It sounds like the accident was Tamra's fault. According to TMZ, Tamra had been told many times that day that she needed to slow down and she kept driving like a maniac anyway. Vicki being airlifted kind of made me laugh though, I'm sure it was serious but I'm also sure that she milked that shit for all it was worth.

I was going to ask the same thing. So let me get this straight, a little boy is unkempt and a new dad is in sweatpants in the afternoon, and this is bad...how? What I loved most about the picture Karl posted of her and Vee were the comments about how beautiful Vee is. I bet that pissed Karl off, even after all of her plastic surgery, Vee is still better looking.

As for Suzy, Karl is a known liar, we've seen her lie many times so I'm not taking anything she says as the gospel truth. If you do, that's fine but I don't believe anything a liar says. Wow. That does show a lot of growth. Ive been watching old seasons and just watched when Jo first started seeing Vee, (I didn't realize they had been together for so long.) ,Karl was seeing Jordan and bringing Isaac around him but had a fit and forbade Jo from bringing Vee around him. She was such an asshole about it. I don't like her but I have to give credit where it's due, I'm glad she's taking responsibility. I just watched her 16 and Pregnant and she has always been a sour, dour Debbie Downer. Janet was there for her in every possible way and all she did was bitch, whine and complain about EVERYTHING! And when I say whine I mean whine, she sounded like a 3 year old whining to Janet that Jo never wants to go to the movies. Dumb ass, you're a homeless, pregnant teenager and you're whining to the person paying for your life that you never get to go to the movies?! I don't know how the Riveras put up with it. She brought so much chaos and drama to their home. Does Jo have a sister? In 16 and Pregnant I noticed a teenage girl with glasses on at the dinner table and in the background in a lot of scenes. I've only heard about his brother Junior so I'm wondering who she was. Edited to say, after reading the article linked above I must say that the line about them finally being an "actual family" now because Jo and Vee are getting married pisses me off. You can be a loving family without marriage. My 27th anniversary is May 15th and we have no plans on getting married any time soon. I would love to see Karl and her "actual family" make it to her 27th anniversary.

I'm just saying that from what I have seen on Teen Mom, Suzy has pretty much said yes and been there every time Karl asked her for something. If she's as horrible as Karl says she is, why did she leave the kids alone with her in the first place? As for the job thing, I guess I'm just old fashioned but the guys I know equate working and having a real, actual paying job with being a man. They, and I, think a man should go out and work to support his family and himself. That's why I personally and harder on the men than the women about not working. Like I said, I'm old fashioned but that's my personal opinion.

It must be killing her to not be able to tell everybody who her dad is. I would bet money that everybody she meets knows who he is within 3 minutes of meeting her.

Chewy 101, I agree with you about Maryum/Yaz, even if they did find out who her dad is that doesn't mean she can't get arrested just like anybody else. I also agree with the poster who said that most of these women probably have no clue who Mohammad Ali is anyway.

There are so many shows about jail and prison and no lawsuits have been brought because of those shows so I don't see why this one would be any different.

I hated how when Tami was on the phone she would turn and face the room and speak louder when she was talking about Barbra then turn back to the wall to talk about other stuff. That was disgustingly immature for a police officer. It seems as though every other person in the program has found at least one other person they've bonded with and can hang around with but not Tami. The preview made Barbra look like an idiot the way she was sobbing when one of the inmates was released. I feel bad for Dress Shoes. I don't think he's going to make it in there. The poor guy obviously has never gotten over being bullied and picked on when he was a kid, and the bullying in there will be so much worse than what a high schooler can dish out.

Zoloftbob, the men's restroom situation is weird isn't it? It seems like it's set up to create conflict. I don't care where a person is, nobody should have to ask permission to go to the bathroom.

If they were panicking so much over Zac going before a judge and blowing the program, what do they do when somebody decides to leave? How do they explain to everybody how all of a sudden this person is going home? Myram (?) needs to shut the hell up about her dad. I agree with Jordan61, what the hell did she mean that saying she's Muslim would make them know who her dad is? What a dumb ass. This show makes my claustrophobia rage like crazy. My stomach jumps just thinking of being locked in a small room like Robert is. I could handle being alone and the other apects of it but the locked door would do me in. Not only is he locked in but even when the door opens there are so many other locked doors and hallways before you get to the outside. Just the thought makes me sick to my stomach. I keep thinking of fire or earthquakes which we have in my neck of the woods. Yeah, I could never survive in jail.

I understand completely, there are a few special things that belonged to my late Border Collie Harley that I just can't bring myself to give to Kaylee. She uses his doggy table and his bed but some things are put up because I just can't picture another dog using them.This may sound ridiculous but it works: if he bites or mouths you, yelp like a dog when he does it. I make the same sound a dog would make if it was being bitten and it really works. I do the same thing with my cat, she's a love biter and she bites hard sometimes. I just kind of squealed like a cat when she did it and she stopped doing it pretty quickly after that. DeLurker, from what you've said here about your ex, I would have chewed his shoes up too, and maybe his leg while I was at it.

Thank you so much. Congratulations on your clean time! That's great. Opiates are one of the hardest things to get off and stay off of, you should be very proud of every minute of those 19 months. I mainly said what I said about addicts for posters who may not know. I had a bad accident a couple of years ago and I'll be on pain medicine forever. When I first learned I'd have to take it indefinitely, I went and got myself a drug and alcohol sponsor. I just know that with my history with alcohol and a lot of my family members having addiction issues, I needed to be damn sure I didn't become addicted to my medicine. My sponsor just keeps me on the straight and narrow when it comes to my pills. The last thing I needed on top of everything else I was going through was an addiction. I think something like that should be mandatory, if you're prescribed narcotics and will be on them for an extended period, I think drug and alcohol counseling should be a mandatory part of getting the prescription. If you miss a meeting, you don't get your refill.

I just think it's funny that Karl keeps saying her mom never did anything for her but every time they showed her asking Suzy for something Suzy always said yes and was there for Karl. She sucked during the 16 and Pregnant episode but every time she was shown after that, Suzy was there for Karl. I also think it's funny that a poster thinks it was OK for Karl to steal the TV because she brought it back when asked. To quote mama Dawn, that don't make no damn sense.

It's really easy to stay thin when you eat more pills than food. Somebody up thread mentioned that they were "once an opiate addict", I have to clarify that the only ex/former addict is a dead addict. I haven't had a drop of alcohol since 12/29/1995 but I'm still an alcoholic. Once an addict, always an addict.

Doesn't Christie have a child already? I thought I remember seeing a daughter on a previous show. The way she talks about babies you would think she doesn't have any kids so I was wondering if the girl I saw was maybe her step daughter.
