  1. The "fugitive" wasn't the reason. After hearing the song, he either got the feels and wanted to see Anne again or just went back for his toothbrush.
  2. Felt bad for Marcel. Lucien turns on him and then Teresa gave him up (espesially after hearing James tell him how loyal Teresa is). I wasn't expecting that twist. Not sure why Boaz had to make an entrance with the judge's head in a box and confess to Teresa. Just hide the body and go back to Miami. Then we find out the fool was caught on camera and didn't even bother dispose of the body. Boaz must have gotten a big ego boost with Teresa not killing him and she not turning him in to the police (when they have evidence he killed the judge). He'll now probably think he can defy her order and get away with it because he's "valuable" to her. I don't think we're done seeing him mess up. Why would Teresa let him keep the judge's head? Cop changed his tune quick when he heard $3 million. Funny Teresa went to the guy and asked if he would like to take the rap and go to jail. As if he would be honored and say "Hell yeah. I'll go". Shouldn't the news station make sure the judge is at the podium before they interrupt with "Breaking News"? Lucien sent the police a tip of the car James and Marcel are in and they send one cop to get them. Pote already assuming they are having a boy. Is NA meetings enough for Kelly Anne to get through her issues? Maybe many many one on one therapy seesions is required.
  3. If Casey is going to be assigned to stay in house, can the man at least get a head start cleaning the restrooms, buying groceries, cook and make coffee (so the chief doesn't get angry)! All he's done there was walk around holding paper, lament or stare out the window. A bit of a letdown Casey's head story just goes away that fast with all that build up (maybe it's a red herring and Jesse's really leaving??!!). We better not see this storyline or mention his head injury ever again. After all that, they get good news and their first decison was to go to Molly's. Why? It should have been back to her apartment and for the new "sour" couple to get this over with on the sheets!!!! The doctor needed to quickly deliver his line "It's always nice to give good news", smirk and exit so we can get smacked in the head with a drawn out scene of will Casey/Sylvie kiss or not kiss. It's the audience that needed a MRI after this. Not Casey. Wonder if the nurse made Casey nervous just to mess with him. Sylvie told Casey "Or else!!!!". What was she going to do? Knock him over the head?!!? Bye Grainger! You lasted longer than I thought! Next time, stay in line for the omelets and eat. Let Sylvie take a hike ski! Boden told Mouch he takes "first seat" but when they arrived at the store, Boden defers to Kidd to size out the situation. Was that suppose to be Mouch's job? I really though Mouch was going to get shrapnel to back and die a hero saving the girl but I should know better by now: he's not going any where. Nosy Violet has to blurt out all the texts Sylvie missed. That would annoy me. She just got there! They aren't close friends for her to do that? I'm a little surprised Boden let Cruz get him angry over the parking spot that fast when it wasn't a problem to him. Why can't Sister Betty get better parking closer to her apartment? She lives across the street. There has to be a handicap spot there. The aid should buy a minivan to better move the sister around. Deep down Sister Betty wanted to whack Boden with her wheelchair. Forget the Hail Marys this time. Did Sister help her aid move the recliner when they parked? Those two moved/rolled fast to not have been seen all that time. Kidd and Herrmann really thought Hill would change policy or give an exemption just at their request? At least Herrmann didn't start with "Godfather..........". What was the point of Amber getting dramatic about her tennis career and Sylvie's concerned look? There was no follow up to this or was it just to be about Sylvie to think of Casey? Anyway, maybe Kidd can get Amber a job at CFD. She has great connections with the Deputy Commisioner.
  4. Eddie hasn't earned her points with Frank yet???!!! (Last episode) She was punched, Frank didn't see her face until family dinner and eager to eat because she was late. Baker gets attacked, Frank is immediately at the hospital to see her and sends a team after her assailant (too bad the team wasn't deployed earlier to assist the 5 previous victims). Nice try Erin but no one would believe Jack bought a pie at Penn Station.
  5. The "Wicked Witch" was on her broom higher up so the birds couldn't see her. She knows that area of Kansas well.
  6. "Bird watching" Anne must have called in some favors, sent a Fork-tailed Flycatcher and some tough crows to scare Neville's men waiting at the house and report back when all is clear.
  7. I believe she knew. At the card game, the guy called him "Ray". He made 5 previous trips to see these people, they should have had a clue. The cop was so stupid. To find out he had two kids made his decision more idiotic.
  8. 9 in a row with no Liz! Seeing Dembe anxious to get through the meeting/to catch a plane, he must have had his own booty call to attend in the next town. Police Officer Lois is Anne's best friend, overprotective, concerned for her safety and never thought to run a background check on Raymond Reddington? Lois couldn't say goodbye to Red at Anne's house. She must have lost the card game last night. Look at church going Anne......thinking of sex when hearing "output connector". I think Red wanted his "output" connected and she didn't get the numerous hints. Tofurky sandwiches???? C'mon Red! Live a little! You're in Kansas.. get some ribs!!! It took Neville 5 trips to determine Red's pattern and he couldn't devise a better plan to get him! Why are these assassins role playing as technicians? They had a free shot at Red at night when he was asleep on Anne's lap. These fools must have rented the van, gear and was determined to use them no matter what the right decision is! Poor Anne had to see Red kill a woman. Wonder if it made her a little hot for Red. Where did the shop owner run off to when Red kicked her out? Obviously not the police station. She must have gone to a local bar or "browsing" at her competitor's shop. Anne! Please stop asking Red "Who are you?" and just read the damn "FBI Most Wanted" Poster. Police chief is on the ball. Red had a better chance hiding out in a supermarket. Is the Chief's last name Ressler? This is the only time I'm thanking Neville's sniper for taking out the the foolish Chief while he was giving that long winded monologue. The dumbest police force ever!!! Took a while for one to think of getting the automatic weapons! Standing up when bullets are flying. Going outside in harm's way. They have one key to the holding cell (cheap to make duplicates)! Wonder how many bottles of moonshine passes through Cottonwood Falls on a daily basis! If Neville and men didn't decide to do the "slow motion walk", they probably wouldn't have given the state police and FBI extra time to get there. Unreal!!!! The bullet-ridden police station has only ONE bullet proof glass and it's on the holding cell door! At least Lois had some sense of duty/integrity to try to arrest Red with her bad leg. Of course she failed to deliver but it's the thought that counts! Can't say the same for Cooper and his team's efforts! Anne/Red decides to go back to her place as if they didn't think Neville wouldn't have any body waiting there. Is there still a dead body somewhere on Anne's property or did Red dump him in her neighbor's yard? So Liz just went to Anne's place to hold a gun to her head and wait for hours..... knowing Red was going drive for miles, turn on the radio to hear the right song, get weak in the knees, make an illegal U-Turn (Of course no cops around to give a ticket. Either dead or in the hospital) and return for his love???!!!! Did Liz learn how to tell the future during her time away? I almost thought Red was going to walk in and find Anne's dead body or her with another man.
  9. Last episode during James' time of healing from his wound, running, dodging bullets and fighting Russians, he found some free time to negotiate for an army of ex-Mossad to be at Teresa's compound the next day. The man is full of surprises. Too bad King George wasn't around to comment on the men James brought in. Didn't Tony want to kill Pote for killing his father? Pote is acting like they were real tight. Pote to James: ".....This world is not for a child. They make you weak and vulnerable.....". He is lucky Kelly Anne didn't hear this. So Pote let his guard down with Tony and in the bedroom with Kelly Anne by not wrapping up his little cabron! Polanco is screaming on the phone to Teresa "I want the Russians dead" while there are FDNY EMTs (maybe police too) in an ear shot. Poor Teresa, every time she squashes a problem, there's another one or two waiting around the corner for her to resolve. Leave it to Boaz to always put a wrench in Teresa's plans. It's time for him to go. "Maybe some other life but not his one!" Ouch! Those words hurt James more than the gun shot! He better rethink his decision to stay. Lafayette bowed down quickly to Teresa without a fight. I keep hearing the name "Kostya", I am starting to wonder if he exists or is the show still taking their sweet time casting the role? There was a "sleeper cell" in Kostya's organization? Who are they working for?
  10. It hasn't happen. We still need to see Grainger's rejection from Sylvie (when he arrives to pick her up wearing his new ski gear. Probably spent over $1,000 buying new clothes/equipment for him/her). Then we'll see Matt and Sylvie holding hands skipping to the doctor's office.
  11. Next season, they'll have Cruz propose and mass produce buzzers to CFD to attach to the back every ambulance in the city.
  12. So-so first episode. Good to see Teresa list of enemies is still plentiful. Even add her name to the list. James is a quick healer to overcome pain and start running, dodging bullets, shooting and fighting. Still don't know if I can trust him. Teresa is on the edge, I'm not sure James telling her Devon is a contractor for the CIA and technically not a CIA agent means that much to her now. Isn't Boaz supposed to be running Miami? Teresa just can't keep this man away. He will screw up to give Teresa more problems. I don't feel King George and Boaz are going to survive this season. Let me guess (by the end): the female detective will take down her corrupt captain Gamble, Lafayette and come to the aid of Teresa. So Oksana/Kostya sent a hit team for Teresa last season? What event last season caused a problem in their relationship for this to happen? Or did the Russians foresee she was going to NYC to meet with their competitor (the Dominicans) and need to take her out?
  13. It took only 2 episodes for Casey to just make a decision to see a doctor and get checked out?? Surprised the show didn't carry out this suspense until the last episode of the season. Severide had the "why did I bother ask Kidd her opinion" look. He didn't seemed thrilled to hear her "Girls on Fire " experience. I got nervous when Chief Mercer arrived and he was reveled to Jacob's father. I thought it would the recycled storyline of the daughter of a chief who couldn't cut it and then killed herself some seasons back. Chief Mercer is the biggest fool to not see his son is lacking the necessary skills. But I did wonder why Severide didn't have an assistant helping him train the 6 recruits and keep an eye on Jacob and other matters Severide could miss. I'd rather see Boden take on Chief Mercer than Severide. But Severide handled himself well. Nice to see Boden angry and having Severide's back. Earlier, Kidd was all for "encouragement and support" with recruits but later in the locker room she was surprised Severide was giving Jacob a chance. The only scenes missing were Severide and some of the other recruits kicking Jacob's ass and watching him get the boot out of the academy. Surprised the show didn't drag out Ronnie/Mike/Patty plot and make a 2 part crossover on Fire/PD. Ronnie is way too nice and naïve to not have suspected foul play from Mike and eat his muffins. Mike must have heard the great tales of Severide and 51 and decided to leave the note on the Squad table instead of going to the police. Was Mike waiting for Ronnie to die before he finally spoke up about the wife? He had to be 100% sure it is her. That's why he couldn't write a full letter? Why does Mike need to expand when his business doesn't seem to be busy? Every time there's an emergency next door, he's the first nosy body there. If he was busy, he wouldn't have time to check on Ronnie's well being or give him free muffins. Speaking of muffins, he is insulting Ronnie to think just giving him free muffins would make him sell his store to him. If the wife wanted Ronnie to die, why call 911 on his second poisoning? She could heave left him there to dying and call 911 at the very last moment just to look like she cared. No smoke alarm going off in the fire house when the bread was burning? Once Violet gave instructions Gallo, the bread had no chance and was doomed (hope it had a pleasant transition to the trash)! No way Ruzek spelled "Tetrahydrozoline" correctly in his notes. Makes sense for Cindy to not have any skills in match making..... she married Herrmann.

    Season 03

Understood. From the time he was in the jeep with his wife until the moment he walked in and was killed, no one knew he was a security guard/worked there (show made a point to cover his shirt). That's the time frame I'm commenting on just based on their conversation.
  15. I am clueless with these apps. If someone just sends him an inappropriate picture (not saved to his computer/phone), he didn't ask for and he deletes, is that the same as someone purposely downloading underage porn and can be arrested? What proof does the scammer have on him? Matthew and the other victims panicked big time. Next time, he needs to bring a bat with him when confronting.
  16. I think this is for the FBI thread. Tough economy. Cabbies need there fare any way they can take it.

    Season 03

I was anticipating Howard would tie in some way but nothing. Maybe he was in on the plot with the copy cat robbers to rob the place at another time (promised a large portion) but didn't know this team would be there at the time he arrived at work. Maybe he was going to get a third job being a security consultant and a fourth being a bouncer at Jubal's favorite strip joint. Maybe they were talking budget cuts. Cancelling their expensive cable subscription and try cheap pirated streaming or no more expensive fine dining at a restaurant on Tuesdays/Fridays and just go with Chipotle. Maybe they settled on the idea to start a ponzi scheme or a go fund me (for his wife's stroke) and he was going to get started on the customers there getting their cash. Spent all night rehearsing his sales pitch to them.

    Season 03

It's not common. The security guard and wife have never appeared on the show before this episode. This will not be answered in a future episode. Maybe the writers felt the need to add their dialogue thinking the audience will get an emotional impact when he's killed?? I would say there's a deleted scene of the wife explaining his intentions to an agent but I don't think she would mention: "Yeah! We needed the cash and he was going to rob the place after his shift".
  19. How many ways can they hide Hana's bump? Crosby has been living at Hana's place all that time???!!! Why is Zadie asking him to stay? She she should move out. Hana can't put up with this! With these crimes, how is Jess not bringing in some other divisions of the FBI to assist? All this mess and bloody trail of dead bodies started because the 3 fools couldn't hide burner phones??!! Was it so important to use the inmates to make the calls. Those other Lontocs chasing Brendan all over town couldn't make calls and then toss the phones? Brendan maybe the stupidest out of all the criminals appearing on this show. His ex-wife is some woman to put up with his coming home drunk, complaining, losing his police job, his temper, his lying and didn't think about divorcing him. Meanwhile, his supposed new girlfriend Kellie is trying to get him killed at every opportunity. Everyone looks away from the video of the young girl and there's Jess staring, giving a strange look. The agents never considered if Michelle could have gotten the tattoo after the video was taken? "Badges visible, these women will be terrified if they think we are ICE", says the FBI agent pointing a gun entering the room. Of course! They won't be terrified because it's Jess. After deleting the app, couldn't Matthew just destroy his phone/computer and just ignore the sextortion? How would this get back to his wife? Maybe he put all his real information in his dating app's profile. Maybe I'm missing something.

    Season 03

From the security guard's and the wife's discussion in the car about his retirement and not enough money, I got the feeling he wanted to rob the check cashing place but the thieves got there before him. Too bad we never got to know the story of what he was going to do. Show didn't waste time setting the tone between the Scola and NYPD. It's just coffee Scola. Scola clocks out and doesn't shut off his computer. Enough time for Tiffany to read his file and hit send! So the "gift rule" he follows to the letter but shutting off his computer policy... not so much. The two analyst looking at Jubal about the strip club was funny. Suspect is running down the street, OA gets on the phone to give a description, doesn't bother give chase and then the show cuts to a commercial break. After the break, we see footage of the suspect waiting on the street and then calling for a cab. OA could have easily caught up to him if he ran after him. At the auto shop, did the 10+ swat members with Tiffany and Scola decide to go back to HQ or take lunch after the shots were fired? They were no where to found. I would be pissed too if a bullet whizzed by my ear. I can't blame Scola on that one. I thought Tiffany was going to talk to Dixon on her own and not have Scola present? After showing family man Dixon and hearing about his daughter's acceptance, I thought there was no way he would be in on these crimes. But shouldn't he be in some trouble for falsifying records? Kyle failed the entrance exam twice and still made it into the NYPD??!!!! Maggie saw a gun missing a tag earlier and didn't think about/mentioned it until OA saw another gun missing a tag. Did Maggie forget the purpose of their assignment? How were they so sure the NYPD clerk at evidence wasn't in on it the caper and not tip off Palmer? Scola and Tiffany are attempting to arrest Palmer with guns drawn and the background actors of FBI/NYPD just hang around acting aimlessly. Terrible directing given! Made the scene look weird!
  21. Spader gave NBC (struggling for scripts) an idea to re-watch "The Slap" to come up with an arc in season 9. Each episode, we'll see a version from Eastern Friend's trauma, Red, Dembe, the pilot, etc... "One moment will change Nations forever"
  22. 8 in a row with no Liz! Although, it seems the streak may be ending soon. Only this show can turn Good Friday into Good Grief?!!! The puzzled look on Panabaker's face when Cooper was giving her the run down for the past 30 years of the Russians, Townsend, Katarina, N-13, the file was the same as writer's faces when they were brain storming/putting the messy pieces of this plot together in the writer's room. Red is really slipping to think Cooper had Rakitin under surveillance. He didn't get last week's briefing: Park lost track of him in 15 seconds!!!??? "Eastern Friend" is the name that appears on my closed caption. The writers can't bother give this man a sinister name???? Do people in Russia call him "Eastern Friend"? Good Grief! "Eastern Friend" yells at Red for hand delivering Rakitin to the American Government???!! Huh! His dumb ass should have kept Rakitin hidden in Russia when he had the chance. Was him going back to kill Cooper that important? No assassins available? Or did he need to send him back to the US to bring back a supply of toilet paper from COSTCO? The "Genius" Cooper gets a call, leaves the Post Office, doesn't consider harm will come his way and doesn't bother tell any member of his supposedly "Trusted Task Force" where he's going. Cooper's glasses stayed on after the smack to face during his abduction. That's quality FBI eye wear. A phone trace that was successful under 30 seconds. How dare this show go against the TV trope! 20 minutes into the episode and Cooper already has that brandy in hand. I'm surprised the bottle wasn't close to being finished. Trying times for the man. He returns to the Post Office, ignores Aram's plea to see a doctor, pours a glass, calls Panabaker and probably didn't think to check in on his wife and son after they were threatened to be killed by Rakitin. Red's hold on Park is based on her thought she "murdered" Dieterle and Red has the evidence. Why in the hell would Red reveal he's alive to her??!! Once Park got over the shock and is relieved, she should have told Red "F*ck you! I'm not doing it. You lost your leverage bitch!" If Red released the footage of her being rough with him, what's the worse punishment that could happen to her? Maybe a reprimand/suspension from the FBI? Better than prison time! Was the ash tray Park struck Dieterle made of rubber? She got some good shots on him with lots of blood produced and the man's face doesn't have a scratch? Add "unable to carry out cold revenge" to Park's lists of unimpressive skills. It goes right under "bad at tailing a suspect", "atrocious surveillance skills", and "easily compromised by Red". Dieterle murdered her friend, so now she will let him get away with it. At least she now knows where to get free mechanic work. Park burns the envelope on FBI premises. The woman is really stupid! The blank note to Rakitin was really the script for this episode. This is the second time Panabaker is in the Post Office and a key suspect is killed and she just leaves without firing or cursing out anyone! Ressler was a complete simpy disgrace tonight. He must have left 4 messages for Liz. There were times I thought he was close to crying and going to say "I love you" on the voice mail. Surprised he didn't have flowers, a card, balloons and a box of chocolates for Liz with him while sitting in the park alone at 12:00 am. If Ressler took a few seconds to not think about Liz and all the juicy gossip to tell her, he could have easily pieced together Park was the one that got to Rakitin. Ressler had a good run for 3 weeks doing decent FBI work, trying to get his life straight. But the embarrassing, same old Donald resurfaced tonight. The man needs counseling. Gangsters wasted their time and big money acquiring the services of Chemical Mary when all this time cheaper talents like Felix Klopp was around just passing the days teaching high school chemistry (not making meth)?!!??? Red slapped the $hit out of "Eastern Friend" and all he could say was "You hit me". Best moment of the episode! This is my "Endgame". You tell him Ultron I mean Red!.
  23. Yes. I didn't think Baggs was a part of Cruz' shift. I can understand if Gallo or Ritter were mislead, but Cruz has been in this house for a long time. Assuming Jaffe and Dinardo (who Cruz name dropped) are from another shift, he seems to know these other FFs and is a big nosy body to know everyone's assigned locker. Just seemed odd for him to know of "Baggs" and not be somewhat curious a little time after Mouch started the ruse 5 years ago: why he hasn't bumped into him there (or at Molly's) or see his name on any duty sheet or any other lists/reports in the station aside from the locker. Maybe Mouch went to great lengths to add layers/cover stories to his deception. He should be in the next Mission Impossible. At least Otis met in person the firefighter who transferred. The writers went for a good joke but they opened up a lot of questions in the process.
  24. Thanks. The more I think about it, having Tasha show up in one episode just to be killed doesn't seem right. Maybe it should have been done last season when there was some momentum. I hope Yaz is far away from him. I am looking forward to Tommy's series ( I guess he'll have a new name. He is supposed to be dead). Not really excited for the books on Tate and Kaanan.
  25. Why was this episode titled "One Crazy Shift"? This shift was tame compared to what we've seen in previous episodes. Only thing crazy was the tape couldn't hold up the pictures. Get a refund Stella. I think Stella missed Severide's hint of where's his 18x24 portrait. Pipes and Drums is Mouch's supposed "dream", yet he has his equipment collecting dust in the locker, didn't bother learn to read music (proud to tell the judges this) and hasn't been seen practicing in 9 seasons. I am happy he didn't get the position. For 5 years, Cruz thought there was a fight fighter in 51 name "Baggs"!???!!!! Embarrassing. Way to know your co-workers Joe! I hope he remembers he has a child on the way. Was someone supposed to be assigned to stay with the disabled truck blocking the street? Shouldn't 81 be towed to a garage for repairs instead of back to 51 and a replacement be sent? Herrmann should be honored to give what little he could to assist Detectives Severide and Casey. The people at OFI must have noticed 51 responded to these laundromat fires and said don't bother send an investigator, they will do our jobs (let's get lunch) . Marcy's got an education on to never question or give a half ass solution to Severide. Without hesitation she tries to blame her supplier. She got Severide so pissed, he instructed Captain Casey to go back with Squad, he cover for him so Severide can make calls with her. Marcy has awakened a beast! Later we see Severide (gifted with the speed of a cheetah) escape the on coming flames. When Boden has to slam the phone, you know his day has been interrupted and his anger was unleashed on the drivers for not answering their phones. Sylvie makes people better? Casey really needs to get that head checked! Notice he never mentioned Dawson. He knows she was already perfect without any aid from Sylvie.. We got two Gallos this episode. One that's a frightened wimp around Violet and then there's the one that's concerned about Casey, gets chewed out by him, has the courage to speak up to him and take care of the groceries without being told. Was there any doubt Violet was going to be the replacement for Mackey? Deputy Commissioner Gloria Hill really didn't know who was behind the wheel of 81, had to make a special trip to 51 and startled to know it was Stella Kidd ...... a woman???!!!! If there was video circulating, she can easily see Kidd come out of the driver's seat or ask someone in her office to grab the driver's file before going there. Maybe Hill should get her eyes checked if she thought Kidd was a man from the video. The scene was so forced and cringe! Also, Boden should have been in the scene if a high ranking official arrives to complement a fire fighter. Introducing Hill makes previous episodes look bad for when Stella was starting her "Girls on Fire" program and this deputy commissioner was never mentioned or contacted by Stella for assistance in starting the program after now we are told she's her idol/inspiration.
