Weird episode. These writers had darkness in them to come up with the violence in this episode. They killed any last hope of disco making a comeback, had the 2 girls killed, the wife, the priest, wound the store manager(who should have jumped on Cecil instead of going to his phone), and beat up Eli. All this just to lead to Cecil reveal to be her father (Darth Vader laughs at this). One would think the first person Cecil gone after was the fiance if he hated him so much. Not that I am advocating for a man to be possessive but he sat by while Nora went out with Cecil many times?!

Instead of wasting screen time with Jubal/Rina in bed and having Isobel see them sharing a cab, they could have put some time in with Ruiz. At times I flop sweat when I watch this show! Sorry for the TMI! Ah! Park and Ressler still haven't missed a beat. Cooper tells them to move in, and they just let the entire family get kidnapped. Bravo! Cooper you had some time to assemble a decent team and still settled for this mediocrity! What made you think their skills would have improved in 2 years???? These writers couldn't come up with a better plot to get the team back together? Couldn't some random FBI agent on any one of the three CBS shows come over here to tackle this weak case? We've been saying Ressler looked a mess (inside and out) a long time ago! Nice to see these people have finally caught on! I think Aram was ready to drop his pants. I wouldn't be surprised if it's revealed Aram made a lifestyle change in the 2 years. I wonder what happened to the dead FBI agent's engagement ring! Red probably sent a team to retrieve and sell it!

No Rina this week. Yay! Would have thought by now Tiffany's and Scola's partnership had evolved to the point where Scola is picking up her up at the church and would have known it was for her father's one year memorial. Tiffany has been on the show for a while. We missed her father died a year ago, she did not tell anyone in office, sneak out for the wake/funeral and returned without anyone noticing? Odd Tiffany threw it back at Scola for her not opening up to him because he is too "buttoned up". She is just as cold, stiff and buttoned up too. Interesting where their "real talk" will take this partnership now. I can't blame Scola for going to Jubal and Isobel about this and not mentioning to Tiffany first. Hard to know how someone would react if family is involved. Topic must have been covered at FBI training. Tiffany shouldn't be surprised. What a sloppy serial killer. He leaves the arm sticking out of the dirt to be seen by the Nat Geo person to stumble on, couldn't torched the van, and then he leaves the shovel to be found by the FBI to trace the purchase. Pastor should be pissed he's "outed" because of his careless work! The lady that owns the food truck saw the man with the shovel go into the warehouse , knows the cops are looking for him and didn't bother say anything (for maybe hours) until Scola and Tiffany came to talk to her. I guess the demand for sandwiches/coffee diverted her attention to inform the police. Jubal had a nice pun and no one appreciated his efforts. OA and Maggie approaches Issac Jones, says "FBI", and he stays to talk ....(Nope! Writer's bluff)... he runs!!!!!!! Maggie has been eating her Wheaties"! As OA struggles with Issac, she knocks him out cold. Crabtree almost got grabbed and escaped on his "Own". How is that good business for Issac when he did nothing to prevent or save Crabtree? People will find out his guarantee is not solid. Well, clients can't expect anything from Issac now as he is in jail for attempted murder on OA. Did OA have the night off to not back up Maggie and Scola in the alley? Tiffany had to sprint there to save the day! I had a feeling the pastor was innocent. Sucks he has to pay for lying to the FBI. Tiffany only got a verbal reprimand from Isobel but she can't help the pastor. Tiffany is going to have it tough with being there to help him and then deal with her uncle and the rest of her family.

According to Rina: "This is a Win/Win". Sure not for Chris. Too bad for him. I had a feeling trouble was coming for him when he was told the story and without hesitation accepted the mission. At the end, was Hawthorne planning to fight/kill Chris and then die by OA shooting him? He was done either way. He had the gun pointed at Chris and somehow it didn't fire. Also all that time during the standoff, where did Maggie go? Did she go to the restroom? Take a tour the bar/look at the pictures on the wall? Earlier at the FBI building, Rina is standing behind OA to make sure Isobel pushes him. At the end after disaster happens, she's no where to be found as Isobel has to be the one to talk to OA. Rina is an ambitious snake. Can't trust her. Go back to DC! Scola saved the day within 25 seconds. Too bad for his nice suit. Pretty low for Davis to a bomb is kid's back pack. The ATF agent has tattoos on his neck. I thought that wasn't allowed. Mr. Maxwell's neighbor is one nosy person. She knew his visitors and what time he goes grocery shopping.

Isobel tells Rina: Jubal running point at the hospital could be complicated because his son is there and she tells her he'll be fine. Then she's at the hospital, sees Jubal close to losing it, then she's concern for a minute and does nothing about it. Is Rina necessary for the show? Having Isobel be the boss of Jubal/JOC is plenty enough. Now we have the boss of Isobel to take screen time. Tiffany couldn't tell the guy on the bike to get of the way. She just tossed Jason right on him. Poor man had to pickup all the cans he collected. Jason Cook is a worthless ass. Not one hospital but six. He couldn't think this is wrong, refuse and go to the police. The show dismissed him way too quick. I need to know that he got at least 30 years in prison. Lydia annoyed me!!!!! She probably could have solved this on her own. Not even Jubal's plea could move her. I'm glad she got charged. Too bad someone had to die for this to happen. The show needed to establish time. One scene Jubal is a the psych hospital and John was there. Next scene, Jubal has the files and then Elise mentions "John called out sick today". How many days has passed? The FBI needs to run an investigation on the director of the psych hospital bad dye job. Scola looked like he was going to blush when Tiffany claimed she would have shot the kid to save him I liked that it was Tiffany and Scola and not Maggie and OA for the final take down. I guess the show thought it would have been odd to end with Jubal hugging his ex wife about their son. Instead he's hugging Rina.

At the end, Raq looked so proud at her accomplishments. Wait until she finds out Kanan didn't get the job done and Howard is alive. Am I wrong to think a set up for next season will be dissension in the family and there will be Raq versus Lou/Kanan? When Kanan fell to the ground and cut his hand, he wiped the blood on the sleeve of the jacket! Let's see if AB negative comes up next season and Nique is released. The scene with Kanan and Juke reminded me a little of the adult versions. Weird finale. Surprisingly no deaths. Shocking part was seeing the NYPD getting a lot of screen time and being active. Pretty dumb of them to have "soon to be dead" C.I. Toni seen by Marvin and not one cop questioned Raq why she's wearing that ridiculous onesie or detect the smell of a rotting corpse in the wall. Cop should know to never question a family's eating time. Do the NYPD have any evidence on Marvin to arrest him? They didn't get anything substantial on the recording at the club. The writers pulled a fast one getting Juke to be quickly in on Raq's plan. How long has Juke been wearing that sweater? She can bring Kanan a change of clothes but can't change her own. I give her credit for going back home and maybe run in to Marvin. Lucky for her, she didn't know he got arrested. When Juke told Burke a mark is on a cop, seems Burke didn't take it seriously and tell her supervisors. Detective Garcia after hearing what she said to Juke, should have asked Burke "you heard about this and didn't warn anyone?". Also, Burke looked clueless to not know Captain Peralta was transferred and Baptiste is her new boss. At the hospital, the captain pulls Burke over to quietly tell her Howard has leukemia and then says if "the brass finds out". Isn't he part of the "brass" and wouldn't they all know he has leukemia now if he knows? Why are the police going floor by floor? They had enough cops to take all floors at once. Odd they trashed the apartment below and left Raq's apartment untouched. For Symphony to drive all the way to Maryland at a last minute request, Raq must have promised him a good lay. He did look pissed entering Maryland. Maybe he realized he didn't have enough money to pay for toll/buy gas to get back to NYC or "Why am I doing this? I have 50 papers to grade by tomorrow!" or upset he now has to fail Kanan for missing his class. Now we see the Maryland/Juke connection. What happened to Lou? I guess almost losing his life gave him perspective. Not too long ago he was trying to kill Worrell and talking tough to Nique at the diner. Now he's shaken in front of Raq and wants to get out of the business. Lou didn't know Raq's plan when he took the jacket but automatically knew it was Raq's doing when Howard was brought in. Messed up joke by Marvin to Scrap about his eye. I didn't recognize him when he picked up Kanan. Nique gets word the cops think he shot a cop and decides to go home to pack. Obviously to him the police would never think to go there. There is always that one man at the front door that never contacts his boss and falls for the "gas leak on the 14th floor" trick. "Streets Need a body" has to be played out by now. What's the new song?
