Yes. But this time the source of the humor struck an unpleasant nerve with me. 🤷🏻♀️ I thought it showed a family/friends type of bond that no matter what you say to each other, it won't change how you feel about each other, so give them a few zingers to keep the conversation lively and interesting. It is also a good way to keep the mom mentally engaged even if her physicality is lacking.

I think they should give the Upstairs Dad a chair on the plane that has a helmet that can project his thoughts onto a big screen, so that the pilots will know what they are looking for and what to expect. Maybe they should throw in a flew dinosaurs because I want to see the plane dodging to keep from hitting a few Pterosaurs/Pterodactyls that are close to the size of the plane.

I thought it was funny because that is probably the way they always talk to each other. To them they were just having a normal conversation.

Yes, after the Bible Thumper dug the hole and put her dead "dad" in, La Brea Dundee had her turn around for a second because he wanted to "pay his respects" before she filled the hole back in. Yeah you missed it, that is how he figured out where and when they are. Yep, good thing he thought he might need a full clip to get the job done or he might be dead by now. What they could have really used on this show is some "good ole boys" heading off to do some hunting with their AK-47's. Their catch phrase could have been "Let's go extinct some stuff!". I would say no, but maybe the dirt clinging to might be possible. I think "the glowing rift" might contain an EMP field, so an old car without the modern electronics might be easier to get working and easier to work on.

Dan Brown's The Lost Symbol - General Discussion

The Lost Symbol: S01.E04: L'Enfant Orientation Forced to split up by Mal’akh, Langdon follows the next clue while Katherine teams up with Sato to find her father another way. Air Date: October 7, 2021 on Peacock The Masonic Roundtable is doing a podcast about all the symbols that are appearing in Dan Brown's The Lost Symbol, giving you a little more in depth information about their importance. The show does not give these symbols much air time so it is good that the Masons go into a little more depth about their significance. Again with the big dramatic emotional scenes. Every character has one and I sit there slack jawed because I couldn't care less about any of them. I was thinking that the religious nut was probably the wife of the dead guy and her sister is really her daughter, but I don't think the older sister is old enough for that to have happened, so I am guessing older sister is just a psycho. I will probably cringe every time I see her on the screen. They found a trunk full of heroin, give that guy the good stuff! Why didn't something useful fall down the hole like and apartment building or a convenience or hardware store. That plane looks a little small to rescue all of the people and bring them back to the surface. They should snag a few of those extinct animals while they are at it. You would think that the people would have tried to build some kind of shelter or gathered some weapons. There should be a ton of useful stuff in the trunks of all those cars.

It is not like the information that Pat had was going to help them. Yolanda was the only one willing to kill someone, and she was afraid that she might have to do it again because the rest of the JSA members would not. Who are they supposed to kill, the little boy, is he a real little boy or is it suppose to be Cynthia Burman/Shiv, is she still in a realm that the JSA can reach, in order to kill her. Two episodes in a row that was primarily filmed in that house. It makes me wonder where the budget for the series went.

or somebody poisoned Tim Kono and then put a gun in his mouth to make it seem like he committed suicide. The cat could have eaten some of the poison food that Tim Kono ate. Did they find the gun, I don't remember them mentioning that?

My guess is that the Bassoon Lady was doing something shady with someone (maybe the person that killed Tim Kono) and she jumped in on the investigation to throw the Laurel and Hardy Boys off the track. Whoever Bassoon Lady was working with didn't like what she told them and shot/stabbed her. I was wondering why nobody heard a gunshot. The Arconiacs said there was probably two people working together, making the investigation more complicated. And just now, I think I know who did it, I shouldn't have watched those official trailers with all of the unaired episode footage. Interesting conclusion to the series. -
That episode did nothing that would help me detect who was Tim Kono's killer or further the mystery plot along. I wish they would have spent it on the evidence on Tim Kono's phone. They have an entire phone full of new evidence and yet they had to turn to fans for clues. The only useful thing they said was why was Tim Kono on the sixth floor, carrying a garbage bag?

Just Beyond is a horror comedy anthology series scheduled to premiere on Disney+ on October 13, 2021, with all 8 episodes released at once. The Just Beyond TV series was created by Seth Grahame-Smith based on Boom! Studios's Graphic Novels of the same name from R. L. Stine. Episode 1 "Leave Them Kids Alone" When 14-year-old activist Veronica Vanderhall (Mckenna Grace) is suspended from school, her parents send her to Miss Genevieve’s School for Difficult Girls, which claims to have an impeccable record for rehabilitating "problem children". Miss Genevieve (Nasim Pedrad) and her students appear to be the picture of perfection, with impeccable manners and identical, emaculate hairdos. However, Veronica soon realises that things are not as they seem and this veneer of perfection hides a dark secret. Veronica must hatch a plan to help the girls regain their voices. Leeann Ross as Claire Lauren Lindsey Donzis as Heather Episode 2 "Parents Are From Mars, Kids Are From Venus" Best friends Jack (Gabriel Bateman) and Ronald (Arjun Athalye) have always found their parents weird but when they stumble into the adults’ game night their embarrassment turns to shock when they are stunned by what they see. Cousin Luna (Jy Prishkulnik) — who Fiona loves, is coming over from England and will be attending Fiona’s school. Unlike Fiona, Luna is proud of being a witch and eager to show off her magical abilities. Fiona must decide if she’ll continue to hide or reveal her inner witch. Episode 4 "My Monster" Outwardly, Olivia (Megan Stott) appears to be handling her parents’ recent divorce quite well; but inside, she’s anxious and overwhelmed. It doesn’t help that her family’s new place, her mother’s childhood home, has squeaky floorboards, flickering lights and is seriously creepy. Olivia’s fears are validated when she comes face-to-face with a masked, hulking humanoid who quickly vanishes. When the heart-pounding hauntings continue, Olivia and her neighbor Graham (Elisha Henig) team up to solve the mystery of the masked monster. Her wish comes true when a substitute teacher introduces Lily to an invite-only beauty app that magically transforms her appearance. As legend would have it, the dead thespians are looking to grab the living and force them into their phantasmal acting troupe. When a personal encounter with Zoe sends Ella running off, Ella is separated from the group and finds herself trapped in the theater after dark, and in the middle of a ghostly drama. Kate Baldwin as Vivian Ben Gleib as Oscar Jackson Geach as Raymond Emily Marie Palmer as Rosie Episode 7 "Standing Up for Yourself" The idyllic town of Larkinville is tormented by 13-year-old Trevor Larkin (Logan Gray), a bully with a menacing scar and massive build. Trevor is particularly pumped when a new student, fourteen-year-old Evan Burger (Henry Shepherd), aka Trevor's next victim, arrives to school. Evan wears glasses, hand-me-down clothing and has a prosthetic leg that makes him walk with a slight limp. But appearances can be deceiving and when Evan stands up for himself, Trevor’s actions will change his life — and Larkinville — forever. Cyrus Arnold as Older Trevor Smera Chandan as Maria Episode 8 "The Treehouse" It’s been a year since Sam’s dad passed away, and after saving up his money, Sam (Cedric Joe) just became the proud owner of his late father’s favorite comic in mint condition. That is, until the neighborhood bully snatches it and tosses it in a puddle. Devastated, Sam hides in the treehouse he and his father built; but lightning from a fast-moving storm cracks a branch and sends him tumbling to the ground. Sam awakens in an alternate universe, where strange yet familiar encounters ultimately force him to make some excruciating choices. Christine Young as Jenny Malcolm Barrett as Andy Jack Gore as Mason

The Problem With Jon Stewart - General Discussion
AnimeMania replied to AnimeMania's topic in The Problem With Jon Stewart
He is like the Jon that advocated for the First Responders. The show was only a little bit funny and sort of boring, maybe because the writers are not comedians and the subject matter doesn't really lend itself well to comedy. -

S03.E02: Bowango
AnimeMania replied to jewel21's topic in Bob ❤️ Abishola (Bob Hearts Abishola)
I don't think so, to have a wedding in the U.S. for the people who missed the wedding in Nigeria (especially Goodwin, Kofo, and Gloria), would be a nice gesture, especially if they already paid for all the stuff and it was already scheduled to occur shortly after they get back from Nigeria. I am usually a little negative about Abishola as a character, but I liked her a lot during the wedding episode, maybe seeing her happy in the US in another episode would would make me like her character more. There are also people who love seeing characters in wedding dresses. -
