Hasn't Alanna only just come back from a cruise around Europe? Those things aren't cheap! I'm not a fan of destination weddings personally, especially given the rise in the cost of living right now!

One thing the NBA dancers usually have in common is power (and often too much of it). I liked Amanda but her movements weren't punchy enough.

Charm was Meghan's choreography and you can tell by MTT that just tells it like it is. I like to think that she picked the girls herself because she is a big name in her industry with a reputation. She chose Maddie (3rd year), Kashara (4th year), Amber and Rachel W (both rookies). At that time, Rachel W wasn't even on SG but is a pretty face. She was one of only 4 DCC picked by Meghan Trainor's choreographer to perform with professional dancers at her halftime show. That tells me Maddie is highly employable. Some of us might not be a huge fan but if top choreographers pick her out and notice her, that tells me a lot! Going out to auditions is a complete other ballgame, especially in LA, but good luck to her!

I wouldn't have thought Katie would be, she's only just made the TCU showgirls squad.

I sort of see what Brennan meant when she didn't like the way the team was going. These ladies all look so young (I say this as a nearly 30 year old who people seem to think is still a teen) apart from Breanna, Cailey and Kya. Ariana is a knockout though, that face is model-esque!

I think it's the middle part that I'm not a fan of. Then again, I'm a millennial so we usualy prefer a side fringe!

She doesn't have a grin quite the same but she reminded me of Chandler with that grin.

There are 8 not in the sidelines one: Amber, Megan, Jensen, Kelee, Rebecca, Lea, McKenzie and Caroline. From what I can tell, Megan, Jensen, Kelee and Lea are all in that swimsuit calendar with Kat on the cover (I can't see the images too clearly though). The one with Tori on the cover features Rebecca, Caroline and Amber. Looks like McKenzie is the one to miss out completely!

She's a very clean dancer, not amazing but not boring either. The only problem is when you go down her Instagram, she's a childhood friend of Milan. You know how TPTB love a connection and that could work against her. It shouldn't be a thing but I'm sure they'd make it one.

She's okay but I get Meredith vibes from her dancing. Lovely technique but not a lot of power. Also, not here for the 'let's cram in all dance styles into one' video. Personally, I'd stick with hard-hitting jazz for an inital audition, showing flexibilty and power, and then you can switch it up in your solo. So many dancers have amazing technique but zero field presence and power!

I can see Ashlee being one of the points but not Caroline or Jayln. Definitely in the triangle but not point. I like them all but Ashlee has that it factor. Chandi will retain her spot in the triangle and I could see Kelcey getting a shot of point. Claire would be my safe bet for the 3rd years, she's got to be in the triangle and maybe even point. Marissa could be up there if they want to add in a blonde. All have proved theirselves as solid, dependable dancers but a couple have star power more than others. I think Ashlee-Chandi-Caroline first as Ashlee is more showy like Gina was and then Kelcey-Jayln-Claire.

It was on Kelli's IG story. I wish they'd show us more of the banquet. I know we get pics from the girls but you'd think the social team could do a BTS as they prep for the event and then on the night footage! Another missed step by the DCC social team!

I'm always intrigued to what everyone's least fave season is? I think mine is season 9. Considering my fave ever DCC made it that season (Melissa W), I couldn't deal with the Ashley Pro-Caila-Breelan rubbish (none of them should've made it), Hannah getting cut made me sad because I loved her as a rookie and some of my fave vets retired too (Jackie Bob, Mackenzie, Carisa, Lauren and Olivia). Although the TCCs they cut I was more than okay with, I'd have cut the squad even trimmer! Plus there's too many Jennifers, Jessicas and Ashleys to keep up with and MRC gets involved more.

I hated it when Kelli said that Dayton wasn't smiling in rehearsals when learning a new dance. Who on earth smiles all the time firstly and why would you be smiling when you're meant to be concentrating?

I'd do that for the entire squad personally. Have a smaller squad perform on game days and have more 'appearance' ladies. It works for other teams, then you could in theory have a bigger squad. Some might crossover though for occasional events.

There's no way last season half of them would've picked Madeline M. I'm not saying she's awful but even in clips of the rookies dancing, you can see her getting the choreo wrong in the background, yet they don't call her out much (apart from that one guest choreographer).

100%. Show group demands have completely changed now. I love to see it full of technical dancers but when do they really get to use those skills?

Agree on all of this. I'm a big fan of most of the guest choreographers (I'm a fan of dance in general), it just feels like one per show, sometimes more (apart from the first and last show usually) is a bit too much. I'd be interested to see a list of who/how many per season there have been so far. I'm always intrigued by their opinions, especially when they discuss who stood out in their choreo and then in DCC style. I don't think I've really disliked any of them that I can think of. One of the features I didn't really get was the healthy cooking challenge from season 14. I liked the guy on it and seeing a few girls thrive but what did it have to do with the show? An awesome opportunity for the girls but did it really need to be filmed for us to see? I think I'd like to see more appearances. When the rookies visit hospitals or retirement homes, that's a lot of what they'll be doing during the season. All the girls seem relaxed and genuine in these situations and we'd be able to find out more about their personalities. I think the main problem has always been they find a feature that the audience seems to respond to and then they go overboard. We don't mind guest choreographers, special guests, alum visits, fitness tests, media days etc but they seem to add them all in together and then that takes away from the dancing and getting to know the girls. It needs to be more of a balance.

I'm in agreement with so many of you above! I'd love to have Kitty back. I know she can be a hot mess but in general (not always), she knows which ones will stick and which ones won't work. She's typical of most dance teachers I've had. If you work hard and improve, you'll win her over. I do like the guest choreographers but there are a few too many. I'm fine with the ones who will do actual choreo that DCC will actually use (any ex-DCC and Denise) but maybe just add in the odd different style just one a season. I love Travis Wall and Evan Miller but they'd be better to concentrate on field choreo as much as poss. I also agree with more dancing. Most of us have said we watch it to get to know the girls and to see the dancing! More side by side comparison between vets and rookies would show us who looks stronger. We just want to see more of the women competing for the team, both vets and rookies, and less of everything else! An episode just on show group would be right up my street also.

I can't say I've seen any bad shots yet! Usually, there are a few that just look unflattering when we all know they can all take great photos. Christina's pics are definitely going to keep her on the squad. There are a lot of athletic bodies on the team (not a bad thing at all) and her figure stands out from them for sure!
