  1. https://www.instagram.com/p/Ci8vK8TDHoM/?hl=en I know there aren't millions of dance steps to choose from but these two moves look awfully familiar...
  2. Jay's advice wasn't much better either! I wish they'd have got actual experts in women's health to teach them all over the above together would help, not just cardio.
  3. Those outfits just remind me of a sexy Hamilton Halloween costume.
  4. Depends if I was good enough to make the team or not! I thought about it previously but my fitness levels are horrendous nowadays! I wanted to be the first UK DCC cheerleader 🤣
  5. This is my main bug-bearer of Kristin's office visit in her first training camp. She says she's been given a mixture of comments and simply asks for clarification. Kelli gets snappy and rude with her for asking one question. Kitty gave her specific critique on the field, which was much more helpful. Like what does more power mean? I'd think more energy behind your movement but they seem to mean something different every time!
  6. Some new choreography from former DCC Melissa W (my all-time fave)
  7. I'd been recording my dance solo rehearsals since 1999 🤣
  8. Being UK based, I've only really seen from 5 onwards so I didn't realise. We only seem to get repeats of season 7-13 and not too often either!
  9. Brennan and Briana were both 30/31. Other than the two you mentioned, I can only think of Jinelle, Jackie Bob and Sunni being that age on the squad. I like the 'older' ladies on the squad usually because they bring a much-needed maturity. I know they're not old but they're older than most of the squad. Still they're older than me, even I do turn 30 in a matter of months!
  10. Having tried to learn a few of the dances myself, it can be difficult to get the exact nuances of the style but I know the basic choreography for a few. You can gather enough videos from Instagram and Youtube to learn! As for the jump splits, I'd say that's the one thing you shouldn't practice if you don't have the facilities too. If you could get to a studio and practice with a mat underneath you and a guider, possibly.
  11. That was Jordan Daigle, she cheered for 3 seasons (2012-2014). That must've been a one-time occurrence!
  12. Coming from someone (me) who manages four of her own websites, it's very important! It's not like their website needs updating daily, just once a week to check everything is where it's meant to be and upload new content.
  13. I thought it was Jamie, the one who's now in Miami cheering for the Dolphins. Doesn't she make cupcakes or something?
  14. Is this Jenn A's choreo? I think she's adapted it from a dance from her prep class. It's much more interesting than her usual choreo. I liked that it's a different style and there's some new moves in there. More of this, please!
  15. I just can't believe that the 'Bubble' rookies are already 3rd years!
  16. Group 3 is the one for me too. All my favourite technical ladies in that one! I genuinely think I'd rather go to Meet the Team than a regular game because the focus is all on the cheerleaders and I imagine you get to see some extra dances too. Now to just befriend a DCC and fly across to Dallas...
  17. I think this is the main reason that she struggled. It was clear that lockdown was incredibly difficult for her and deepy affected her. Whilst Kelli expected her to brush it off and be all extroverted, you could visibly see that something wasn't right. Didn't Kelli say that everyone had been struggling with Covid? This is true but with Hannah's mental health struggles and I think she said her family were key workers during the pandemic, they could've been a little more sensitive and given her extra encouragement. I was always on her side because I feel like I'm similar to Hannah. Whilst I don't suffer from depression, I get incredibly anxious, only go out when I have to and am still extremely worried about Covid. I have vulnerable elderly family members who would suffer immensely if they caught it. I've not caught it yet (touch wood) as I've still been masking up, despite very few doing so here in the UK nowadays. But we all know that TPTB expect them all to be different yet the same and don't really care about the girls' feelings!
  18. She's one of the few audition vet cuts that I've never understood. Everyone makes mistakes (even Amy L made mistakes in the kickline as a group leader in practice) but Heather's on-field dancing looking strong. For someone so tiny, she did fill her space well. Other than her one wrong kick, I didn't see anything else wrong with her audition. Maybe her interview was awful?
  19. I don't think this is the right bio for Kat... https://dallascowboyscheerleaders.com/our-team/kat/ EDIT: It's, in fact, Rebecca's https://dallascowboyscheerleaders.com/our-team/rebecca/
  20. I think it was moreso that she was reliable and trustworthy. She says so in the clip (5.20 ish)
  21. What on earth? I mean Jordan looks great but this image is all kinds of weird. It would be nice if she was smiling and interacting with the horse, rather than giving a sexy face!
  22. I don't think anyone is in the middle but I believe it's McKenzie (next to Armani) and Darian (next to Kat)
  23. Caroline is safe and dependable at point but a bit bland. I looooove Kelcey but she looks down quite a bit when she dances. My eyes were drawn to the left side with Ashlee, Chandi, Claire, Tyra and Marissa in the back. Thunder is so dull to me now but Ashlee gives it something extra. She deserves to be point over Caroline for me. I quite like the new dance and seeing Claire front and centre in parts. I'm surprised McKenzie is further forward than Claire in the triangle though. Kelee's kicks look a little low but I can forgive her because she's the cutest!
  24. I thought it looked like Jayln made up the diamond! I hate it when they film from one side, I need to see the whole triangle!
  25. Thanks for reminding me, I had a brain fart! For some reason, I thought she got picked.
