I think it's more likely Santos would have a fail in the 2nd season. Realistically her attitude is something that catches up with you over time and not necessarily on her first shift. Although not any less realistic than her figuring Landon out in just a few hours. I kept waiting for the way she threatened that father of alleged abuse would come back to bite her. Now that there's this mass casualty event, I don't think that's likely to happen this season but it was definitely a line she should not have crossed. That, plus also talking to the daughter directly about the potential abuse.

With Dr. Adamson, Robbie had to choose saving another person's life over his mentor. Rationally he knew it was the right choice. Dr. Adamson was not likely to leave even staying on that machine for longer. With Leah, he was essentially having to make that choice. There is a small chance that he could have saved he if they were not in disaster mode and he had the time plus more doctors and nurses working with him to save her. You can see him thinking this when Jake questions why he couldn't save her if that is what he does. He had to be reminded by Abbott in the moment that other people were dying while he continued to work on Leah. On another note, you can see the fatigue setting in especially with Whitaker but overall. Last week's episode had an almost quietness or stillness to it even with all the chaos. There was focus and adrenaline. This episode you could feel the dread of being 90 something patients in and not seeing an end in sight. It was wearing on them for sure.

I still think there is something more on the Wii. The way Sinatra responded when Jane asked for it made it seem like she was crazy for asking...like it was too much. I know we see her just playing with it in the end, but my hunch is that either there are files on it or that Wii was a code word for something else in addition to just the game. In one of the early episodes, we were told that Xavier had learned to fly. When Jeremy took Presley to see the airplanes, I remember thinking that this was a sign that Xavier was going to fly them out of there at some point. I agree with whoever said that it is strange that Xavier is so trusting of Jane. He would have questioned how she got a gun. Maybe not in that moment, but shortly afterwards.

As much as I dislike Tom Sandoval, I have to admit that he has been great for this show. I was laughing so hard during the challenge. He is someone who takes himself so seriously yet no one else does. Everything about him and the way they are editing him is just great. I wish Dylan hadn't come out from behind that bookcase and tried to eavesdrop instead. Now I am worried that if they do murder someone, he will be the target just because Danielle and Carolyn do think he overheard something.

He did have the shield and Rob was the only one of the traitors who knew this. I actually thought that Rob was going to convince them to murder Dylan knowing that he would be safe anyway and then no one would have gotten murdered. It would have pissed off Carolyn and Danielle, but it would have been good strategy for Rob because once Dylan would have revealed that he had the shield, Rob could have said "I can't be a traitor, I knew Dylan had the shield." It could have taken the suspicion off of him.

S13.E06: Ring Around the Rumor

It felt like Kyle has been begging someone to outright ask about her marriage. I have 2 theories of why this may be: 1. If Sutton would have straight up asked her if things were OK with her marriage (like Garcelle eventually did), she has a reason to really go against Sutton. She can say that Sutton is a horrible friend to do this on camera. If she was her real friend, she could have talked to her privately. Even aside from this topic, I think that Kyle, Dorit and Erica planned for Sutton to look bad this season. They don't like that she has become a popular/loved housewife with many, so was a target. They may have been trying different options to get the audience to turn on her. 2. Maybe Kyle and Mo had discussed not making their marital issues a story line. Kyle has been good at hiding what she wants in the past. Kyle's way around this agreement with Mo, might be to have someone else say out loud. Then she can claim that it wasn't her that made it a storyline but the other ladies. This could also be why Dorit has more subtly brought up marriage with her on a couple of occasions. If Kyle wanted to keep this underwraps she could have. -
If you would have told me in season 1 that I would sympathize with Roman, I would have told you you're crazy. Yet here I am. He is the least selfish of the siblings and may be a people pleaser in that he wanted the love of his father and he wants the love of his siblings. He was the one who took the partnership the siblings formed the most seriously. He went along with the Pierce deal because it was what Kendall and Shiv wanted. He gets easily convinced because to him what's most important is keeping them happy. He was the one this episode that kept asking Kendall if they should bring Shiv in the conversation and get her opinion. He went along with Kendall with the plan to mess up the deal, but initially asked if they should check with Shiv. Roman has many faults, but if I had to choose the least objectionable sibling it would be him.

I agree. I had heard originally this was supposed to be the "best friends" from each cast, but it fell apart. Marysol and Alexia are the only ones that made sense. They initially cast Heather and Whitney before their season filmed, but by the time they went on the trip they were no longer friends. I am not sure why the Giselle/Candace pairing. Tinsley was coming with Leah and backed out at the last minute which is when they brought Porscha. I do think the vibe would have been different if there were really best friends from each cast, but not only did most castmates dislike each other, there was very little connection between the rest. Even when they went in the vans, it felt like they split up by age. It just didn't work. -
Something I noticed last week and then this week again is that the chefs are not putting as much effort into making cohesive meals as they have in past seasons. They each just say what they want to make and for the most part everyone nods and they move forward. They don't talk about how the dishes will compliment each other and/or if the meal as a whole makes sense. The judges haven't said anything, so maybe it's just me.

I didn't think there was anything wrong with Larsa asking about it. It was better than just talking about it with the other housewives behind Julia's back. Did she need to bring it up again? Maybe not, but this is what they do on these shows. And if Julia was so upset at Kiki to disinvite her, I'd think she'd be just as upset to disinvite Larsa. I think Adriana told her to disinvite Kiki.

I might be late for this, but how about Chisme and Cockies? Chisme means gossip in Spanish and Cockies in homage to Marisol.

After watching this, I still think she's guilty in some part. Whether it was that she herself killed Kaylee or she helped cover it up by not saying anything for 31 days, she's responsible. The documentarians missed a lot of opportunities to reveal more information. Where did everyone think Kaylee was for those 31 days? Her friends kept saying she was such a good mother, so how could Casey be literally living at her boyfriend's house for most of that time and no one finds it out that they haven't seen her with her child? Also, the end felt "acted" when she realizes that her father must have abused Kaylee and smothered her. She said she never left her daughter alone with him, however she also claims that she didn't remember her father's abuse until she was in jail. Also, if she didn't leave them alone together why would she let him take Kaylee's body and trust him alone with her for that month (since she claims still believing Kaylee was alive). Lots of holes and unknowns still.

I also don't think Lucia has a pimp. It was a lie to get Albie to feel bad for her and pay her even though she wasn't upfront about being a prostitute. And then when she mentioned that Cameron owes her money and alluded to her pimp being upset, it was also to potentially get Albie to pay her to "save" her. I do think she sees 2 opportunities with Albie: 1. a way out of Sicily to LA 2. potential blackmail of Dominic because it would be devastating for Albie to find out that he and his father slept with the same woman. When Harper mentioned her threesome in Puerto Rico, there was a weird pause where she looked at Ethan. To me it was a look that said she could "out" him as having been part of what was actually a foursome. When asked when this was, she also had a weird pause before saying college which led me to believe she was lying. As others have mentioned in prior weeks, I think there is something more to the Cameron/Ethan dynamic and that Ethan is potentially bi.

A few things: 1. It's amazing (but perhaps not surprising) that Kyle wouldn't listen to what Kathy was saying about the tequila and Kemo Sabe (sp?). Kathy was saying that it was her fault for having expectations that Kyle would have planned to feature her tequila as part of their visit. She admitted to wrongly being angry about that. Kyle immediately takes it as she is blamed when what Kathy is trying to say that in the moment she did blame Kyle, but now has realized that she had unrealistic expectations. All Kyle hears is "it's my fault" and continues to play the victim. 2. I was surprised throughout the reunion how little talking over each other or interrupting there was, which is common at reunions on all the franchises. This reunion was pretty quiet. Barely anyone interjected during the whole Kathy and Rinna exchange. There was barely any muttering. Like when Andy questioned Rinna on hasn't she yelled and screamed, or in Rinna's words "abused" someone, I would expect Sutton to speak up or even say something to Garcelle. But besides facial expressions everyone was pretty quiet. 3. Perhaps it got cut for time, but there was also no talk about how Kathy was treated leading up to the meltdown. We all saw them picking at her from the slippers to her skiing story to being put in the bunk room. I would have loved to hear what the FF4 would say about that or at least have it acknowledged.

S12.E20: Silence Is Golden

Not to be a Kyle defender, but I did feel like there was a point where her body language and facial expressions were showing that she thought Rinna had gone too far. I don't know why she didn't speak up, but to me it looked like she just wanted it to stop. It's probable that she had planned the whole thing with Rinna, but then her one on one with Kathy satisfied her and she was wishing Rinna wouldn't go this hard. I know some of you mentioned that it seemed like she was holding back a smile, but I don't think I can put myself through a rewatch of the scene. I also think it's totally possible that Rinna and Erica's plan is more a take down of Kyle than of Kathy with Kathy just being collateral damage. From the previews it seems that it's them against Kyle. They know they are putting her in the position of choosing them over her sister, which she's been in before and chosen them. Can she really do that again? Just after repairing her relationship with Kathy? Whatever it is, Rinna and Erika definitely are scheming. Rinna's whole "I am praying for her" with Erika's "You're so elevated" ugh! The only thing that saved that was Sutton's facial reaction!
