  1. OMG, you owe me a new computer for that last one, VanillaBeanne!! Bwah!! Holy crepe, I COMPLETELY forgot that Darden and Clark had an affair!! Also never knew they darkened the magazine cover! I really thought it was the actual Nicole call, but could definitely be wrong. Since IMDB credits "Nicole" in the episode, they could definitely have used an actress. I had to rewind the end 3 times because I was in awe that they dropped the F-bomb. I've seen Dylan McDermott cry after masturbating on AHS: MH, but the F-bomb just shocked me....I'm punky, and I'm almost six years old... :Þ I feel so badly for CBJ and all the flack he's getting for his height. You can really tell he's giving everything he has into the role. Hell, everyone is. Some just happen to be doppelgangers for their characters. This show, you guys! edited bc of that damned damned [/b] function!!
  2. Hi guys!! I've always feared Small Talks because never quite sure what's right. I thought this would be the perfect place to talk about another "Trial of the Century," (albeit, a different century)--Jodi Arias'. Juan Martinez' book comes out today!! Anyone got it yet? Waiting on the mailman here!
  3. Exactly, but we watch because we're such addicts...and they suck us in EVERY SINGLE TIME!! On a twelve-day vacation, and I'm embarrassed at just how much of it I have wasted watching ID.... Oh well, at least I have more to talk about with my favorite PTV posters! <3
  4. The front of his shirt was a Memoriam for his mother. I was watching Autopsy: the Last Hours of Jim Morrison last night and saw the next epi will be devoted to her. The back of his shirt was a Memoriam for his father-in-law, Robert Kardashian. Robert's birthday would have been the 22nd, so maybe that's why he wore it. I had typed a recap, and with one button that wasn't the back button, it's all gone. Grrrrrrr....All I'll say is The Day after Beyonce went Black is going into my top 10, and Weekend Update continues to be my favorite part of the show. edited because that [/b] is REALLY important!!
  5. Yup, so disappointing. If it was about political beliefs, VJ wouldn't have been at the 40th. How could they not show the update?? Part of "Vintage" is showing us the different styles through the decades. *sigh* Not counting cold open--I think I counted THREE sketches?! THREE?! Right there with you. It gobsmacked me during the debate sketch when it hit me again that Phil would never get to the age he was playing. Then he did the "food for maggots," and I had to find something else to focus on. :'( Bwah at the goodbyes. Keith Richards, smoking.
  6. I'm with briochetwist. When I saw this thread, I was stunned. The PBS version and books were such huge parts of my childhood. RIP Colleen, Richard, and Jonathan. I just can't with remakes, especially my loves. Can't.
  7. sleekandchic!! <3 <3 Go look at ID--there's a new show Too Pretty To Live, and who do you think it's about?? ;) Yup, can't believe Jenelle was the mastermind all along!! There's just so many things wrong with that family! What do you think of the other #killerposts?!?! My heart broke last week for Seth, he seemed like such a class clown. It seemed he went to Bargo's house for his pride. They really all killed him just for lashing out on Facebook? Seemed that from the moment she was caught cheating, none of them (Her, her step-brother, Bargo) thought they were doing anything wrong. Seth was just so little. :/ :/ Whoever the extra killer chick was, she gave me the creeeps because she was smiling in her mug shot. Tonight? OMG, where to start?? My heart also broke for Sarah. Now, I know she wasn't an angel, and not completely innocent. However, been researching the case since the episode went off the air. They changed a lot of the story. Dateline--Deadly Rivals--I'm about halfway through, and just want to punch my computer. Almost through it, and they've only interviewed all of Rachel's friends. What the hell made Josh like catnip to so many girls?? 27 years?!!?!??! That's it??? :http://www.tampabay.com/features/humaninterest/one-teen-boy-two-teen-girls-and-homicide/1109362 http://www.nbcnews.com/video/dateline/41788360#41787419 edited bc I've been out of English way too long... **flees**
  8. New show starting now: Too Pretty Too Live. Pretty sure the first episode will be the tale that we've seen on 20/20 and the first epi of Oxygen's Killerpost, that of Jenelle Porter.
  9. EEEE!!!! Tonight's vintage is supposed to 88's Tom Hanks/Keith Richards!! My favorite era for both Hanks (Splash? Bosom Buddies? I miss that man!) and SNL. I yearn and pine hopelessly for when Comedy Central, VH1, or LOGO will start showing the 86-92 years! EEEE!!!! Tonight's vintage is supposed to 88's Tom Hanks/Keith Richards!! 10. FINALLY clearing American Scandals with Barbara Walters from my DVR, and it piqued my interest when they showed an interview with Shapiro where he said he would not work with Cochran again and would not talk to Bailey again. I figured the Cochran beef was for him undercutting him and taking the lead on the case, but was baffled on the Bailey war. For anyone else interested, or might have been in the dark as well, this clears it all up: http://articles.philly.com/1996-04-23/living/25659144_1_robert-l-shapiro-shapiro-and-cochran-simpson-defense
  11. Yup, I've yet to find a photo and/or video that actually shows OJ at any time in the Bronco. Of course, I'm sure one's out there and I just haven't fallen far enough down the rabbit hole.
  12. I couldn't remember AC's call to 911. For those whose memories are also foggy:
  13. An article written prior to the series, with a lot of backstory on Eugenie's disappearance and murder: http://starcasm.net/archives/337485 Not the first time this case has been reopened: http://www.lsunow.com/cold-case-reopened/article_5075dc3c-8ab9-5e54-9008-667aa5c030a5.html Finally, for all those who are not aware of Derrick Todd Lee's history, or that he died : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Derrick_Todd_Lee http://theadvocate.com/news/14639119-127/breaking-convicted-serial-killer-derrick-todd-lee-dies-at-local-hospital
  14. Yup, and then Brittany spent the rest of the episode butt hurt and playing victim. It was ridiculous. It was also unsettling to hear her Mom calling Marissa the t-word, I guess because I'm 37 and my Mama would eat feces before saying that word. Prayers and love for Big Ang, she seems like an amazing lady. Hoping she comes out stronger. F#CK Cancer! !
  15. Holy crepe!! Thanks, Rubber Ducky!! Y'all!! The elusive Lee has come out of hiding!! This is allegedly Lee arguing with the former employee and calling Drita and telling her to come kick her ass! NSFW: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dmmc7aQ6nog edited to add the woman's twitter: https://mobile.twitter.com/brattinyc 2nd edit: actual fight!! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=yYsvDIiZHhM
  16. Jason running out to the Bronco is one of the images that has stuck with me most about that night. I remember reading or seeing somewhere that he was angry that AC wouldn't let him see/talk to his Dad, but AC was trying to push Jason back to protect him in case OJ killed himself/all the nearby SWAT team. Also mentioned down-thread is the Goldmans saying JC and OJ turned and mouthed "Gotcha!" after the verdict. I saw that on one of the documentaries. With all the cameras and people that day, how did nobody catch that?!?! I went to Catholic high school. I remember all of us celebrating the verdict in our Newspaper class. I always believed (or wanted to believe) that he was innocent. Same thing with MJ. I guess I'm really weird, because I can never believe anyone could lie, steal, molest children, murder another being, and/or all other crimes. Yet, I know SOMEONE had to do these things, because we see the fallout. The recent documentaries have opened my eyes a lot. The most telling moments for me were AC breaking down during his civil deposition when shown a picture of Nicole and Kris Jenner saying that when Robert was on his deathbed, he refused the call from OJ. Whenever I heard RM was making this show, I started counting down. As I heard the casting, I grew even more excited. When I saw the ads during AHS, I could have peed my pants in anticipation. ACS has not disappointed. It's riveting drama, and everyone involved on and off camera is bringing their A-game!
  17. Good interview with MJW. Interesting that he went to school with Jason (didn't know him well): http://mashable.com/2016/02/09/malcolm-jamal-warner-oj-cosby/
  18. Yup, that was the first epi of ICK I've watched. Possibly the creepiest confession I've seen. Whackjob, indeed!! So tragic that the victim's 20-something daughter died of heartbreak a few years later. The other thing that's been sticking in my mind is the killer from last week's Unusual Suspects. Once he finally slipped up and they caught him by getting his DNA off of a spoon, he went "comatose." For his mugshot, his eyes are closed and for the arraignment, they had to strap him in wheelchair (he wound up committing suicide before trial). Have you guys ever seen something like that before? Brrrrr....
  19. walnutqueen, YES!! How many doctors saw that poor baby?! Also, her family, KNOWING she was pathological liar?!? Never got her help and they also supported her after the murder?? tobeannounced, 25 years to life!!
  20. Yup, I knew from YWN that when they found them in the grave, they were holding each other. Snapped revealed Reggie had broken through his bonds in order to hold Carol. It also revealed their health problems. Killed in such a cruel manner, simply for being so good to the bitch. No comments on the latest Web of Lies ?!?!?! OMG, there isn't a word for the craziness of this monster?! Even worse, the sentence was an insult to sweet Garnett's memory. I just can't find words. Here is her blog (if attention was why she did it, TWO entries--REALLY?!), one of her 3 FB profiles, her mySpace, twitter, and an article for those who haven't and/or not going to watch: http://garnettsjourney.blogspot.com/?m=1 https://www.facebook.com/lacey.spears.16?__nodl https://myspace.com/ladybuglacey20/mixes https://mobile.twitter.com/garnettsmommy https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2015/03/03/the-rare-disorder-experts-say-drove-lacey-spears-to-murder-her-son-with-salt/
  21. I also wish it was just the OGs. Kept running the end over to see if there were actually any shots thrown, but couldn't tell and not expecting any. Interesting that only person pushing for fight at end was Drita. Did anyone catch during sit-down Drita ADMITTED to knowing Love was going to attack Carla. She said she told Love she wouldn't watch her attack a friend. Like Carla said, if you were a friend, you would have not let it happen instead. The episode was full of needed laughter for me. Loved Renee's "smoked a joint" and even more her lifting the picture to reveal a bunch of holes. Fave part of the epi, hands-down: R: "Oh-kaaaaay" C: "What are you oh-kaaaying?" R: "What she (M) is wearing!" C: "I can't see!" R: "You must be bliiii-iiiind!" Cue priceless reactions from them trying to put on normal welcoming looks!! Prayers for Ang. Mob Candy is selling a F#CK CANCER shirt to go along with GoFund Me to raise money. Unfortunately, even though my quote seems to be "I'm a well-educated, classy woman who happens to say fuck a lot," I could never wear the shirt, lest my parents kill me. edited bc phone auto-corrects are the worst!
  22. Thanks for reminding me, sleekandchic!! <3 Arrrrrrgh!!! Where have I seen the case before?? The only thing I can find is 20/20, so I guess it must be true, but I barely ever watch it. ..I will not sleep tonight, it's going to drive me nuts. The show was done very well, and I'll keep DVR'ing; but, it didn't give me the "holy crepe, I'm DONE with Internet dating/socializing" freak out that ID's Web of Lies does! :p Edited to add: HOLY CREPE, were those the real crime scene photos?? Cheese and upchucked crackers!! Also, the cousin was new!! I actually like to see the same cases on different shows to see the differences.
  23. ...and the fact thet were all so jovial and laughing..bite me, jury (and bite me, Jeanine, for good measure)!! I found the video footage of Susie jarring, since we there were only pics in The Jinx. Particularly haunting was her quote about the story she was meant to tell was her own. Heh,Dick getting cross-examined on the letter. Erin did well. Oh, hai, Cody!!
  24. Yup, between this episode and the 13-year old, OMG. I felt so badly for the grandmother/mother and brother. She just wanted to give those kids the best life possible and obviously had no idea the world of social media. Then there's my rage at the latest See No Evil, the couple murdered for money that left 9 orphaned special needs children they had adopted. I think what tops them all is Tiffany Cole and Michael Jackson. The Most horrifying Your Worst Nightmare in my mind is "Surprise Guests," the tale of the generous, frail, and elderly Sumners. I happened to catch a Snapped: Killer Couples on those monsters yesterday, and my blood is a boiling again! edited bc auto-correct sucks!
