  1. I half expected Wardog to reveal at the reunion that his comical athletics in the challenges was all a part of his game strategy to stay under the radar. But apparently the truth was that his basic training was at Camp Jerry Lewis.
  2. I rewatched the scenes following the food orgy and really paid attention to what she said and how she talked about Dr. Now. She seemed so depressed and defeated but I noticed unlike SO many others that she seemed to actually mean it when she said, "this is our last hope." I think she really did understand that their lives were completely out of control and she had to grab the lifeline that was being tossed at her.
  3. And not just a moron but a clueless moron. Having completed filming and showing the world she couldn't follow the plan, failed her drug test and treated everyone within reach like crap - she still opened a GFM thinking she came off as likable and deserving of help.
  4. Thank you! It's been bugging me who she reminded me of.
  5. I immediately had visions of my grandmother's 1949 bathroom. The only thing missing was a cap strip of black tile above the pink tile. The color looked dated, not retro.
  6. That was exactly what happened to me when I saw Steven's episode - I was so traumatized that it affected my sleep. It didn't help that it was the first episode of 600 lb life I had ever seen.
  7. I've watched this entire series and only just now learned they weren't Catholic nuns. I didn't know the Anglican church even had nuns.
  8. Also, for me, the usual attraction to living by a river - the view - was lost by having the earth berm that was hiding it.
  9. Jeff could improve the odds of the reunion show not turning into a snore fest by giving us a montage of Wardog's anti heroics during challenges
  10. The repetitive tribal chant music during the vote is why the mute button was invented.
  11. Kind of makes one wonder how he ever passed basic training.
  12. I wish some very well-known plus size catalog company would divulge how many 9x blouses and 10x shirts they ship so we could get an idea of how many 600+ pounders there are out there.
  13. And outdoors from ten feet away, no less.
  14. When bad-ass Dr. Now pushed open and came striding through the double hospital bay doors to meet LaShanta's truck I half expected to hear that haunting Western tune from the movie The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.
  15. Yes, I had to reset my password since I couldn't find it on my password list.
  16. They bought #1, the tri-level monstrosity. As usual there must have been something we didn't see that influenced their choice of such a wacky and ugly floor plan. Stairs were everywhere - I've never seen such a stair-cluttered home.
  17. Someone (here I think) once described James K. lying in bed as looking like a "giant prehistoric starfish."
  18. You have my heartfelt sympathy. I had shingles a year ago this week. What a miserable experience! Couldn't sleep, couldn't get comfortable for two weeks.
  19. Her constant whiny blubbering, the face-wiping and her adenoidal voice made getting through this episode a viewing purgatory.
  20. She's definitely walking better but it's just shocking that a woman could lose nearly 300 pounds and not look that much different.
  21. So true. It was heavy, clunky and dark. Other than a spot to display a few nick-knacks it didn't provide any real useful storage.
  22. Yes, her "pissed, congratulations!, pissed" look would make a good gif.
  23. Texas to Nice: "I want to live where the hottest people are." Ugh, he lost me right there. I do hope he has a backup plan because I doubt his "singing" career is going to support buying croissants let alone pay the rent.
  24. Even a baby elephant is only 350lbs at birth. :)
  25. One of my pet peeves about pre made showers is how low the seats always are. Aaron mentioned that his bench was custom built yet was so low that he dropped down onto it with a thud. When I'm featured someday (I hope!) on My Lottery Dream Home you can see for yourself the 20" height bench and 10 grab bars I plan to have installed. 🙂
