Janelle left that big portion dirt because they used to park the moving trailer there. Meri’s was dirt because Kody never helped her landscape. He put all his time into Robyn’s back yard.

I think Christine would not agree to to the one house idea because when they lived in Lehi all together in the 1 house she had the short end of the stick. She had 6 kids living downstairs in the small dark basement. Going to Las Vegas and getting a whole big house to herself had to be like winning the lottery. No way does she go back to sharing again!

Christine Brown Woolley: Nacho Sister Wife Anymore
smarty replied to Rhondinella's topic in Sister Wives
That's what I was thinking but I didn't want to seem unpatriotic for pointing that out. What are Paedon and Garrison doing for a day job, since the National Guard is only one weekend a month and two weeks a year? -
Where are all the older boys? If I remember correctly, Logan is at UNLV living with Michelle and Hunter is in Colorado at the US Air Force Academy. Where are Garrison and Paedon and what are they up to?

Was this weeks episode only 1 hour instead of two?

Mariah looks a lot like Truely in that first picture

Janelle Brown: Smarter Than Your Average Brown (Maybe)

Is canned cabbage similar to sauerkraut? -
The price on Meri's Las Vegas house was just dropped to $574,900. So that means both Meri and Janelle's houses are at $574,900 and Christine's is still at $599,900.

What kind of business gets done on a LuLaRoe Cruise? It's not like they can sell their clothes to each other.
-
So she ran into Maddie and Audrey briefly (in her words "for a bit") on the cruise but she didn't see Christine? These Browns clearly do not care for each other at all!

Kody Brown: The Man Who Survived a KNIFE to the KIDNEYS!

Kody said Robyn taught him how to style his hair to be curly. Do you suppose she gives him the perms at home? -

Have you seen them out and about yet - do you know where in Greenville they live? -
Robyn was married when she had her first 3 kids. Maybe it bothered her not being married when she had Sol, hence her push to be the legal wife.

Does anyone have access to deed records in Clark County (Las Vegas)? If they took second mortgages against their Las Vegas houses the second mortgages should have been recorded. I thought for sure Meri paid the down payment for her B&B by taking a second against her house.

Cash they put down in Flagstaff: Christine's lot paid in full with cash : $300,000 Meri's lot paid in full with cash: $180,000 Robyn's lot: put down $23,800 on purchase price of $170,000 (mortgaged $146,200) Janelle's lot: put down $23,800 on purchase price of $170,000 (mortgaged $146,200) Christine's flagstaff house: put down $130,000 on purchase price of $520,000 (mortgaged $390,00) => Add that up and that means the Browns put down $657,600 in cash in Flagstaff. That's what Kody means when he says they used up all their money on the land in Flagstaff! Meanwhile with that cash they could have almost paid of two of the four houses in Las Vegas. Two of the wives could have had their dream of paid off houses (as written in the time capsule) come true.

Ha Hahaha. So so true!

The major thing I got from this episode: there was absolutely NO thought put into this move. I had hoped it was well organized behind the scenes and they were leaving it a mystery only to us the viewers. Based on the discussions at the table about finding rental homes and the genuine surprised looks on their faces they seemed to have NO CLUE what each other was doing. They had no clue on each others timelines for actually/physically moving. They had no clue who as renting and who was buying, How did Kody justify a major expenses like this and not put together a unified plan. HOW? Also, Christine - I'm not buying what you are trying to sell in regards to "there were no rentals so I had to buy a house in Flagstaff". A quick look on Zillow disputes this, There are/were tons of houses for rent in Flagstaff, There was no urgency to buy a house. Especially without taking into consideration how far away this newly purchased house would be from all the other rentals.

But only Janelle and Chrstine's kids will go off and leave the nest. Robyn needs 3,500 square feet of living space because all 5 of her kids will be living at home forever.

I'm in Aspyn's camp. Differences of opinions I guess. The money they are wasting for this move is mind boggling. They can't even define why they are moving to Flagstaff. I think Aspyn is actually mature for recognizing the stupidity of this move.

Christine has no answers for Aspyn other than "we never intended to stay in Las Vegas".
-
Aspyn in her talking head is all of us questioning the stupidity of the move to Flagstaff

Yeah but it did change the game when Kody divorced Meri and married Robyn. It proved that he COULD do it, if he wanted. Until then there was no precedent for legally marrying a later wife, it just wasn't done.
-
Total waste of time and money hiring that lady to draw up the plans!
-
This is ridiculous. Kody's proposed square footage for each wife within the one large house: Meri: 1500 sq ft Janelle : 2000 sq ft Christine: 2500 sq ft Robyn: 3500 sq ft Yeah, it seems to go size according to favor.

Wow, first photo where I think the LuLaRoe shirt is actually cute! Meri looks very nice. So are Maddie and Meri on the cruise together?
