  1. No, he didn't sleep w/anyone. Julia assumed he had been going out on dates and probably slept w/his boss-lady she had suspicions about. When he said "we both slept w/people, he was just in shock and repeating what she said b/c he thought it was just her lawyer-boss guy that she was seeing, and now it seemed his wife was getting around.
  2. Well if anyone is going to guilt Zeke to change his mind for the surgery, Kristina and my vote goes towards Jasmine bc apparently she guilts everyone...
  3. I was certain after Sarah had that personal talk with Zeke about him walking her down the aisle and then Amber called and asked her not to call anyone else that Sarah would have a car accident in the way to Amber and die. I don't know why I thought that, I guess part of it was due to the close call from earlier w/ Hank driving through the red light earlier. I'm glad the writers are making the Julia/Joel reconciliation realistic and not letting it just be an easy fix. They have a long road ahead of them and need couples/family counseling. I knew her sleeping w/ the other guys would be an issue w/ Joel. I was afraid that the scene w/ Max taking photos of Dylan was going to show she was warming up to him and eventually fall in love w/ our favorite Max. Kristina is a bitch, I knew she couldn't keep her damn mouth shut. All in all she gets her way...as always. Now she has an unemployed husband, and no doubt she will want his half of the insurance check sunk into Snowflake Academy. I'm surprised we didn't see Millie teaching art at the career day or Crosby doing music since we got Jasmine doing dance. Pretty soon all the Bravermans can work there. Drew can do the financial books and Amber can do...reception?
  4. So are Tim Tom & Kevin really gone, or is it just assumed they perished in the Monarch's Hive/house collision fire in the Malice neighborhood. I was really hoping it would be revealed that the Moppets being part of the Phantom Limbs Revenge Society as sleeper agents. Did we ever get a reason for Gary going back to being a henchman for the Monarch? I really thought the next stage of his evolution would be either an agent for O.S.I or as the next bodyguard for the Ventures, hell he is way more competent than Sgt. Ha...er...Vatred. I could totally see an episode where Vatred and Gary compete to be the Venture's bodyguard. I can't wait for next season b/c you know Monarch is going to be pissed that both his wife and best henchman are on the Council while he is left out in the cold.
  5. Not that i'm on Whoopi's side, but maybe even she realized how off the rails she was yesterday and decided to take the rest of the week off...oh who am I kidding, we all know it was Babs who made this call b/c she watches every day.
  6. I figured he was still married and we would eventually see Diane w/their son and the two other girls...recast obviously. Has it been stated otherwise that he is no longer married.
  7. Please, if ABC executives didn't pull Babs off there air years ago due to her deteriorating mind there is no way they will yank Whoopi due to her incoherent-ness.. I can't figure out why Whoopi, who is an EGOT winner like we have all been told due to the finger wagging in our face, is on this show; she has to know she is above all this...but then again she thought she was good enough to be the center square on Hollywood Square-revamp years ago and everyone knows that is where fading stars go to stretch out their 15 minutes of fame.
  8. So why don't they just give Queen Whoopi a throne to sit on at this point... I love how Whoopi said that since she was gone basically a month that the normal ignorant viewers were probably tuning in to Whoopi Goldberg Presents the View and not knowing what they were watching b/c she wasn't there to grace our television screens. Seriously...I was thinking perhaps the show is watchable once again b/c Whoopi wasn't there. Here's a thought Whoopi, maybe if you would stop toking before every show you might be more on your game, no off timing or incoherent... So she has back issues but here Whoopi is jumping around the stage and whatnot about the State of the Union. Whoopi is middle class? Huh...never would have thought that...in a million, billion, trillion years. Oh wait, she is speaking for all the rest of us...stupid bitch. So was Rosie even part of the show today...Whoopi shut her down left and right when she tried to talk. I don't know Jodi Ernst, but trust me Jodi...you in danger gurl if you come on this show. Whoopi will wag her finger in your face and tell you her truth and that is the only truth that matters b/c Whoopi lived in a "Dakota" at one time or another. I'm sorry if this offends, but Whoopi you are a c you next tuesday. First off you aren't as damn funny making jokes about guys not wanting un-inflated balls and all that crap, but then to derail the discussion saying to the audience that Rosie, Nicole, and Jen don't know what they are talking about b/c it's sports was just tacky. She did that just to change the subject, even though 3 out of the 4 were having a discussion and Whoopi checked out of it. This really is Whoopi's show at this point. Is Whoopi so stupid she can't figure out they are piecing together the dinosaur based on the bones they found. She can't figure out where the eyes are or that this were bones in the spine? She just had spine/back issues, is she really that stupid? At least Rosie played to the camera that Whoopi is fucking crazy. Damn you Rosie, how dare you teach the audience what red velvet cake really is...thank god Whoopi was there to tell you that you were wrong.
  9. I really think "Leslie & Ron" would have been a great series finale. Those two are truly the heart and soul of this show, and I loved that Ron humbled himself to want to work w/the people he loved and missed like that, even if it didn't happen.
  10. I don't think she's worse than ever, it's just that she's the same as before. Whoopi will never change. It also doesn't help matters that they threw a celebration for her return as if she was out for life or death surgery ala David Letterman. I have a question since i haven't watched the show regularly since Rosie O left the first time until she came back this season. Did they ever celebrate the other co-hosts birthdays like they did for Babs and Whoopi, and by that I mean going all out and making the show all about them and what they like.
  11. She's not that young, I mean hell I know who Madeline Kahn is/was and i'm 33, she is one of the best comedic actresses of all time...taken way too soon. I think Nicole meant she didn't know what Rosie and Kristin were talking about in regards to all the Broadway chatter b/t the two of them. Nicole isn't very knowledgable about the world it seems outside of politics and her own circle of family, but hopefully Rosie and Whoopi will take her under their wings and broaden her horizons. It reminds me of Rosie's first stint on the View where she took Bitsy under her wing and did the same thing, but then everything went to hell and here we are. I watched that YouTube posted upthread w/Rosie, and it seemed like Rosie was throwing some veiled shade at Whoopi, which I loved!!! It makes me still believe that Whoopi's surgery was elected surgery and not really life threatening or anything. The fact that Rosie even said Whoopi was complaining about her back issues in September, it's just another thing that leads me to believe the ABC executives told Whoopi to take an extra two weeks for the holiday and she used the time to get the surgery done. If this did happen, it would have to have been to see what the show would be like w/o Whoopi there.
  12. Rosie did look fed up at the end of the show, mostly due to her flubs about Laverne Cox writing on the new season on Transparent, then calling it Parenthood, then calling Jonah Hill a transgender...I wonder if she felt today was taxing to her and that was part of the flubs, i'm sure the house band didn't help matters. If this is how ABC is going to treat Whoopi's return, like someone posted upthread, the second coming of Christ, I could see her being fed up w/the show. We had two great weeks, and I really thought Whoopi's time off might mellow her out, but nope. I wonder what Rosie P thought of today's debacle as she watched it from home. No doubt in my mind she is done w/the show.
  13. So thank god....our national treasure Whoopi Goldberg is back on the View. Jesus Christ... Whoopi didn't know that the vertebrae were labeled, like L7 and whatnot? I call bullshit. I do think that Whoopi was told to take some extra time off after the holiday b/c of all the onstage/backstage arguments and she decided this was the perfect time to get some elective surgery. Wow, I did not miss Whoopi and her pointing figure, lecturing to others, her burping/hiccuping/farting jokes. So with Whoopi back on panel now, Nicole has someone who can have her back and she can "call out" Rosie. I didn't see this Nicole in the weeks w/o Whoopi, she is beginning to remind me of Bitsy, unless she has someone in her corner to back her, ie...Bill Geddie/Sherri, she won't argue/fight. What the hell was Nicole wearing today? Did she stay out all night from some benefit/gala and just come into work. How does Rosie sit there and allow Whoopi to point her finger at her constantly, even if it isn't meant directly for Rosie, I just couldn't take it. That house band was annoying...especially that lead singer, who the hell did he think he was, James Brown? I love Kristin Chenoweth, and I love the relationship b/t Rosie O and Kristin. I will always remember Kristin's first appearance on the Rosie O show, Rosie told her at that point she would not only get a Tony nomination, she would end up winning and of course she did for "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown. I remember Rosie gave Kristin her costume dresser for the Tonys b/c Kristin had to perform her song then her category was following the performance, Rosie lent her dresser b/c she knew she would win and she did. I loved the old Rosie O show. What deal w/the devil did Judith Light light make? She looks amazing...
  14. So I was right while watching the special last night, it did seem like the season finale to season 5. I thought this was the start of season 6, but it looks like we don't have a season 6 in sight yet, or at least not that i could find anywhere. I know they take their time when writing for the season b/c it always a huge callback to everything out in the cohesive Venture universe, but I really wish they would do something like this... 2013- Season 5 2014- Season 5 season finale 2hr 2015- Season 6 2015- Season 6 season final 2 hr or they could split up each season like 2013 season 5 pt 1 (6 eps) and 2014 season 5 pt 2 (6 eps) The wait b/t seasons/specials is way too much. I've heard others that loved the series say that they thought it was over b/c of the wait b/t seasons.
  15. I loved that the Soverign was inadvertently killed while in eagle form, how perfect especially Bc nobody knows he is actually dead now. Dr. Mrs. is damn hardcore I loved that Stephen Colbert came back to voice Dr Impossible. I guess the creators bypassed his agent this go round to get him back. So was Billy's mom a member of Team Venture? Where was Pete White? I'm damn excited for the new season.
  16. No, Whoopi will be back tomorrow. Today was pre-recorded, was it not? I have a feeling it was b/c Whoopi wasn't there, I mean who starts back on a Tuesday...and now that I think about it Nicole's question to the Selma cast about Oscars might help the movie out clearly shows it was recorded before the Oscar nominations where the movie was basically shut out.
  17. Dear people in charge at the View, Nicole Wallace is not good in interviews unless it is a political figure where she can put her political skills to good use. I'm tired of her asking questions then interrupting the guest to ask other questions or answer her question she asked, it is horrible. Either have Rosie coach her on how to ask a question and sit back and let the guest answer or...well hell idk, use her for hot topics and craft/food segments. Was kind of shocked they didn't bring up the major Oscar snubs w/the Selma crew, but I guess it's still a touchy subject and i'm sure that Oprah is getting her hit squad together regarding it. I was surprised that Naya was there today after that blind item from last week that eluded to her doing some things w/an executive in order to guarantee a spot on the show. Damn, what happened to LeeAnn Womack, she looks completely different. I guess i'm used to her looking like she did 15 years ago, lol.
  18. God, Sherri is annoying...talk about someone who has never gotten past being fired. I bet she comments on the View for the rest of her life. She needs to be grateful that they allowed her stupidity for as long as they did, and move on. No need to continuously talk trash about the show. I would love for them to ask her to guest co-host and then devote a segment to question her about her inane tweets and interviews about why she talks trash about the show that made her a household name unfortunately.
  19. Yeah, it was bad enough Sam was sniffing jockstraps, but then we see he was doing it while other guys were in the locker-room. It also looks like next week Sam has gone back to dyeing his hair back to blonde after it's been dark the past few episodes. I liked the mash-up songs, but I was pissed we didn't get to hear the female cheerleader sing b/c I really liked her voice from last week and I wanted to hear more of it. Maybe next week I guess. I too thought it was glaringly obvious that Sam doesn't have the degree to be able to be a high school football coach, I mean what happens when it's basketball or baseball season...is he an assistant coach for those sports as well? It was weird hearing Quinn mention Finn's name b/c I thought only Rachel was allowed to speak it from hear on out. I know this will sound strange but it still doesn't feel real to me that Cory is really no longer with us, not that I was really affected by his death or anything, it just feels weird for some reason.
  20. Somebody w/ a twitter account please comment "it also helps that they haven't actually asked you back to co-host either." I thought Rosie did talk about her time after the View regarding how Babs stabbed her in the back during the feud w/Trump by siding w/her on the show then was still friendly w/him outside of work. Didn't her book Audition talk about all of that time on the View basically.
  21. So what episode #'s is this "special" from season 6? I have a feeling this will be like the Halloween special from season 5 where it was aired out of order b/c it was Halloween. It was confusing last time they did this b/c we had Hatred w/boobs, Dean w/dark hair and all that w/o any explanations until the actual season started up.
  22. This might just happen, and it all depends on next week. When Whoopi returns next week if we see the tension and arguments ratchet up next week to where it is tense and awkward there is no way that ABC can't take notice of it and realize that it is due to Whoopi. I could totally see them buying Whoopi out of her contract and letting her go.
  23. I've called the Rosie P not coming back after the play starts card since we figured out she wasn't a right fit on the show. Does Sherri really think she is going to be asked back to co-host? I read that interview upthread and I can't believe she told the story about Babs reprimanding her on stage during a show, that seemed like a private reprimand by a boss and she ends up telling the story for the world to hear...how stupid. Part of me thinks they might invite her back to see if she might boost ratings, but then again she dissed Rosie O compounded w/the fact that Rosie O won't put up w/her stupidity. I also think that Whoopi was told to take an extended vacation and she chose to get surgery for a pre-existing condition during the time.
  24. So do you think they will cover the Cosby rape allegations for Feb sweeps or will they save that for the season finale...b/c you just know they are going to take their shot at this storyline.
  25. Yeah, I can't watch these shows w/Babs either. The fact that she is so damn senile and railroads the topics to what she wants to discuss. Rosie wants to talk about the cold weather and her kids refusing to wear coats, so Babs decides to relate that to women not wearing hose anymore b/c her good friend Anna Wintour has deemed it unfashionable. Rosie decides to bring up her favorite tv family of the moment on the show Shameless, so Babs decides to say how much she loves Downton Abbey. Rosie goes w/the change of topic so they all discuss their favorite television shows they are invested in and tries to discuss the final season of Parenthood and Babs just starts saying Sex and the City and Modern Family like a babbling fool. Rosie brings up a topic of being optimistic can prolong your health and Nicole tries and ties it in w/Rosie and her heart attack and if that changed her outlook on life. Rosie then mentions how she meditates, and Mario joins in that he had dabbled w/that in the past. Here is Babs contribution, "well you know I interviewed the Dali Lama." I decide I can't take it anymore and delete todays program from the dvr. If we are only getting Babs on Fridays b/c Whoopi is out then by all means bring back Whoopi.
