You know, those white cotton/lace/embroidered runners that your grandma probably had on her dresser? I find them at thrift shops all the time, I love them. And I am an unabashed cottage core, shabby chic, boho kind of girl, so they suit my style!

I love how people on these shows go to family parties filled with trepidation. They always "hope that things will go smooth" and that fisticuffs won't break out. Never have I attended a family do worrying about who was going to take a crack at who. Have I been missing something?

I just hope she doesn't have a gummie weed attack.

Commerical break! How's everyone's week been? Today I did a spring refresh in my bedroom, put up fresh curtains, tended and organized my plants, changed the bed and dusted and put clean dresser scarves down.(I thrift vintage dresser scarves and doilies and stuff like that and layer them on all the little tables and plant stands in my bedroom, very shabby chic!), vacuumed, burned a nice springy, flowery candle. My room is a lovely, springy bower!

I can't help but feel that Emily plays up for the cameras. She is clearly a good wife and mother, and I love how much she's embraced Cameroonian culture. Kobe looks like a happy man and they are happy together. And you're right, its a rarity on this hell franchise. Good luck to them and their adorable kids. I have all the faith in the world in Annie. She's a survivor. And how many men are shits to their first wives/kids, then become exemplary, devoted husbands and fathers the second time around? Not saying it's right but it does happen, time and time again. Jesus, is that camel still biting that Slaton sister? Poor camel probably has rabies now.
