Thank you so much! I really appreciated everyone’s support here while I was going through everything. It helped more than you all will ever know.

I have some good news to share. My cancer is in remission.

The new Seewald name thread closed early. I was going to suggest The Seewalds: Benessa, Their Sons, and Their Garden of Sister Moms.

In those pictures, I think Fern looks like Natalie from Facts of Life.

@jjane, thank you so much. You have my support and prayers with your situation as well. I will be going for tests in a few weeks and hopefully will get good news. Having blood cancer during covid sucks though. I did not develop antibodies from the covid vaccine so I am still stuck in quarantine. in fairness, I do not think people want to doubt other posters, but I think after being burned a few times, whether here or elsewhere, it is natural to be suspicious. There have been a few posts that I was suspicious of, but I just ignored them. For me personally, at least on this forum, I’d rather err on the side of believing. I hope your situation with your niece and grand niece gets resolved soon.

This is why I stopped posting on this thread. I’ve been struggling with my cancer journey and a few other issues, but I’m afraid that if I post about it too much, people will begin to question if I am making it up. I wish I were. I think, unfortunately, as I understand it, a couple posters’ stories were apparently thought to be probably fake or exaggerated. This has made it difficult both for those of us who need support and a place to vent, and those of us who want to offer that support but are afraid of being duped again.

I can think of a few possibilities 1) Izzy and Sam were excitedly talking about things like the library and school and Spurgeon and Henry asked if they could go too and got berated by Jessa or Ben. 2) They already received a warning that went something like this: “We are getting together with your cousins who have been led astray by the devil and by Aunt Jill and Uncle Derek. Don’t get too close or speak to them alone or the devil might plant evil ideas in your heart too.”

He also played a new student who thought Carol was the most popular girl in school because she was dating the captain of the football team. He flirted with her and asked her out. He almost broke up her relationship with Bobby but Carol found out what he was doing before that happened. Eta: sorry I quoted the wrong post.

For baby names, I am guessing Nathan and Nurie will stick with an ‘n’ theme. A while ago, I guessed on this thread that they would name their first girl Noyes Jill. Even though it is silly, I’ll stick with that or maybe Noyessa Jill. For a boy, I’m guessing Nehemiah David.

Jill’s kids are buying her tons of gifts yet she won’t even buy them shoes. Someone from a church on their last Feed My Starving Children tour had to buy them.

I’ve had an autoimmune disorder since I was in my teens. What Danielle is describing sounds a lot like my symptoms. I would think that would be one of the first things her dr would test for though.

Dear Jeremy, Catalogs for overpriced sneakers, pens, and pocket squares are not picture books. There is a reason to look at catalog pictures first. Also, just to let you know in advance, websites and online catalogs are not ebooks.

Do you think Jill believes she has tons of followers who would be interested in her book, or do you think she is actually savvy enough to try to profit from curious snarkers? Maybe both? Or maybe I’m giving her too much credit. She definitely is narcissistic enough to think people are actually interested her “wisdom”. I think she expects to sell copies to her family and then guilt people at her church into buying it plus people at the churches they visit for their traveling “ministry”.

Perfect! The pictures of the girls are almost as embarrassing. At least Jill chose to do this to herself and photograph it. Those poor girls didn’t have any choice in letting Jill style them so awful and then forcing them to pose for those pictures. I’m guessing one of those pictures of the girls will be the cover.

Maybe Lawson plans to use the dog as an unofficial rescue dog with their MediCorps company. (Is that the right name?I get them mixed up with the legit company which is why I’m sure they chose the name.) I have no idea if that would be allowed but I’m guessing that is what he is thinking.

I wish I could like this post more than once. I also wish it could be posted somewhere where that sanctimonious hypocrite would be forced to see it over and over again.
