  1. Also. Can't believe anyone was taken in by Julio and his recording. He KNEW he was recording that conversation and could manipulate it in his favour. I believed Kirsten 100%. I have lots of male friends and yes I send them photos when I'm trying on clothes because sometimes I'm indecisive and would like some external feedback. Doesn't mean I'm dating them or even interested in them romantically.
  2. Well, after spending the series debating which one of sarper and Shekinah I couldn't stand more, I realised during the recap scenes in the tell-all that Sarper is actually hilarious if you don't take anything he says seriously. Just imagine it's all a big act and he's fooling the other cast members with his book with crosses (I didn't find this offensive as a woman... if it was consensual casual sex... with a stripper that you hired...who cares if he puts an x in a book...) Please can Kenny and Armando host the next tell alll?
  3. Every time Christine said "He's the love of my life!" I believed her a little bit less...
  4. I thought they asked better questions than Shaun... by "they" I mean Tim, since the other 3 were on mute.
  5. This made me lol as I just returned a pair of diesel jeans that i ordered online because they completely obliterated my butt...diesel roisin FYI. They do have other lines that give you a perky butt!
  6. THANK YOU for this post. My gay best friends recently acquired a baby via surrogacy. The surrogate mum had to have an emergency C-section and spent 24 hours in the intensive care unit. Women who are willing to go through this and take these risks for someone else deserve to be suitably compensated. They said she was an angel. And yes, it is possible to be financially incentivised AND care about helping another couple. It also took my friends a long time to find a willing surrogate as many will only do it for straight couples. I'm also a little surprised by the amount of judgment against Brandon's mum. I think she is beautiful (saying this as a straight woman) and has clearly been through therapy and done a lot of work on herself. I also respect her for being willing to be open about being an addict on (inter)national television. It is a tragedy to end up an addict but until you've walked in someone else's shoes you're not really in a position to judge.
  7. I am officially a Jasmine fan after watching that.... for anyone who feels sorry for Gino remember that he shared naked photos of Jasmine which went viral, and she lost her job as a schoolteacher as a result. Loved her reaction when Amanda told her to shut the f up. So calm and accurate. No words to describe how vile (and dumb) Amanda is. Both her and that screechy one in India on The Other Way (I forget her name) seem to think it's fine to just dump all their emotions onto other people without considering how it might affect them... Now, I'm the first one to agree that Christian is a bit of a 🚿 but I do think he has a point ... it is the 21st century, are we still not at a stage when men and women can just have a conversation without it being flirting or a prelude to something sexual? (Besides which Christian's own sexuality is not black and white) I have lots of male friends that I'm not remotely attracted to, but enjoy hanging out with, it frustrates me no end when their partner gets jealous and thinks I want to steal their man or their man won't be able to contain himself by talking to me. By the way. If Statler wants to travel around the EU she will need a schengen visa which will give her freedom of movement throughout the entire schengen zone (which is most EU members). It is valid for max 3 months within a 6 month period. I don't think she's doing this for visa reasons because she can already visit the UK for (repeat) trips of 6 months at a time if she would get a long term visa.
  8. I came to this page specifically for this kind of post. I don't have anyone in real life with whom i can have the discussion "What the Hell has she done to her face?" Sarper is gross. I wouldn't sleep with him if you paid me. I thought her ex was Italian not French but maybe that's a reflection of how much the show is destroying my brain cells.
  9. Amanda is one of the dumbest people I have ever seen on this franchise.....in fact i think only DinYell was worse.... I have despised her since she whined about Razvan not having a tumble dryer in his tiny apartment, but her fake love bombing and nauseating PDAs now she's realised that he's fed up with her is the last straw. I hope he dumps her asap. One other thing. Having a dream to move to the US and being in love with an American are not mutually exclusive! I don't get the hating on Razvan (or anyone) for wanting a green card and achieving it via an American spouse. It doesn't mean they don't also love their partner... if the US gives them more opportunities than their home country then why not aim for partner plus visa simultaneously? I am in the netherlands and would prefer a dutch partner over a non-dutch partner because then I am eligible for dual nationality. Currently I can only get dutch nationality by revoking my British one which is not something I'm willing to do. It doesn't mean I would ONLY be in a relationship with a dutch person because I'm trying to get the dual passports, but that they would be my preference, all other things created equal.
  10. Diane is my favourite person from the entire 90 day franchise. Pleasa can she have a private chat with every cast member?
  11. Kimberley's reaction is completely over the top. It is possible to express disappointment or dissatisfaction without screeching like a banshee. I have zero patience for histrionics.
  12. The Netherlands is a nice country 😊 I came here many years ago from the UK and decided to stay permanently. It's also one of the easier European countries to manage in if you don't speak the language (although learning dutch is obviously a big advantage!) I came here because of my job, after watching 90DF I feel I've been approaching things all wrong when my boss is being a jerk - perhaps I should be yelling at him BUT I LEFT EVERYTHING BEHIND TO BE HERE WITH YOU
  13. I would like Mary to go back to COLLEGE and finish her studies. The fact that she quit because of brandon made me really cross - how many other girls in the Philippines would love to have such an education but do not get the opportunity? I'm a brit living in the Netherlands for years (and episodes run several weeks or months behind here so I'm always late with commenting), I'm quite looking forward to seeing what the producers decided to show of the country. I never heard of the little town Kirsten is from, had to look it up on a map... And yes, re someone's comment above, you can "bike everywhere" and still own a car.... the car is for long distance travel. Noone is going to bike to their ski vacation in Austria. Kristen has nice blonde shiny hair and dresses in a way to attract attention. Her face is otherwise very average looking. My dutch friend has the same blonde hair and said she always gets interrogated at airports because apparently she has the appearance/style of a drug smuggler, so i wasn't surprised the same happened with Kristen.
  14. I'm not a Cleo fan but I actually felt sorry for her in the second bar. She made it perfectly clear to the viewers - more than once - that she finds noisy, crowded environments overwhelming and stressful. Yet Chris, who knows she has autism, doesn't understand or respect this?
  15. To test for a suspected parasite you have to submit a poop sample and it takes at least a few days to get the results back (speaking from experience). What I want to know is how she managed to get a doctor's appointment the same day (in the UK). The rest of us lesser mortals typically have to wait weeks for an appointment, and for a simple stomach bug they wouldn't even see you until symptoms had persisted more than a week (unless you had severe symptoms like dehydration).
  16. Cleo jumping into a taxi and asking "Can we go to the airport?" ..... noone would say that in real life because London has 6 airports. I am from the UK and have never, ever come across someone called Dempsey. Agree with above that it's probably a pseudonym.
  17. As soon as Cleo appeared on my TV screen I thought "Is that a man?". She has the bone structure of a man and her voice is somewhere in between a man and a woman. So when Christian had said in the scene before that she was "different" I assumed we were immediately going to get a story about her transitioning rather than the autism. And when he said his family will never guess... erm... they might. I just can't with Americans who travel to another country and demand American food (or any nationality who behaves like that for that matter). Don't travel if you can't handle other countries being different. Also, trying new food is one of the best parts about travelling. Alopecia just means hair loss. There are many different types and it rarely means you are bald. Alopecia areata is where hair falls out in clumps and can result in total baldness. Much more common is hormonally-driven hairloss which gives a diffuse thinning without total baldness. I'm guessing jasmine has the latter rather than areata. Although if she is wearing extensions all the time that can lead to traction alopecia because the weight of the extension hair can eventually pull out the real hair. In which case she should stop wearing extensions...
  18. We have showers in Europe! And deodorant! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Seeing these stereotypes about us is hilarious. Of the thousands of people I've met here I can only think of one french colleague who doesn't use deodorant and everyone who shared an office with him complained about it (not to his face). I do however question when some of my students last had a shower or washed their clothes. I assumed it was part of growing up that they need to learn about personal hygiene.... I think most people don't smell too fresh first thing in the morning? Maybe Razvan sweats and farts a lot in his sleep? Seriously though, I cannot stand Amanda. It's her business if she decides to go quickly into a new relationship but I was ready to throw things at my television when she was whining about him not having a clothes dryer. Dryers are expensive to buy and expensive to run, and when you're on a limited budget in a small apartment then they are probably not your first priority. I am in the Netherlands which is a relatively wealthy country, and even here many of my friends don't own a dryer, because they just don't see the need when you can hang your clothes to dry for free. Romania is not a wealthy country and it is just so disrespectful of Razvan's culture and financial situation to whine because he doesn't have a luxury appliance that you have back home. I reckon she's always behaved like a spoilt brat but because her husband was older and she was still a teenager when they got together, they probably had a parent-child dynamic in their relationship and he pandered to it because he got a pretty, young wife. Also, in her first episode she basically said she was looking for a new partner so that they could help with looking after the kids. Sorry but that is NOT a reason to enter a relationship. Do you want a partner, an equal, or a slave? The way she talks to Razvan, I don't think she sees him at all as her equal. He has been very patient with her so far but at a certain point I can see he's going to break. ALSO. If after arriving in Romania you decide it was a mistake to come - you can go home! Go home, or if you decide to stay then don't whine continuously about being there. Gino - i don't know what time of day it is, but just go to the shops and buy a vegetable peeler and a chopping board. It's not difficult. I can't stand people who whine without finding a solution. Jasmine is mad as a box of frogs but surely she can do better than Gino? I'm really torn about this series. I think I've never hated so many cast members in one series (Meisha included in that - she is sending off narcissist vibes). But then i feel a strange compulsion to watch so that I can feel even more annoyed with all of them.
  19. Not heard this phrase before but I'm so going to use it! Brilliant. Brittney's friend seems really nice and gives good advice. A rare occurrence on 90DF. The fact that she seems like a decent person but is friends with Brittney gives me hope that Brittney might be a nice person underneath it all.
  20. Sure, I've lived in London for a few years and I decided I prefer not to have black bogies when I blow my nose. I also like to walk quickly which can be a challenge in crowded places...
  21. Aww thanks, indeed it is nice here, although I don't go to Amsterdam much as it's kind of dirty and full of tourists 😁 I'm actually considering a relocation to the US for my job and 90DF is my source of education about American culture 🤣🤣🤣🤣 (seriously though, I hope most people are closer to the ones on this forum than on the TV)
  22. Sorry I am 2 months late to the party - we are soooo behind in the Netherlands! Just wanted to say I was convinced debbie was going to ram the luggage trolley into Jess and Colt at the airport when they were doing their lengthy goodbye kisses.
  23. Thanks. This is what yazoo means to me (feeling nostalgic for my childhood now)
  24. I know right? I've been a passenger in a minibus driving around the mountains in Greece on narrow winding roads with steep side drops... there are regularly SHRINES by the roadside where people died in traffic accidents... sometimes we had to move boulders out the middle of the road to get by... no way did i start yelling and effing... I wanted the driver to concentrate on where they were going!
