  1. I always love Carey Mulligan from that one guest appearance on DOCTOR WHO in 2007. If a non-fan is going to see one episode of that long running shoe it should be "Blink". It's like an anthology episode and it's scary.
  2. I don't think Crystal Skull is bad but it's like asking people under 40 to watch episodes of Matlock or Diagnosis Murder.
  3. Maybe she's Marcus Brody's granddaughter?
  4. I think its just to mix things up. You don't want it to be another jealous spouse or lover. It's also hard to find really good non famous kid actors especially locally in the UK so they don't write these stories more often.
  5. Re: "Birds of Prey" How did that creepy egg collector played by the mad scientist from Game of Thrones make those two old sisters his servants, taking over their house and force them to give him their money? They never explain that!
  6. The DMX cameo in TOP FIVE starring Chris Rock is hilarious:
  7. Sebastian really impressed me with that opening flashback. So many emotions he went through. I was tearing up by the end.
  8. Well, damn. Never realized until now what a shock blood on that shield would be.
  9. I watched the BRIDESHEAD REVISITED miniseries from 1981 a while ago and was wondering who played Jeremy Irons' beautiful but vapid and unfaithful wife. I looked it up and it was Jane Asher! I don't know for some reason I associate her with the 60s so it was a surprise to see her with someone I thought of as a 90s movie star.
  10. Me two thirds of the way through "A Tale of Two Hamlets": "Man, this actress looks so familiar. I swear I've seen her be- CORDELIA FROM BRIDESHEAD REVISITED!" "Charles? Modern art is all bosh, isn't it?" "Great bosh, Cordelia." "Oh, I am glad!"
  11. Peter MacNichol as Janosz in Ghostbusters 2. Celeste Holm in Three Men and a Baby.
  12. I think it was James McAvoy or someone who said drama schools in the UK have gotten so expensive now its mostly upper class students who can afford it as this Tracy Ullman sketch makes fun of: How did I quote myself?
  13. Hes from London. His accent sounds a little Cockney with the dropped Hs. I haven't met that many British people but I have seen a lot of British TV and I've heard that accent before.
  14. Also after years of just knowing him from appearances Night Court and that episode of Seinfeld I find out Mel Torme had an absolute bop " Comin' Home Baby"(the song the scientist was listening too). Finding a video of his performing it on The Judy Garland Show made my week!
  15. I loved seeing cynical, bitter Sharon, both as a fan of that version as written by Mark Said and Ed Brubaker in the comics and a fan of Emily Van Camp's Emily Thorne character in REVENGE.
  16. Loved Zemo being revealed to be a Baron, not just because it's true to the comics but also that German accented Sovikians are ruling nobility while the poor ones like Wanda and Pietro sound more Slavic.
  17. Or Sam Rockwell's Justin Hammer! I wish Zemo described Madripoor the way Wolverine does: Ah that Chris Claremont prose.
  18. I can't stop listening to the marching band version of "Star Spangled Man". I hope it's actually played in real games.
