  1. I think you've hit on Becca's story arc the remaining time she's on the show: will Chris choose her, despite her youth?! Well that and her virginity.
  2. Fleiss just tweeted out a "thanks" for the great ratings and asking for help in picking out the next bachelorette. I don't think he's serious but it kinda curious that he is technically asking. I think like Reality Steve has said, it will come down to how the contenders from this season are edited on "Women Tell All". Personally I think they are looking at Britt, Carly and Kaitlyn but doubt Kaitlyn can get past the ABC executives who have the final decision. Edited to add that I think Carly being from a bachelor/ette family will play in her favor. If I remember correctly brother Zak was very well liked in his season by Chris Harrison and company.
  3. Chris' blog on People is pretty revealing, IMHO for this stage of the game. Maybe its cause I know the spoilers from Reality Steve but it he seems like Chris is pretty much confirming the following: 1. Britt takes one look at life in a small town Iowa and runs all the way back to LA 2. Jade's playboy past comes into play on hometown dates And good luck to him doing damage control the next week or so with Whitney.
  4. Its going to be interesting to see how Fleiss tries to fake everyone out that Chris didn't pick Whitney when pretty much everyone can see that he does. For Ashley and JP, he got Ashley's sister to hate on JP but I can't see that working this time around as Chris family probably will love Whitney.
  5. I think Courtney has visions of being on QVC or some other shopping channel, selling her "products" to the masses. Ah, good luck with that. I wish she'd just concentrate on getting more experience in being a make up artist and working on that debt. But since I find her very savy on social media, I'm not surprise that she's going to take her 15 seconds of fame and try to make more from it. As for Doug and Jamie, as soon as the cameras go away (which should be soon since the new season starts in March on A&E), the lack of real committment from them will be difficult to overcome.
  6. After last night, its obvious to me that the spoiler that Chris is engaged to Whitney is true. Good job by him finding the only really, sane, normal, happy person out of the herd. He must be pleased watching back at her interactions with the others that he didn't see. And I think there is some decent chemistry for them to work with to make a go in the real world. No idea what Fleiss/ABC is going to do with the next bachelorette. Carly/Britt going out at final 5/6 are too early and well the whole no showering by Britt is getting lots of negative reaction online so maybe it will have to be a retread from another season, if Kaitlyn & Becca aren't in the running either.
  7. I think its going to be great TV when Chris' sisters pick Jade in episode four for the big Cinderella date. And I wonder what their thoughts were when the news broke right before final 4 rose ceremony of her nudie past. Kinda suspicious that she went home as the news came out.
  8. I don't think Jason paid for that night out as it seemed that it was FYI driven--give us some comps and your wine tasting venue and WESTIN hotel Presidential suite will be all over TV. Or at least I hope that's what happened.
  9. According to Reality Steve its Amber, Tracy (who?), and Trina (who?) are the ones that go home.
  10. Well we saw in the first series that Jason HATES debt and was very worried about Courtney bringing into their marriage student loan debt so I have a feeling that he will not take her unemployment well. We all know that money worries is one of the leading causes of divorce so they have some work to do. Maybe that's why she seemed so eager on social media to film again as the FYI cash might be a way for her to pay off her loans much faster.
  11. I was the same age as Jason when my mom died so I feel like I know what he is going through--I-- never expected to loose a parent in my 20s. Best of luck to him and Courtney; they have alot going for them but also face many, many, many difficulties.
  12. All I remember is that the new job is with his brother and maybe his sister but I don't remember the parents being involved. I hope for Jamie's sake that she can tone down the baby talk but part of me thinks its producer driven and in reality they have worked out a timeline.
  13. Not sure why they changed Courtney's job title but I don't think she has ever been a full time make up artist. Its her dream job but the office manager one is what she has been paying her bills with. And her loosing it and Jason only being a probie fireman, their income is going to take a big hit. So no wonder they are ok with the FYI cameras being around! So I guess the main story arcs for the reamaining episodes will be Courtney/Jason's money woes and Jamie/Doug's when to start a family woes.
  14. I don't blame the couples either for taking FYI's money and having the cameras still around but eventually they will go away and will they want to be married to each other then?!? And I do wish Jamie had a more realistic outlook on motherhood but with her family history its not surprising that she wants to be "perfect". Good for Doug wanting to wait till he is ready.
  15. Reality Steve is up with his episode recap and mentions that next week's episode has one on one dates with Kaitlyn & Whitney. So if Whitney is getting her 1-1 date at episode 3, that might mean that she was a favorite from the beginning as episode 3 seems to be the about the time that the final 1 shows up on the radar. Or at least Ithink that's when; I have a terrible memory for episode details! It will be interesting to see how Whitney's story arc goes. Oh, I've loved Jimmy Kimmel since he did "Baby Bachelor" with his nephew Wesley. Such a Classic!
  16. Saw that picture. Jana is such a beautiful girl and I hope that whatever comes her way in the next year or so is something more than just being on the outside looking in on life. But I won't hold my breath or anything as I feel like its going to more of the status quo for her.
  17. I acutally think Jesse Palmer comes off pretty well in his post bachelor life on ESPN. The dumbest for me will always be PLo aka Prince Lorenzo the doggy shampoo guy. I guess the two doctors, Lt. Andy and Travis Dork would be the smartest book wise since they got through medical school but the the smartest overall probably would be indeed be Brad, even if he wasn't good enough for Bettina's dad as a college drop out. As for Chris, I find him to be just ok right now. I need the herd to thin out some more before I can get a real feeling for this season.
  18. If the other Chris can make it work with Des after watching her boohoo her eyes out over Brooks, then Whitney has a chance to make it with farmer Chris. But its going to taka a lot of work over the next few months and since I don't have a clue to what either of them really are feeling, who knows.
  19. First thing I thought of when I saw that picture of Boob/Michelle out on a group "date" with their married kiddos was "poor Jana, stuck at home". And yeah it seems like she has accepted that the next 15+ years will be raising her siblings and then she'll then start on her elder care for Boob/Michelle. Sad, sad, sad.
  20. I finally got to watch and really think that this Christmas episode was one of the best of the entire series. Really looking forward to the new season, as having the characters enter life in the 1960s should be good.
  21. Haven't had a chance to watch the special yet but I'll try to catch it sometime in the near future. Agree, that Walt and Tiffany and maybe Lauren have a chance at a "normal" life but the others are lost causes. And that's a shame since both Lyle and Murray are dads. Walt does indeed work in the Oil fields of Texas. Hard life but good pay if you are willing to put in the hours.
  22. I had the same thought but why hasn't there been any denial for camp Tebow!? I guess they are letting the stories run for the publicity for Mama Tebow and to keep Tim's name in the press.
  23. Nothing would surprise me related to Boob pimping out one of the girls for publicity but hey, maybe ole Tim is just who Jana needs in her lfie. Stranger things have happened.
  24. Yes Trista was the final 2 and there have been other Bachelorettes that have been ex final 1s--Jen and Emily and I guess Deanna but since the filming of the Bachelorette now starts a day after the live After the Final Rose ends, being final 2 makes it nearly impossible to be the Bachelorette as you'd have to go up on stage confessing heartbreak for Chris and then pop over to the mansion to film your season. So that's why Steve thinks that Britt is a strong contender for the lead over Becca. But we'll see if that changes in the new year. Britt could be one of those girls that end up back together with an ex or don't want to do the show.
  25. Reality Steve has his final four spoiler up, along with some new girls. Cliff notes: 4. Jade, boo I wanted to see her at least get a fantasy suite date 3. Kaitlyn 2. Becca 1. Whitney, and she and Chris are engaged With Jade and Kaitlyn not being bachelorette material---and the final 2 girl never being the bachelorette, Steve thinks Britt, a mactress that went out at final 6 is the frontrunner.
