Maybe Meri's "I don't do things for fun, it's my lifeline" rant was about her painting and not LuLaRoe. Perhaps someone was making fun of her new passion for painting.

Maddie just posted about how great LuLaRoe was because it made it possible for her to stay home with Caleb. Meri was complaining that "someone" made fun of how serious she takes LuLaRoe. If Maddie was the someone Meri was referring to - why would Maddie be making comments about Meri and LuLaRoe when she is in just as deep and is just as serious about it. I'm thinking Meri was talking about someone else, maybe Kody, and Maddie was defending that person with her "Abusive human" comment.

What is the feud with Meri and Maddie? I missed it.

Do you suppose Dayton will live at home while attending NAU? Maybe that will compensate for the out of state tuition. It's $10,390 for tuition if you are in state and $24,654 out of state. Obviously after the first year he will be in state but that is a chunk of change for them the first year. He could have gone to UNLV in state for $6,551 (tuition).

Would love to know how far apart their 4 rental homes are in Flagstaff. The article says "but are now living in four rentals scattered throughout the community" - so what does scattered imply? To me that sounds not close. Also the neighbor quoted in the article as living across the street from the Browns in Flagstaff actually lives across the street from their land plots. They haven't even started building yet and he's already worried how the filming will disturb their quiet neighborhood. I'd think we'd be hearing from people living next to the Brown's rental homes. There also must be something deeper to the comment about the commercial space they rented that they will be filming in. Is it some sort of business they are starting? Wonder what that could be about....

The Log Cabin House on W. Coyote Pass has the same address as the lots the Browns bought. My guess is that the person who bought the log cabin house back in 2016 for $1,585,000 is now subdividing and selling off part of the 40 acres that came with it. Is there any evidence they are all renting the one big house? The other possibility is that the person who sold them the plots is renting them the log cabin house until their individual houses are complete.

Is the rental on the same street as the empty lots they bought? Trying to track it down on zillow. 4 Bedrooms doesn't seem nearly enough for Kody & Robyn (with Aurora, Breanna, Sol and Ari) plus Janelle (with Gabe and Savannah) and Christine (with Gwen, Ysabel and Truely). Assuming all the other older kids are either staying in Vegas/Utah or off to college. Also assuming Meri does not intend to move until the absolute last minute, if then.

He'd be attractive bald, I don't know why he fights it.

We assume they must be in rental homes but thus far there has been no confirmation on where those homes are and if they are close together. I'm sure Kody and Robyn's home has the best view though - didn't he have to have the house with the view in Las Vegas?

Is Flagstaff known for having a polygamist population?

So we know from Instagram that Christine, Gwen, Ysabel and Truely are in Flagstaff. We also know that Janelle, Gabe and Savannah are in Flagstaff. But still no Instagram evidence of Meri or Robyn & her kids being in Flagstaff right?

It doesn't make sense for them to be in foreclosure though. They bought the Las Vegas houses for $445,000 and even in rough shape they can sell them for $550-600,000. That covers their mortgage and then some, even if they were interest only loans. And if they were in such bad shape credit wise that they would be close to qualifying for bankruptcy who would have lent them the money to buy the land in Flagstaff?

Wow, Flagstaff does look very pretty. I like how someone asks in the instagram where everyone else is and Gwendlyn says "they're at their own homes and such". Fans seem to think they do everything together. I will admit I am super curious about the housing situation though. They had an ideal situation with the 4 houses together in the cul-de-sac in LV. It would be tough to find 4 rental houses that close together in Flagstaff.

Maddie and Caleb don't live in Janelle's house anymore? I missed where they moved out.

Ysabel and Gabe seem to have such a nice group of friends. I hope they find the same in Flagstaff and aren't lonely there. Sometimes it's harder to break in to the already established groups of friends when you are older.

So Gabriel and Savannah should still be in school. Wonder if they started in Flagstaff too or are still in Las Vegas. Same with Robyn's girls Aurora and Breanna. Christine's girls are good team players for being forced to change high schools and having a positive attitude about it. Edited to add: based on Gabriel's instagram he has moved to Flagstaff too. That only leaves Robyn's kids unaccounted for.

I wonder if that is the house they are renting in Flagstaff until they build their own. Also, any idea if anyone other than Christine has moved? Are any of Janelle's kids still in school?

It used to be that the amount the bank "forgives" in a short sale had to be declared as income on your federal taxes. Not sure how it works anymore, I know there were many exceptions to that rule that were allowed during the subprime mortgage crisis. Typically people who do short sales are filing for foreclosure as well so the shortage is written off anyway in the bankruptcy.

Honestly, I'm a bit jealous about how much real estate/land they've been able to buy. They have the 4 house in Las Vegas, at around $445,000 each - so $1.78 million. They have the 4 lots in Flagstaff, at at total of $820,000. Plus they keep the original house back in Utah right? That's over $2.6 million invested in real estate. How did they qualify to borrow that much?

I think Ysabel is very pretty. I'm guessing that is their empty lot they are building on?

So if Christine's kids are already starting high school in Flagstaff are they renting houses there? Because it looked like the plots of land they bought didn't include houses on them.

There is an open house on Sunday from 11-4 for Christine's house.

What is the IMDB you speak of? I do see that the first $170,000 property is deeded to Kody and Janelle, the other $170,000 is deeded to Kody and Robyn. The $180,000 is deeded to Kody, Janelle and Meri while the $300,000 plot is deeded to Kody, Robyn and Christine. Are these plots land only and they will have to build on them? Is it possible they are buying the land for future development and not actually moving any time soon. It seems strange that Christine's house is the only one on the market right now.
