The tell all was filmed in September of this year, and Janelle mentions they've been separated for several months at that time. It seems like it might be since around April when they are considering themselves separated - which coincides with when Janelle went to Portugal on her dream trip and took her sister.

And they tried to make it more salacious by repeatedly calling Janelle Kody's stepsister. They forgot to add she was also Meri's sister in law.

I noticed that too. She must have moved again after the apartment in town she got when she stored the RV. That first apartment had cheap white kitchen cabinets and countertop, her new (current) place that she shows on instagram has nice maple wood cabinets and stone counters.

Do you think it's the Plexxus that makes Christine the money, or the LuLaRoe? I assumed the LuLaRoe made her more. And her "Cooking with Christine" segment probably makes more than the LuLaroe?

Christine couldn't afford to give Janelle a discount on her house, she needed every last bit of equity to move on. Janelle could literally buy any other house in Flagstaff for $700,000 (that's what Christine got for her house) and come out the same as buying Christine's house - since the mortgage lender isn't going to care that it is her sister wife's house. Kudos to Janelle for not letting Kody talk to her into buying Christine's house when it wasn't her dream house.

It wasn't a complete waste, I did learn something from the video - the diagram showing the pipeline running through the property was new information, basically showing Kody can't split that far right piece with the trees three ways like he wants.

Does it seem weird to anyone else that Maddie and Savannah are sitting in the second row farthest away from the center aisle - meanwhile Meri, Leon and Audrey are front row center?

I was confused about the bit regarding the well house and Kody's cistern. Was the problem that the neighborhood on Coyote Pass couldn't finish the well house (that they all share) until Kody installed his cistern on his own property? Or was Kody putting the cistern in for the entire Coyote Pass neighborhood?

I was wondering the same thing. Why not have Savannah as a bridesmaid?

I've noticed they don't film inside any of the houses anymore - not Christine's or Robyn's or Meri's. They always sit outside. Also it didn't seem like the episode where Mykelti had the home birth was Mykelti's actual house either.

I agree with preferring to cook from frozen, I'm terrible at remembering to defrost things. I like the frozen Pillsbury biscuits for that same reason - you can throw them in the oven last minute.

Yes, freezer section where garlic bread etc is. They are good but they don't rise - they stay oddly flat. They remind me of Texas Roadhouse rolls but flat.

The amazing mystery about Coyote Pass is how they afforded it in the first place: They paid $820,000 for the 4 lots, putting down $527,600 and financing $292,400. How did they come up with the $527,600 down payment to buy the lots - as this was BEFORE they sold their Las Vegas houses.

What's especially sad is Janelle's old house in Las Vegas is probably worth about $862,000 now (she sold for around $575K when they moved). She personally would have had much more equity in her own name if they had stayed put. Kody and Robyn probably don't care though because their Flagstaff house has risen in value anyway.

I feel sorry for Janelle in regards to the real estate holdings in the family. She lost out by not having a house in her name in Flagstaff, to build equity. The Coyote Pass lots were bought as 4 separate deeds, and the one deed that has Janelle's name on it was purchased for $170,000 but they only put $23,800 down on it and financed the rest ($147,200). Robyn's lot was identically financed. Meri's lot and Christine's lot were paid in full. I'm curious how Kody views the nearly $800,000 in "theoretical" equity he has in his and Robyn's house - does he view that as part Janelle's?

Janelle really did lose out financially by not buying a house in Flagstaff when the rest of them did. Robyn and Kody paid $890,000 for their house in 2019 (when Robyn had the meltdown about buying vs renting) and now it is estimated to be worth $1,482,000. Will they split the proceeds with Janelle?

I was thinking the college education completion has more to do with the Mom. I suspect Janelle's kids are more educationally inclined? Janelle: Logan (Masters degree), Hunter (Masters degree), Gabe still in college at NAU, Maddie slowly working on degree, Garrison?? Savannah will presumably follow Gabe at NAU when she graduates high school. Christine: Aspyn graduated UNLV. I'm guessing Gwen and Ysabel dropped out when they moved back to Utah as there is no mention of their currently attending college? Paedon and Mykelti not sure if they ever started college? Meri: Leon was working on Masters Degree Robyn: Do we know if Dayton ever graduated from NAU? I'd assume Aurora and Breanna currently attend NAU.

Sounds like all of Christine's kids will be back in Utah then, since Gwen moved back too. I suspected once Christine moved back to Utah Ysabel would reconsider being in NC with Maddie.

Does anyone know if Ysabel is still going to school and living with Maddie in NC?

I may be wrong, but I thought he was trying to make money off of people watching him play games? Still don't see how that garners enough income to qualify for 3 mortgages. Also, does anyone know where Ysabel chose to go to college? I was curious if she was breaking free and not attending NAU like all the other Brown kids.

Yep, she has it listed for $725,000. She paid $520,000 for it so she will do WAYYYYY better on profit from this house than she did on her Las Vegas house. Does anyone know what the status of Mykelti's living situation is? Mykelti had the townhouse in ST George (which was the first place they bought) that she was letting her brother and Tony's brother rent out. Then they bought the house in St George, which they still own and I haven't seen put up for sale yet. Last I heard Mykelti and Tony moved to Lehi - not sure if they bought ANOTHER house there or are renting in Lehi. Maybe Christine will take over the St George house from them?
