I don't understand why Dr. Now does not require the pyschotherapy, or visits to the nutritionist before the WLS. I know for a fact that here and in other areas of the country that it is required not only by insurance but also other agenices. The pyschotherapist, and the nutritionist have to sign off on the surgery first. It sure would save him alot of heartache and time with these patients. Some require up to 6 mos of therapy before they will even touch you.

I am so glad I DVR these shows because I fast forward thru the repetitive crap that we heard before and the commercials and I end up with a 30 minute show even when it lasts for 2 hours.

Jeanette talked that she was so happy that Ari was there with her in one moment and in the next she was there all alone with no support from her family. I am happy for Jazz but so sad for the rest of the family, I can't imagine how hard it must be to always have to take the backseat. I wonder if the surgery was paid for thru medical experimental grants or something? Although it doesnt seem like they lack for money!

Apparently Luke was blindsided by the fact that he verbally, and emotionally abused Kate. I really wish that after he was made aware by Pastor Cal that he would have sat her down and had a nice long chat about how bad he felt for hurting her, a little acknowledgement in this episode would have went a long ways. Or maybe he didn't really feel that bad ha? I really don't even know how she can sleep in the same bed with him right now, or even hug him. I am actually pretty repulsed by him myself. He should not have been picked for this show.

I was so happy to see that Heather was back along with Ariel but Heather sure did go downhill. I think maybe since she had her hand on the door her season, her over confidence was her worst enemy. I think that was pretty much the case with all the veterans on this season.

I wanted to mention that I found it very disheartening Fernando has no support on her wedding day. John's sister made it clear how sorry she felt for Fernando not having anyone there but not sorry enough to help her get ready. Seems she was too busy doing her own hair and makeup. His mom? Please, a wedding takes an hour at the most and you can't find someone to stay with your mom for a little bit? She totally did not want to be there. They might as well have gotten married in NC with his friends, at least Fernando would have had some decent support. I give her credit for not breaking down.
