  1. LOL!!!! Absolutely love this! 😄 👍
  2. I agree with the comments about the unbelievable actions by the sheriff's department in their investigations. None of them make sense in the real world. But as I mentioned in another episode section, I have always watched this show tongue-in-cheek, expecting nothing sensible and enjoying it nonetheless. I'm starting to think that both Buck and Sunny are killers, perhaps with many victims. And very, very accomplished liars - the lies just roll of their tongues like honey. I'm looking forward to seeing where all this goes.
  3. And that is exactly what will become of the current Nextstar (formerly CW) after next season or perhaps sooner. We may get word that after the series finish in May that all are cancelled including Walker, Independence, S&L, and TW. There are NO guarantees with this group.
  4. Too bad he doesn't just stay there. I was re-watching the S3 and S4 finales, and when Jimmy comes onscreen, the story comes to a complete halt. I know that many Yellowstone fans join me in being really tired of the Texas 666 ranch stories being inserted into Yellowstone and taking time away from the characters we came to watch. I hope there isn't going to be as much this coming season.
  5. Yes, I saw it immediately. Another Easter egg. 😄
  6. Yes, they're newbies to the SN world and its exposition. I think we tend to forget that Jensen and Jared started out in a similar vein but grew so comfortable with their respective roles that it seemed like they never struggled with any part of them. When I watch early (S1, S2) episodes, I see a very inexperienced Jared since he was so young and didn't have as much TV drama experience under his belt. Of course he grew with the role over time. Unfortunately, these actors are only getting 13 episodes (this season anyway) of experience. We'll see where they go with it.
  7. I don't watch comedies, reality shows or anything else on the CW except The Winchesters. If this will be the fare going forward, it will be a channel I don't watch-period. But it's a real shame that Jensen created his production company just prior to all these mergers and cost cutting measures. It will probably be harder to be successful under these circumstances. 🙁
  8. Yes, as soon as I read Robbie's interview about all the reveals in Ep13, that was my first thought - it may not get a back order for more episodes on the CW with the purchase by Nexstar. It would be great though, if the series could get a second 13 episode season on the network or a streaming service. It' so sad, without the sale and Pedowitz's removal, the show would have had a very successful run IMO.
  9. You're probably right. My error. 🙁
  10. Perhaps. But I'm fairly sure that the actor doesn't get to choose her wardrobe, so the negative feelings should really go to the person who chooses it for her.
  11. If you are referring to the lady in the woods who was stabbed in the back and no longer with the living, no, that was an anonymous, stupid red shirt glamper out for a run. It wasn't Beau's ex-wife. As far as we know, she's still at the campground.
  12. @Cassiopeia, I took several slow looks at the car and it is definitely not the Impala. The scene is dark so I can see how you might think that it was, but the thing that gave it away, was the light colored stripe on the panel below the door on the brown car that pulled in and then was still sitting there in the next scene.
  13. You're probably right! Never crossed my mind. 😄
  14. "He sold Octracobra!" They'll buy anything. 😉 Great quote from "The French Mistake".
  15. I laughed when Cassie went out in the woods AT NIGHT to look for the red heart carved into one tree. AT NIGHT in that crazy place. All I could think of is the commercial where the teens see a creepy person and say they have to hide. The girl says "Let's hide behind those chainsaws" and they all run there and "hide". When the creep arrives they run and this time the girls says "I know, let's get to the cemetery!". 😄 At any rate, Cassie made it through her bad decision and found an overly obvious clue with the burning truck. I've found that Big Sky watching definitely takes a tongue-in-cheek approach and as such, I've enjoyed this season as well as the previous two (except for those obnoxious teens).
  16. I think the hidden room was in Scott's home. But I think that Beau and Jenny found the Dad in his own home and he was nearly murdered trying to prevent Scott from taking his daughter. Then the two went to Scott's home and found the room, the girl and Scott.
  17. The quote that @Frost mentioned above just underlines that there are so many people in the media that make statements but have nothing to back it up. I can assure that idiot that it most certainly is NOT unanimously considered the best of the series. 👿
  18. I'm going to see if I can catch sight of the Impala. I'll let you know.
  19. I really enjoyed it as well as most here. Yes, it was great to hear Dean's voice and see him at the end. I loved that when John read the letter from his dad, that it was Gil McKinney's (OG Henry) voice that we heard. I like the actor who's playing John and think he's doing a great job. I think I read/heard that he was a fan of Supernatural and watched all the episodes, so he's invested in the story. Speaking of that, I think that having Robbie Thompson write this pilot was perfect, since I believe he was the only writer who saw all the episodes and was a big fan. I don't know whether he will write all the episodes or just some, but I thought he did an excellent job. I'm looking forward to watching the characters grow and interact in future episodes. Let's hope all goes well with the ratings. ETA: Also, loved that John's mom, Millie, was a mechanic. Matches the line from In the Beginning: John to Mary: " He doesn't want you to marry a mechanic from a family of mechanics" Great job, Robbie!
  20. @Casseiopeia, thanks for the link to that article in People. Do I think Jensen is very sexy? Yes I do. But what makes him the sexiest of all is the man he is - with his family, with friends, with fans, with co-workers, basically how we've seen him interact with everyone. He's a great father as pointed out so perfectly in the article.
  21. Another reunion of sorts - Tom Welling and Jensen were together on Smallville as we know. Tom also is the person who got Jensen into golfing (which he enjoys immensely to this day) while working together on Smallville. I haven't watched Tom in anything since Smallville, so I'll be anxious to see him again.
  22. Only a few more days until the premiere of "The Winchesters". It debuts on Tuesday, Oct. 11 at 8PM/Eastern; 7PM/Central. I'm looking forward to seeing how Jensen is handling the prequel.
  23. From TVLine: "Season 3 of ABC’s Big Sky (aka “Deadly Trails”) has added another two guest stars: Lyle Lovett (Blue Bloods) as Tex, an expert tracker with a quiet menace hidden beneath a courteous, gentleman-cowboy exterior; and Hootie & the Blowfish’s Darius Rucker as Possum, a hired gun/Tex’s partner." They are really going all out on adding guest cast this season. The first two seasons didn't change up the cast much during the season.
  24. Having read the article above from SYFYWIRE, I'm concerned about so much talk of major reveals in E13. It almost seems like they're thinking that it may/may not be the last episode. I hope I'm wrong and that they're just waiting to see what the ratings are and what the new network decides about going forward with the show.
  25. Yes, I think you're right. As I recall, only a few more weeks of filming were scheduled. Jensen is playing the major role of marshal, so yes, I'm sure he will finish the film. Not to mention, it's always been his desire to be in a western.
