  1. Yes, I saw an interview with Robyn where she said Dayton has Aspergers
  2. But this makes no sense since they turned around and bought $800,000 worth of land in Flagstaff (presumably with loans) and then bought Christine a $520,000 house in Flagstaff less than a mile from their empty land. They don't come out ahead in this process.
  3. Janelle was so strong on not moving and hurting Gabe like she did Hunter and Logan. What do you suppose made her agree to uproot Gabe and move to Flagstaff? I wanted to cheer for Janelle as she seemed to be the only one getting what it would do to the kids to move them with 2 years left in high school. Christine seemed at first to get it with her sadness over Gwen running for class historian but then she caved so quickly.....
  4. Timelines don't add up on this episode. When Kody gives the presentation discussing moving one of the wives commented it was March and he wanted them to move by August. They bought the plots of land in Flagstaff on May 31. How did they get from having a discussion about moving (throwing out St George as a possibility) to actually purchased plots of land in TWO MONTHS?
  5. I believe Kody discusses everything with Robyn and Robyn has trouble acting surprised so she just stays quiet instead. The new quiet Robyn is just Robyn trying to cover for knowing Kody's opinion ahead of the other wives.
  6. THIS!!!!! So the Vegas market was hot and they needed to get out right away?
  7. They did put some decent money into Meri's backyard. Before they put them up for sale there was no fence between Meri and Robyn's back yards - it was just one big open area. They built a concrete wall between Robyn and Meri and sodded Meri's backyard right before they put it up for sale. The zillow aerial shot shows their old backyards, the zillow pictures of their houses for sale shows the new back yard. It is obvious why Robyn's sold first, though. Much better yard! Can't wait to see Kody's financial justification for the move!!!!!!
  8. I don't remember why Robyn was there when Kody and Meri signed their divorce papers. She didn't need to be there.
  9. The pictures above are why I have sympathy for Meri. Kody should have been giving her support instead of sitting there enjoying her pain.
  10. Since we know Kody picked out Robyn's dress I wonder if he purposefully or subliminally picked a dress similar to Meri's?

    Mykelti

Actually, that is a good color on Mykelti (reddish brown). If she went to a real salon and had it done with a nice auburn she could look stunning.
  12. Me too! Christine and Robyn seem down to earth and the type you could easily be friends with. Janelle does as well, but she seems a little standoffish and maybe harder to get to know.
  13. The only problem I see with the interest only theory is that an interest only mortgage of $446,000 (which is what they borrowed in 2013) costs $1487 a month. After 5 years it would convert to a principal and interest loan which only adds about $700 a month making the payment $2600. I can't see uprooting everyone for that?
  14. True! And each wedding gets exponentially bigger - can't remember how many Maddie had but Mykelti's wedding was bigger than hers and Aspyn's was even bigger I think. Mariah could seriously have 6,000 guests. But only 100 will get plated dinners.
  15. We know one place for sure they WILL NOT be having the wedding - at Meri's B&B! Mariah could barely contain her dislike for her mom's new business. No way will she give them the prime opportunity to show how Meri's B&B could be a great destination wedding location......
  16. Their 4 plots of land are right next to each other, in a line. So they won't have a cul-de-sac like they currently do. And as far as we know, no ground breaking on houses has occurred. They are all in separate rentals. Christine bought her rental house for $520,000 and it is a little less than a mile from the plots of land they purchased. I think they are crazy to leave Las Vegas - they had the perfect set up with the 4 houses on the cul-de-sac behind the gated entry to the neighborhood.
  17. That was a very nice breakfast, I'd love to wake up to that. Christine does a good job making life fun for her kids.
  18. Did Meri borrow $346,500 for the B&b or pay that amount? I was thinking the $346,500 was the price she paid for it and she borrowed $308,00?
  19. Actually, it was $520,000 for Christine's house in Flagstaff!
  20. I agree! I'm struggling enough to figure out how to pay for my daughters' college expenses there's no way I'm going to have $20,000 for a wedding on top of that. Either the wedding couple, the groom's family, and me all work together or someone is eloping.
  21. To be fair, the licensed medical doctor they are seeing said he wouldn't consider surgery until her curve was at 50 degrees. So they haven't disregarded their doctors medical opinion (yet).
  22. Janelle was definitely there. If you go to the scene where they cut the ribbon they pan over to the family members taking pictures and Janelle is there in a maroon colored shirt. They only had Meri and Kody in the actual ribbon cutting picture but they all were there (Robyn, Christine and Janelle). I was wondering this too. I thought she went to college but don't remember any mention of her college graduation. Did she go to UNLV?
  23. In the preview for next weeks episode Janelle adamantly says "I'm not going to pull Gabe out of Las Vegas during his junior year of high school. I have to protect my child." Huh. Wonder how Kody changed her mind.
  24. Was that Kody's mom that asked Meri if she was going to retire to Parawon? Was that a hint that Meri won't be retiring with Kody lol.
