Alesia has taken the breakup with Johnny badly and her mind is not on the job fully, so even though nothing has changed WRT Tzarina's work style, she's not paying attention. Gotta keep texting with her boo, y'all. Tzarina is prickly and too ready to see enemies everywhere around her. I think Lara is a perfectly competent Chief Stew, and she wants an easy life. Easy means Marina does housekeeping, Brianna does service, and Lara gets the white plates for fancy dinner service. I don't really care too much about the men on board. We see their problems will surface in the coming attractions.
