I didn't realize that the BuzzFeed article was posted in the shows thread on Thursday before I posted. How can her stand progress be so low? It looks like she's exercising and moving only during her workout. And, she needed to use the em-dash to avoid a misinterpretation of a minus sign, given it follows an equal sign.
