I definitely got that vibe from Jackie. In the same breath she talks about how down to earth she and Ben are cos they're rockers and then goes on to say how much she loves the finer things in life and diamonds and blah blah...total contradiction. Even though I've only seen the first 2 episodes I can tell she's classless and vapid. Kinda makes me sad for Ben cos I always liked Silverchair....a LOT. And now he's just a second rate crappy reality star. It looks like he feeds into Jackie's bullshit almost as much as she does. So sad.

Some people can pull off having blue hair. Others cannot. Lyn is one of the ones who can't. Especially since she is a lawyer, you would think she'd know that something like that would (or at least could) take away from her credibility as a professional. Also, she needs to stop referring to her vow renewal ceremony as a wedding. She already had her wedding, she doesn't get to do it twice without a divorce first. I don't know what to think about Leha and her husband. I'm pretty sure though if I received a call like that telling me someone I knew hired a PI to follow me and my family for false accusations I wouldn't want to be around them either. In fact I'd have a hard time not just going over and punching her in the face, so at least Leha was able to keep cool til she was able to leave.

With only 3 episodes left in this entire series and this is all we're getting so far? I just can't realistically see things being wrapped up in a good (acceptable) way. Yet again they're spreading too many mini plots into each episode. I could care less about Andy and Holly and their family drama. Same for Arlene falling in love for the third time onscreen. I don't even care about Adalyn and her sex life with her soon to be step-brother. (Added fact....technically she's still a baby or at least a toddler. Eww.) Cut all that shit out and focus on the main characters. But I know that won't happen. Wishful thinking I guess.

Meh. I'm out from here. All 3 finalists are boring, and I wouldn't watch a show featuring any of them. Then again, I don't really dig straight up cooking shows. If I want to cook something specific I look for a recipe online. I don't watch a 30min show.

Could they just quit with the Bill flashbacks? It's so late in the game now I don't know why we're supposed to care about the first time he met his original wife.

The band broke up probably about 2 years ago now. I think they were way bigger in Australia than they were anywhere else worldwide, even though in the 90's and early 00's they were pretty popular. None of the albums past Neon Ballroom were very successful in the US, although they did still tour here a couple times. I think Daniel Johns is taking a musical hiatus, as well as Chris Joannou. Ben seems to be the only one doing anything musically right now.

I'd like to know more about this "rigorous psychological and physical testing" the participants have to go through before the show. Anyone know what it involves? Also, how do they determine each person's PSR? And really.. what does that even mean anyway? Most people could probably do a somewhat adequate job surviving if they had a firestarter and a machete to work with. You may not immediately know what to do but I'm sure if it's either survive or die you'd figure out something.

I wouldn't say that he personally is well known....but if you ever heard of the band Silverchair he is the drummer. They were really popular in the late 90's and early 00's. And while I have always been a fan of Silverchair/Ben Gillies he definitely does NOT look like Johnny Depp. Maybe if you were blackout drunk. But probably not even then.

I love how Jackie is trying to maintain she and Ben are private people while they're famewhoring for the Housewives' franchise. If they truly wanted to be left alone they would have turned this down. Not buying it!!! Also, I guess now I'm obligated to check out Ben's new band. I knew he had one, but kind of forgot. YouTube here I come.

I don't understand all the hate on the girls wearing flip flops. I wear em all the time in the summer, and to me as long as it's not the dead of winter and they're not playing a sport or doing a dangerous activity flip flops are fine.

I should probably know this already, but I do not. Is a barrister the Aussie equivalent of a judge? That is what I assumed from her mini wig and robe while heading in a building labeled Supreme Court.

I'm not sure this one has anything to do with Andy Cohen, but I'm all in anyway. Throw in a member of Silverchair and you have my undivided attention. Don't mind me, I've only been obsessed with Australian stuff since I was 10.

Oooh yay! My request was granted. Found this gem on demand and just about had a heart attack to see Ben Gillies and his wife being part of the storyline. I used to be a huuuuuuge Silverchair fanatic back in the day. I was truly obsessed. Anyway, yeah seeing Ben on this show made me squee for joy. His wife and her psychic thing just sounds so outlandish. Gina reminds me of a contestant from RuPaul's drag race. The rest I didn;t pay much attention to during the first viewing cos I was so stunned about the Silverchair sighting.

Susanna's daughter's performance....lame. Was she lip syncing or was that actually her terrible song? I wasn't paying attention. Also, does Susanna remind anyone else of Morticia Addams, with that black hair and harsh center part? It's like Morticia went guido.

I get that certain states want to mandate the use of hands-free devices for safety, but I don't think they can have any input on how often a person uses them while driving. That part is just laughable. Are cops going to start going through your phone history if you get pulled over?

I had totally forgotten about that missing episode, and was wondering why they skipped on on demand. But now I definitely do remember seeing it....and I don't remember it being all that terribly controversial. It was a person who may or may not have been a dude in drag. Who cares?

Anyone catch the casting call email at the end of the episode? Seems like they need some more advertising.. um, patients for the show. And I guess it won't be back for 2-3 weeks now. I've always been curious about plastic surgery. Not because I want anything done, because I really don't...but I am curious as to what one of these superficial douches would say is "wrong" with my appearance.

I've noticed a similar pattern with my friends. Aimless chick who's not sure what to do with life? Send her to beauty school! On the other hand, my friends who are highly motivated a driven, nursing (or other medical) careers seem to be very popular. And of course the girls with the cosmetology degrees *still* don't know what they wanna do or if they're even going to take their boards exams or not. Good grief!

Maybe Leah will get herself a Miley Cyrus/Jennifer Lawrence/Anne Hathaway style haircut. It'd be fashionable AND functional. Leah (or even Miranda) needs to light a fire under his ass about it. Your kid needs special medical equipment and as the dad with the insurance policy it's your job to make it happen!!! I dunno how many times I have been on the phone with my insurance company about things for me that weren't covered or needed extra info. If I had a kid who needed care that was being denied you better believe I'd be up their asses practically every day til I was satisifed. This is not one of those times to "just accept it". This episode's on again now and I just want to smack all of them. GrannyBoobs for being so whiny and entitled, Belieber for his delusions, and CoochieStomach for being so dumb. Seriously, no anesthesia but a block of ice? I'd be out of there in less than a second. Screw that. I don't care how cheap it is, it's NOT a deal.

Shelling out $25,000 for only a reception and still doing all the work yourself? Screw that. For that kind of money I'd pay someone else to cater, and setup, and everything else. I guess the Duggars' "frugal" ways lately are definitely more "do as we say, not as we do".
