This was my first episode and definitely my last. Such stupid writing.

I've been trying to place how I know the actress who played Natalie. I know she was on Young & the Restless but then she was on a prime time show after that. I particularly remember her because of her odd voice. Unfortunately,imdb doesn't have the full cast list yet for this episode. ETA that I just figured it out. She was on Dexter playing John Lithgow's daughter.

I hated the mustache. Too creepy.

Now those are the kinds of people you need for this show every night.

While I thought the finale was pretty good,I do think I'm not watching next season. I get too frustrated with the storytelling to find this a satisfying show.

Last night's panel of comedians were the worst. Very few laughs and most of those came from Hardwicke.

At the end of tonight's show,I was all "What the hell,show?! How could you do this to me?!" Makes me even happier it got renewed. Hearing Daniel's actual version of things finally confirmed to me he is innocent. But I doubt that matters to the DA and Senator.

My biggest laugh out loud moment was Abigail Adams' reaction to Jefferson's letter. "That should have been two letters!"

The renewal makes me very happy.

I had to give Giovanni a lot of credit for putting up with that. I don't get Scientology but I don't think a guest needs to basically defend it.

One thing is driving me crazy. Wasn't the category called "3 letter words with 2 syllables"? Yet most of the answers only had 1 syllable. I'm so confused.

That whole thing with Trey just served to confuse me more. Is Daniel guilty or not? I really do not know. Especially if he was doing as many drugs and drinking as much alcohol as he is now. Poor Amantha. She couldn't enjoy that high for very long. The thought of Daniel serving ten more years would be heartbreaking. Especially since she believes he's innocent. Also,I couldn't help identifying with her when that guy was taking so long to get his money together. I have to run a cash register sometimes and that drives me nuts.

I like how Teddy Jr. was wary when Amantha was all friendly to him. Can somebody refresh my memory? Daniel and Tawney never had sex,did they? Because,if so,that reeks of a soap opera plot with the pregnancy. Other than that aspect,I enjoyed this episode. Having everyone together for their mom's birthday. Being on their best behavior and all. Through all that,Daniel bringing in that oven for his mom and Teddy Sr. being so sweet about it while Teddy Jr. tried to poke holes in it. Typical family stuff,really. I always want to give Daniel a big,strong hug.

Apparently,a lot of people on Twitter are wondering abou Joshua. The only reason I don't think he's Elijah is that Joshua's build had more bulk to it. Elijah,despite the silly hair or wig,actually seemed like a nice dude. I've known guys like him and they are just on their own path. And if he's okay with Solana getting married so soon and still remaining friends I think it says a lot about his character.

Does it bother anyone else when Alex does that thing where he corrects a contestant when they get an answer wrong? Such as last night's episode "Sphinx NOT Manx". Ok,she gets it. You told her it was wrong the first time. You aren't a teacher.

Man,that was not an enjoyable game to watch. I already miss Julia! I also don't understand how Brian couldn't get Carousel. At least he knew South Pacific was from James Michener.
