  1. Hahahaha! When I first read this, I saw PaulyWalnuts! Shout out to The Sopranos!
  2. Yes, it was extremely rude of her to tell everyone what that girl rated Chris. And she giggled about it. I think Chris is just a normal well-rounded guy, so yes that makes him boring (I don't agree) in this group setting. But you know what, most women want a reliable normal guy. And wasn't it Mya that took it upon herself to tell Sam that "she talked too much"? Danielle needs to get a new BFF. I think her run with Lindsey is over. Completely. I hope Danielle is not expecting to be in the Wedding. She will be lucky to get INVITED to the wedding at this point.
  3. I love Zach because he is entertaining to watch and listen to. So many of the contestants are just BORING. So I hope he stays as long as possible. I do not think he will win it but I think he will do well after the show. Sorry to Nutsa go. I know most do not like her but I think she is one of the better, more polished singer. I think she too will do well. Sorry to Tyson go but he too will land on his feet as a singer, musician and songwriter. Why do we have to suffer through the non-critical (over praising) comments from the judges. Every contestant has found their confidence, their swag, their voice, are a STAR blah blah blah. It would cut down the time on the show by at least 45 minutes to full hour.
  4. Yes! I mentioned this last week when cooking along Tucker. Each week it gets worse.
  5. I finally got a chance to watch this and yes, Tini needed to go. She did well at the beginning but has crashed and burned that last 3 weeks. She did not handle losing out on the steak very well and spiraled downwards after that. That plate did not have any food left on it when it hit the platform and slid down. This show, like so many "competitive realty" shows are fixed. Well, fixed to a point. They obviously wanted Pilar to move forward regardless of her plate not making the platform. And it was very obvious that Nyesha was pulling for Pilar vs Tucker. She made no bones about it while they were cooking their dishes. I think that can also throw a contestant off their game. I like Tucker and hope she goes far. Don't have a favorite to win yet. Pilar taking the 10 seconds from Tucker really messed her up.
  6. This. I like Sam and think she is a breath of fresh air as she seems normal, but fun. I think Kory has met his match with her as she sees it for what it is. Kory is a player and she is in it for the fun and not picking out a wedding dress like the other chick from last season. And I think Kory likes that about her.
  7. Yes, this is pretty much it. Danielle is having a hard with the change in dynamics and I don't see if resolving itself other than the two stop being BFFs and only "friends" on the show. That is if the show stays on the air. It is getting kind of ridiculous each season as the cast reaches their 30s and 40s. And Karl handled her very well while she was drunk mad. She wasn't even making any sense and latched on Karl saying Danielle was good with him. Lord, that was all it took and Lindsey was off. And I must say the new guy, er.....I for the life of me can't remember his name! Anyhow, I like him. He seems fun, levelheaded and not a raging drunk or player. Wait, how did he get on this show again???
  8. Based on how things went for Lucy, I think a sob story combined with flailing your arms around like a fucking moron seems to be a great move. I think Lionel has adopted her so maybe she can quit bitching about money on TV every week. I am not sure who told Lucy to look angry ALL THE TIME but it is not a good look. And mugging for the camera constantly whenever she is on camera, regardless if they are talking to her or the other contestants. It is very distracting and rude if you ask me. Someone needs to tell her looking like she is about to punch someone needs to be reeled in. Try smiling once in a while. It works wonders.
  9. THANK YOU! I kept looking at him and honestly would not have recognized him except I just saw him on TV for something, so I recognized him on BD. What was weird, is there was not even a quick blurb on our screen when showing his name. Nothing. Surely the producers had to know who he was. I have to say he seemed pretty nice to crew so there's that. But, wow, it must have been hard to fall into obscurity after his time on AI only to watch Kelly just kill it with her career. Wonder what he is doing nowadays, well, besides showing up on BD.
  10. Yes, I thought she handled that really poorly, I felt sorry for We having to stand there through that, it was awkward. Who were the judges so bummed to lose anyway, Elijah? I liked him, but his last performance was pretty terrible. I agree totally with this. I felt bad for We, and not only did Katy do it so did Luke. He tried to salvage it at the end, but it was too late. I have newfound respect for Lionel because he stayed on point and only addressed We's Proformance. Nothing else. And yeah, who did they think should have made it over We? I thought it was a logical choice when I saw the last 4 on the chairs.
  11. Hahahaha I bet she was. I know a lot of people watched that unfold on Hollywood Week and it seemed as though Nutsa just left the other chick and went to bed. We did not see that exchange, so we are going on what the other chick said. But we see her call Nutsa and tell her she really needed to practice so Nutsa came downstairs and practiced with her. I did not see Nutsa act put out or mad at the other girl. And did not argue or say anything when the other girl complained to the judges. She was actually pretty nice about it. The other girl was trying to throw Nutsa under the bus, but it fell flat when Nutsa did not respond like a Diva. That being said, what I think happened is they practiced and at some point, they decided to go to bed. The other chick stayed up and got herself worked up that they needed more practice and made is seems as though Nutsa left her high and dry to sleep. Nutsa's behavior, to me, did not support the diva vibe. She seemed to be very supportive of the other chick. Who in my opinion shot herself in the foot all on her own and was cut. Just my two cents.
  12. Jen's friends are shit stirring wannabe reality stars. The smugness of the blonde one (no I don't care enough to know their names) is so bad she has major Resting Bitch Face. If they do in fact rat Rishi out to his family about his relationship with Jen, then they are nothing but bitches and smug ones at that. Ugh. Someone needs to tell them to take a seat and NOW. Daniele is a very self-absorbed person. She lost her shit when Yohan didn't describe one of his past relationships exactly the way she thought he should. But expects him to embrace her going to meet and ex-boyfriend. What a hypocrite! I like Debbie. Sad to see Ousamma's turning out to be big fat liar.
  13. I feel bad for those contestants. Good singers but not worthy of airtime according to AI producers because don't fit a certain mold or sob story. I will see it to the bitter end on this season but not again. Ever.
  14. I saw it somewhere today that Katy is or should be fired because she is so rude to mostly female contestants. My guess if this is true, she just will not be back next season. And as I have stated previously, I have not watched AI for years and am so disappointed on the process and the fact that so many contestants made it to Hollywood that we never saw. We only saw the ones the AI deemed worth their time. They showcased their back sad sob stories, gave them extended airtime and their very own hashtag. The rest of the contestants were show for a nano second in a quick montage, never to be seen again expect in the background when the "chosen ones" were on camera. This show is beyond boring. And actually, Katy spices it up with her antics and negative vibes to female contestants.
  15. I am with Lindsey on this one and I have not always liked her. This season she seems a little different and it appears the relationship with Karl is good for her. Actually, they both look very happy. So, Danielle bringing up the same tired line about moving too fast is getting my MY nerves, I can only imagine how Karl and Lindsey feel. I think Danielle is unhappy in her relationship and lost her BFF to Karl and is now the 3rd wheel. She is coming off as a desperate friend missing her friend due to said friend being in a relationship. We all remember that in middle school right? I think Sam and Kroy are cute together and if what Sam is saying on show is true, they may actually work out. Or at least date. Unlike the blonde from last season, can't or won't remember her name, who fell instantly in love with Kroy and wanted a commitment. Talk about not reading the room......er guy....He screams of being a "Player" and not looking to "date". I think Sam has right attitude and it may work. I hope so. I like Sam and do not think she talks too much. I like Chris too. He is not going over well on this show because he is a pretty normal guy. Seems like a great guy actually.
  16. I too have noticed that considering there is supposed to be so much animosity between the women, they actually were having a good time. Until someone brings up something to get the arguing started.
  17. Karen should have told Daisy at the times all the shortages happened. That is Daisy's job and would not have been a big deal. Karen made it a stressful, pearl clutching crying confrontation with Capital Glenn at the END of their trip. I really think the two that went to complain to Glenn, were just trying to get out of giving a tip. Karen was mad about not leaving the dock and realized that is not a good reason to leave a shitty or no tip since it is not the crew's fault that boat was broken. So, she mustered up some fake tears and complained to Glenn about interior.
  18. I find this hard to believe since we have not heard a peep about it until now. Someone upthread asked if this is back during StripperGate. And if everyone knows, why does Jen bring it up as cryptic gossip shared by "L" that cannot be spoken around the group? It really feels like Jen stirring the pot until she gets a fight going.
  19. Wait, What? Richard is wearing a toupee? I am so going to have to watch closer next time. I had no idea.
  20. This is a lot of speculation. It seems as though Margaret did share it with her close friend, or at least that is what Jennifier is saying. That is not exactly spreading it around. But Jennifier discussing it on TV, now that is spreading. And she is doing exactly what she has been complaining about with Margaret bringing up Bill's affair. The difference is the gossip hurts Melissa not Margaret. If Margaret did say it on camera, there would have been plenty of buildup to Jennifer spilling the beans to Danielle. This came out of nowhere. Jennifer is just messy. Very very messy. I find it very hard to believe Jennifer and now Danielle will keep this to themselves. Wait for it..........
  21. By doing the same to Melissa? Jennifer isn't harming Margaret, she's harming Melissa. Shouldn't Melissa be FAR more upset with Jennifer for bringing this rumor on camera? I mean, listen, I totally get it if someone hates Margaret and just simply isn't going to take her "side." I like Jenn quite a bit as a tv character, so I'm not on one side over another. I'm just honestly baffled at how Margaret is more in the wrong than Jennifer in this situation, and I'm trying to understand the other point of view. I too am having a hard time seeing how the two are the same. The ex-friend of Marge's sounds like she betrayed Margaret by spilling the beans about Melissa to Theresa and Jen trying to be relevant. Margaret did not tell anyone in the group. Didn't share it in a TH, to another cast member, or on camera anywhere. Jen did. Margaret shared it with her close friend. Who hasn't done that? I have heard things about friends or coworkers that I just kept to myself. Novel idea, right? This is Jen trying to be important. And Margaret brought out Bill's infidelity because Jen was coming at Marge hard about her marriage, step kids etc. And boy is Jen happy about that now! She brings it up in EVERY scene with Bill and every chance she gets when with the girls. SHE is the only one bring it up and "harming" her own children. No wonder Bill stays out in the Pool House. Which was brought up in Jen's first season, which she denied but low and behold.............its true!
  22. This is it in a nutshell. Karl and Lindsey becoming a couple did change the dynamics of their friendship. Danielle just is not taking it well and well, Lindsey is a shitty friend so there's that. I have to say they do look happy. Unless it is only for the cameras, but I am actually buying they love each other. The party looked like fun with just the right amount of alcohol that it did not get out of hand. Its weird that no one is in the pool considering they are all complaining how hot it is. Someone got pushed in at one point. Was it Mya or Gabby? I don't see Paige getting married to Craig. But it was sweet when he told her he loved her more than Charleston.
  23. Ugh....I have always liked Colin because he was always a voice of reason when everyone as drunk out of their minds and acting stupid. Plus, he stayed out of the hookup group. Looks like this season that is all about to change. I hope it is not a triangle between Colin, Gary and Daisy. Good start to season and I agree with other posters that this is the most likable crew of the series. I was wondering why Gary couldn't do facetime with his crew to show them where things were so they could get to work. It does feel like the Covid thing is producer driven for some reason.
  24. I started fast forwarding through the community theater parts. I guess I should go back to the last episode and check it out. I too found the series way too long and all over the place. it was a complicated story so there's that. I don't think the Burt intended to put 6 people in jail. I think he THOUGHT he was doing the right thing, but it was his huge ego that put those people in jail. He ignored the fact that most of the accused were not the brightest bulbs in the box and easily lead down the narrative Burt wanted. This is similar to Making of a Murder.
  25. I have not watch AI for years and I must say I do not recognize it at all. Sad back stories get you through if you are a mediocre singer. And the top 24 apparently were picked from the initial auditions since those are really the only people we have seen actually singing. The brief shots of the other contestants sitting in the audience waiting their turn showed a lot of unfamiliar faces that we still never got to see. We basically have only seen the contestants AI picked. Gone are the days of total pandemonium during Hollywood week, sleepless nights, fighting and a lot of crying. I remember during Hollywood week, poor Scotty McCreay couldn't get a group to take him. I think the first group secretly decided they did not want him on their team because another contestant needed a team and they apparently liked the other guy better. Loved the fact that Scotty WON that season. I feel for the contestants that showed up, passed auditions only to be relegated to background scenery for the actual contestants the show has already decided who was going through. The rest was just for the cameras. Did they even get a #???? I found this format boring and staged. And Katey torturing contestants with "We did not pick you for the top 24......(dramatic pause).... YOU put yourself through! Congratulations!" I wish one of the contestants would have slapped her for that crap. So Mean. And I was worried about Fire as she looked completely devastated and Katey was sooooooooo nonchalant about it. It was almost uncomfortable to watch. They pumped Fire up so much only to yank the rug out from under her. Katey didn't even pretend to care at this point. But reading post upthread that she is not as desperate as they led us to believe........shocking!
