  1. I mean this in a nice way - that baby looks like Janelle with that expression....
  2. The price on Christine's Las Vegas house was just dropped to $549,900. She's getting closer to the price she bought it for ($443,000) - how she was able to buy another house in Flagstaff still amazes me.
  3. Does Meri have a new boyfriend - who is the "@blairmichael12" that was hiking with her?
  4. what kind of pictures? I checked Radar online and I don't see any when I search on Sister Wives. I've been waiting for some kind of gossip to come out of Flagstaff and the first I've seen is this news about the Uhauls at the Coyote Pass lot.

It is a townhouse but across the street are nice single family homes.

Took me 5 minutes to track it down lol. They bought the townhouse for $282,000 in 2017.

What town do they live in? Need to track down the sales record lol.
  8. I wonder why Kody and Robyn didn't buy this property. It's right near their Coyote Pass lots and near the place they bought, but SO MUCH NICER for the same price. I don;'t get their logic. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/8950-W-Antoinette-Way-Flagstaff-AZ-86001/7374492_zpid/

Do Mykelti and Tony own their own house now? I noticed she's posing outside a house.
  10. I think it is kind of funny that they all loved the lot at the end of Coyote Pass that had the hill and all the trees - remember the discussion about how one wife couldn't have all the trees and they could share the trees. When it came time to buy, that was the lot that Christine got. Now Robyn has bought a house that is the same area/topography as that lot. Poor Janelle still gets nothing. Meri probably can't wait to end the Arizona charade and doesn't care.
  11. Interesting, this new house they purchased is very close to their lots on Coyote Pass. Almost backs up to it. Does this mean they are giving up on building on the lots?
  12. HOW???? HOW do they afford a $900,000 house on top of the empty lots they bought and Christine's two houses (she still has her house in Las Vegas not sold).

Me too, crazy enough. I'd have to make sure the arms were wide enough though. I don't have those match stick thin arms like the model. Also - is a sweatshirt still a hoodie if it doesn't have a hood?

$499K for a 670 square foot house UGH! Where I live in the Northeast $499K still gets you a nice house. This is why I can't live in California. I dream of winning the lottery and moving to San Diego. Problem is, it would have to have to be a BIG lottery to afford it.

I'd move to California if houses didn't cost a million dollars and income tax rates weren't through the roof. The traffic would not be the deciding factor for me.....
  16. Robyn's house was bought by a couple with last names that don't sound like they are related to the Browns. Meri's is still for sale.
  17. So I looked it up on Zillow and Meri's rental house is for sale for $870,000. It was listed on the market on July 1st. Robyn's rental shows it was listed for $975,000 on May 2nd and sold for $925,000 on August 1st. I wonder if they will have to move or if the new owner plans to continue renting it out to the Browns. Christine's Las Vegas house still shows "listing removed" as of June 19th. Usually that means the sale is pending - I wonder when the sale will go through?
  18. Soooo.....based on that picture from Chicago does anyone think Robyn is pregnant?
  19. I think she'll get $575,000. Jenelle and Meri both got their asking price of $575,000.
  20. As of June 19th Christine's house is off the market so I'm assuming it has an offer on it? The other three houses took about a month between going off market to recording the sale so we should know how much Christine got in about 3 weeks. I'm sure the Browns will be happy to finally have them all sold.
  21. The Browns have an office in downtown Flagstaff for their production company. I'm pretty sure Kody does the "planning" for their show and Janelle does the accounting.
  22. While it sucked for Gabe to move in his junior year, if he does want to attend ASU at least it will be cheaper now that they will get in state tuition. Also, with his grades he should get a pretty good merit scholarship to ASU.
  23. I wonder if the offer on Janelle's house will still go through?
  24. Did Robyn’s house have a view of the lights on the Vegas Strip? I thought I remembered Kody saying he wanted to see the city lights.
