what you see on CMT MTT is no indication of how a Rookie is viewed as performing during the season. I personally would not base any judgement on TC alone.

Can you tell us why you have named those four. Is it based on observations during training camp or during the season following training camp?

Interestingly, I've seen this pose used in other cheerleading squads. It's not unique to DCC. I've never liked it but I would love to know its origin.

I suspect the best and most comprehensive site is pompedia.com They have individual photos of most of the DCC from the earliest days to current squad. All the squad photos as well. Not all in the camio format we know now but I'm not sure how long the current camios have been a thing. -
...assuming she has!! I'm waiting for the official list or individual confirmations.

Source? Not asking for a name but where you got this from. An insider? Or is this speculation?
