  1. There is confidence and then there is being an ass. Jason is just an ass. Him saying his dish was the best in all three cooks is just ridiculous. Glad to see him gone. A little surprised at six black jackets but going into the third round, it was getting a little telegraphed.
  2. I really wanted to like this but just don't. I'm not sure what the actual plot is and what's so special about these rocks. It seems more than half of the episodes are flashbacks too which doesn't help.
  3. I just figured there were more screens behind them or on the podium they are at.
  4. Watched the first episode last night and it was pretty good. Interesting concept. A lot of people got a eliminated on their category of "expertise". It seemed to have a lot of commercials though. Seven contestants were eliminated yesterday out of 81. I guess there will be around 10-12 episodes?
  5. 81 contestants compete in trivia duels against one another securing spaces on a floor grid with each victory until 1 contestant claims the entire floor and takes home the grand prize of $250,000 Hosted by Rob Lowe
  6. During the jury questions it sounded like Jake figured out Katurah was an attorney. Too bad that was pretty much the only awareness he showed during the entire season. As soon as Austin picked Jake for the final reward I was practically screaming "don't tell him about your idol!". First chance Jake got, he told Austin. If he just kept his mouth shut, I'm pretty sure everyone would have voted for him and he would have had his pick to send home. Wasn't Katurah the one that came up with the vote Dee plan and pitched it to Jake? Seemed odd that she flipped her vote. Then she got mad that Jake didn't tell her beforehand that he was going to use his idol on her. For all Jake knew, she would have just gone and blabbed to everyone that Jake wasn't planning on using the idol on himself.
  7. When I first saw the list of "celebrities" for the Holiday Bricktacular I wasn't too impressed but I though the show ended up being hilarious. They all did a great job.
  8. Just watched the holiday show. A single game to 500 points and it took up the whole hour? Way too much was packed in between questions.
  9. I agree with all the comments on the finale. None of the builds were that impressive and way too personal. From a set perspective, I thought that Neena and Sam’s build was the best. Jamie and Amy are probably not looking forward to trying to turn that plane into an actual set.
  10. I just started watching this and they could have just skipped the snowman punching part. Each kid just happened to get the protein they cook every year for the holidays?
  11. I think Rob and Corey were very far behind and both of the other teams were already gone by the time they got to the kayaks. Editing tried to make it look like they were there at the same time but I don’t think they were.
  12. I agree. The only "reward" part of the rewards this season seems to be getting out of punishment.
  13. Not sure if this is the best place for this but I saw these frozen meals at Walmart this weekend: https://www.walmart.com/search?q=gordon+ramsay&catId=976759 I'm really really surprised he'd put his name on frozen microwavable meals. I guess there are Wellington Bites and Crab Cakes too that aren't listed there.
  14. Yeah. But then when Funke told him his pasta was under he questioned it almost like he thought Funke was wrong.
  15. Yeah, I didn’t really understand her thinking there. If you think everyone is going to vote for you, your vote means nothing. Might as well risk it.
  16. Thanks. During the episode one of the paramedics said there was no way she would cross the nurses' picket line and I think that's where my confusion was.
  17. Can someone refresh my memory as to what exactly is going on with the nurses in season 3? Are they on strike (but some are working)? Are they working less hours because of the changes Dr. Cylon made (I don't remember her name)?
  18. I think they're setting it up to have Sir be all in her head. There have been sightings of him after she captured him and he just happened to get sick the same time she did (I know that's possible but she doesn't spend that much time with him). Although, didn't the tech guy a couple of episodes ago see a heat signature in the house when it was supposed to be empty? Even then though, why would he not bring that fact up? Hey Gabi, is someone in your house?
  19. The more I watch this show, the more I really dislike the main character. I’ll finish out this season but I doubt I’ll be tuning in for season 2.
  20. I don't mind seeing Gallo go. The whole will they / wont they with Violet was getting annoying.
  21. I thought it was hilarious actually. If they didn't know how to do it properly, were they not allowed to ask?
  22. I’m going to sound like an ass but the woman at the end of the holiday show deserved that last whammy she got. She already won a Mercedes and she had that Kia in her bank. Yeah, the Disney trip was still up there but as soon as she said “the Ford Explorer is still up there”, she lost me. She could have left with two cars (and that cookie truck) and she’s talking about winning a third car? She did end up hitting $100k with her last spin so she got lucky there
  23. If there was a split in votes, he wouldn't be controlling who went home, the people splitting the votes would. He probably had a target other than Jake in mind.
  24. I think he was thinking that if he could get every single player to vote for him, his vote would then control who went home.
  25. https://ew.com/survivor-45-player-obsesses-beating-bruce-exclusive-deleted-scene-8408150 This article seems a bit off base. Everyone wanted Bruce out but this article makes it sound like Austin was the only one obsessed with getting Bruce out. I don't even think he was was as obsessed as Katura or Emily.
