I do like the DCC who was chosen, I thought it would be someone else though! (Don't want to spoil it for anyone who's not watched that video!)

First impressions: Kylie and Zoe look like the same person with that hair. I don't know what it is but Tori and Amanda's faces look odd. There's A LOT of over-the-head poses. Why are the cameos all different sizes again? Some of the eye make-up is way too dark (AK, Brooklyn, McKenna). Kelly and Madi could be the same person too. Not a fan of Taylor's pose. Ava is giving off mean girl vibes (even though she seems nice on the show). Ariel is the new Kelee, cute as a button Sophia reminds me of Courtney Cook, also cute as a button A moment for Kayla's braids, LOVE! Kleine has so much energy in her face. Hers, Lea and Camille's are my top 3 favourites. Does their website editor not know that when you click on a cameo, it should open in the same tab, not a different one (internal link strategy etc)? I do wonder where they hire their marketing/web team from sometimes.

I've listened/watched all 4 episodes and it's refreshing to hear their experiences. I like how they're both honest and don't shy away from critiquing the organisation whilst still being proud and appreciative. They've fast become two of my faves, considering we didn't get much info about their rookie class with no TV show.

Right? It didn't help that they were old enough to be the cheerleaders' dads too. Just gross.

I've finished the show and have lots of thoughts! I'll wait until everyone has finished though so I don't spoil anything.

I'm watching right now, hoping to binge all 7 episodes today!

Crikey, not surprised that TK picked on two POC though (I've always got very bad vibes from her). Not to mention that they seem like two of the sweetest members of the team as well (from the outside looking in, anyway). TK really is vile. I hope Victoria can get away from her (she's been coddled her whole life and now she's an adult). She should finally move to New York away from her mother. I'm not saying VK is innocent in all this but her mother seems very obsessive and more fussed about being famous than her daughter.

Didn't she say that she'd tried out for DCC before? Flexibility is never a bad thing to be working on as a dancer as I'm sure the Mavs did some form of kicking motion over the four years she was there (not a kickline obviously, but some kicks in some capacity). As someone who is an influencer (well, blogger) and works in marketing, I can definitely see her appeal though. She'd have been used on just about every poster and promo for sure! I don't think Katy was even that big, 4 hours of dancing a night is pretty good cardio to lose a couple of pounds! She's built a bit like Rachel A, more of an athletic figure, which isn't usually TPTB's favourite body type. Charm was VERY passionate about her, that's why I was convinced.

Rewatching seasons 3-16 (we don't seem to get 1 and 2 in the UK). I'm up to season 14 and I will forever be annoyed that they took Ashley H into training camp over Katy from UCLA. Ashley's kicks were horrendous with no chance of improvement. Katy had the full package and just needed to tone up a little.

It's official! The show is returning in some capacity.

Oh god, that was awful from her. I'm going to guess that she pulled something during one of the kicks because she wobbles when she gets up and looks uncomfortable before they walk off. Either that or she didn't stretch enough beforehand.

Good for Darian for speaking out. You only have to read the comments on the Daily Mail article to know what most men think of cheerleaders. I imagine anyone who replied to her TikTok is probably retiring because we know K&J won't be happy about the press this will bring!

@ByTor I was just going to say the same thing. The real world and DCC world are very different. It was probably the fact that she was sneaky about it, considering her teammates obviously knew about it. You know Kelli hates it when people use DCC as a stepping stone (I mean they're only there for a few years and then what?). I liked Alora Rose (solid, technical dancer) but her heart was never 100% dedicated to DCC and Kelli hates that. Most only auditioned during that year because it was the only dance job available!

UK friends, season 15 is finally airing over here on Sunday morning on MTV. Looks like it's being repeated on weekday mornings too. We can finally watch it on a TV screen rather than a dodgy illegal stream online!

I like how you get to see different people shine too. I'm currently rewatching season 12 on UK television and at least they try to get some variety. There's usually at least one hip-hop and one lyrical/contemporary guest choreographer in each season (on the show at least). I think especially for the vets, it must be a bit boring to keep dancing the same old pom routines year on year. At least they bring in a bit of change! Plus it must save the girls some money by not having to go to other studios to work on other dance styles!

See, as a dancer, I love the guest choreographers. I get a bit bored of seeing the same old Judy choreography and like it when they mix it up. They're some of the best choreographers in the industry so it's pretty cool to be able to take a class from them. Potentially, they could even hire you if you're really good at their style! To each their own :)

I got very defensive when they chatted about her hair because mine is the same colour! The only note I had was maybe it was a tad long, she looks great with long hair but a couple of inches shorter could've made it less harsh (like Jinelle's). I've no idea what they were talking about her looking old, it's not like she looked 70 or something. I was rooting for her to watch the show back and return the following year.

I believe that's Jax. Erica is joint lead with Jenna, with the black and white checked shirt around her waist.

Tori can't be that far back surely? I'd have her where Armani is at the very least and have Armani out on the edge somewhere. I know Tori is a tall girl so between her, Jada, and Victoria, they need to balance each other out somehow. Is that Karley the 2nd year on the fourth row? I don't really remember her being a standout in her first year. Then again, it's been hard to follow everything with no show! Looks like she got a Barbie this year so maybe she's stepped up as a vet! Loving seeing Megan so far forward, she really sells a performance. Lea should be moved forward a bit too but at least she's on the outside. Is Jessica the new Danielle or Nicole Bulcher? Dependable and a great teammate but not a standout performer.

UK friends, they're showing DCC MTT on MTV! Currently season 6 but it can only be watched live on TV, it doesn't look like it's been added on catch-up anywhere.
