  1. Ah, ok. It is morning on my side of the world so I'm still waiting for the caffeine to hit. LOL.
  2. I quickly looked through their Twitter and I didn't see where they were dishing anything on Bobby or Adam. Just your standard promo stuff.
  3. Enh, I would argue that point. My oldest lived in 3 different countries before the age of 5 (her current age). Military children move quite frequently. My oldest loves moving and getting to explore new places and cultures. My youngest is 14 months so he doesn't have an opinion. Bryn has stability in the form of her parents (even though they are divorced). My kids know that home is wherever the family is. So, my in-laws are like Jason's parents. They wanted every weekend together. It was a huge part of why we moved overseas. LOL. You can't always compromise. We couldn't compromise with my in-laws. Give an inch and they take a mile. Oh, Sonja... She is just such a hot mess and has been steadily spiraling downwards for seasons now. The tirade against Tins was more than just alcohol fueled. If I was Tins, I would do cookie decorating for every single holiday for the remainder of my time at Sonja's. Ooh, and lots of online shopping. LOL.
  4. I have a common name but it has multiple spellings. I got so mad at my in-laws when I had my daughter because the flowers came and not only was my name misspelled but also my daughter's! My mom told me I was being hormonal and while my in-laws were evil, she didn't think they were to blame for that specific incident. LOL. Oh, you HAVE to go to the city during the holidays. I have a love affair with NYC anyways but at Christmas, it is just magical. My husband and I have talked about buying a small apartment in the city once our kids are at college (we hope they go to my husband's alma mater which is just about 30 minutes outside of the city so it would be convenient and give them some place to escape to).
  5. When I lived in the US (the South, to be specific), I kept my house around 74 during the winters and was still under a blanket. I live in the Middle East now so winters are just where I turn the a/c off. LOL. THIS. They don't understand Lu's marriage. Great! Who cares! I hate all the judgment over Lu's marriage. It is HER marriage and has absolutely no impact on anyone else. I get crap about my marriage because my husband travels all the time and it drives me nuts. It looks like high gloss paint which is just weird. I have never heard of that being recommended for walls. Trim, sure. But walls? Never! I used eggshell on my old house because of kids and I thought that was sometimes a bit too shiny.
  6. Not saying this is the case but some Southern Baptists believe that you are still married even after divorce. So, in the eyes of the Lord, they are committing adultery until their ex dies.
  7. Those aren't facts. Those are opinions. It is your opinion that no single guy would want to be involved with these women. Is it bad that I can think of a housewife on every show that I actively can't stand? I wouldn't say hate just because it is a very strong word (to me) that I save for special people. LOL.
  8. From my understanding, Babs did sign a release since her face was shown on screen and she was given a chyron with her name and "status". Exactly. People are so busy today with judging everyone else's lifestyle when it has nothing to do with you. Lu's relationship will have absolutely no impact on Ramona or Sonja (other than the fact that Tom didn't marry them!). Your recount is accurate. She never even stated that her friend was the one married to Dennis (I'm not sure if they are the same people since I haven't followed that relationship much). He never stated that he had feelings for Bethenny during his marriage. I think viewers are basing their opinion based off of their dislike for Bethenny and are just wanting to demonize her. She is trying hard to convince herself that she loves the life she has. Think about social media. My friends who splash their marriages all over FB usually announce they are getting divorced a couple months later. And then they never give details which is just rude. LOL.
  9. I think Avery is a nice lady despite Ramona. She sees her mom for what she is. I don't doubt that Ramona loves her kid. I just think she has serious issues with communication and healthy relationships. For example, demanding that Avery take her coat off in the store. Seriously? It is a coat. Who cares! All of the fillers and everything else just isn't good. She has the overplumped cheeks but she still has all the wrinkles around her eyes which just makes the wrinkles even more noticeable. As far as Lu... I hate that she is marrying someone who is a philanderer but Lu is also a grown woman who knows what she is getting into. The Count also cheated a lot (apparently their marriage was open because I've heard that Lu also cheated) so this is something that she is used to and might not have an issue with. Some women value the security of marriage over having a faithful partner. It wouldn't work for me but I have different priorities in a marriage.
  10. I have several friends who are widows (military wife) and it is kind of like a members only club. They just get it and everything that goes along with it. I don't see Carole really as a ride or die either. I think some people are willing to overlook certain things because that person is their friend or maybe it isn't important to them so that could be Carole. I also think some people just really hate Bethenny (she is a divisive person) and so anybody that likes them or hangs out with them must have an ulterior motive or is "stuck up their ass."
  11. Ugh, Vicki is horrible. So is Ramona. Do I have to pick one? Can it be neither? I am curious to know what is going on with Mario too. I think Ramona's dates are kinda like Sonja's vacations with Diddy in St. Tropez. Lies. LOL. I know it has been discussed ad nauseum but I had no issue with Bethenny cleaning out her kid's room. My daughter is close to Bryn's age and they accumulate so much junk. And yes, it is junk. Plus, looking at the tutu skirts that Bethenny held up, they are probably too small for her child. My daughter's similar tutu skirts fit her when she was 1-2 years old. If I tried to put them on her now, OMG. They wouldn't cover her bum. I think you just have to trust that each parent knows their kid. I can't clean out toys in front of my daughter or else she wants to keep everything and everything is special--even after she just said that she totally forgot about it. Bryn could be similar. We just don't know. From what I remember hearing around the gossip mills (maybe CDAN) is that Lu didn't want a special about her wedding. They offered her a special but it would come with stipulations about having to invite all the housewives and some other things. She didn't want her wedding to be a Bravo run affair. That was why she accepted the People offer. She got money out of it but she kept the control over doing the wedding that she wanted.
  12. In the military, fiancee means nothing. You might as well be the kid who sat next to him in second grade. It was part of the reason my husband and I moved up our wedding was because his deployment got pushed up and we wanted it to be legal in case anything happened. MEDCOM is in Texas (Fort Sam, to be exact). However, they mentioned Germany when she left which would have really only left Landstuhl since it is the major hospital for EUCOM (and really CENTCOM since major medical issues from Iraq, Afghanistan, etc go there. That kid is seriously evil. How did she figure out what that thing did? I remember it from Chem class in high school and college. I could barely get the thing to make sparks even then! From what I remember, that was part of the reason she killed off Derek. She was mad at Dempsey for cheating on his wife and being a general arse on set so she just killed him off. It was also why she wrote off Callie like she did. She adores Sara Ramirez and wanted to leave it open to her coming back one day.
  13. I wasn't implying that they were prostitutes. I was stating that they were hostesses that took names and managed seating of customers. I stated that the marketing people (which is what Sonja tries to state that she was) didn't work the door--that is the hostess's job.
  14. I agree. For all intents and purposes, she was a hostess. She wants to pretend she was something more but come on guys, we all know what hostesses are. The major restaurants have their own marketing people and trust me, they aren't working the door. They might have an occasional greet a VIP but that is rare. Exactly. She is trying to make herself sound important. It is really quite sad. She thought she was going to have this great life, married Morgan, and then it all fell apart. She is grasping at straws of her past life (her heyday, so to speak) instead of just moving on and finding happiness with where she is now in her life. I see a lot of the same behavior with Ramona but exhibited in a different manner.
  15. I have to agree with everyone about how talented Mallory Jensen is. When we first met Agnes, I actually had to look up on IMDB to see if it was two different actresses. Makeup was great at changing the face just enough to give Agnes some softness that AIDA doesn't have but the actress was able to change all of her mannerisms to differentiate them as two (now three) completely different characters. I'm looking forward to next week but also don't want this to end. This back half of the season has been one of their strongest yet. I'm hoping that ABC will take notice and renew this for next year.
  16. Wait, I think I know the show! I used to watch it!
  17. That was my thought! I was trying to figure out when Vicki G ever was doing that on an episode. LOL.
  18. I'm typing this as I watch. LOL. 1) Ramona looks younger because her face is completely fake at this point. 2) Dear God, that coat on Carole. It looks like it was lined with murdered Muppets. 3) Sonja's hair on her date with Rocco reminded me of Florence Henderson's iconic haircut on The Brady Bunch. 4) I was Carole back in November. 5) Oh Ramona... She has absolutely no self-awareness.
  19. Oh, this episode!!! Hope and Tripp at the end when Tripp told Mack that he didn't think he was going to come back and he was waiting until tomorrow to tell Hope. I know she's just a piece of coding but my heart ached for that little girl in that moment. I continue to like the digs at the current administration with more alternative facts and fake news. Where did Ward go??? Darnit, now they made me like him again. Oh Tripp... I loved the lines about who did he hook up with in the real world. LOL. I want them to bring him back too. I know they are just codes in the Framework but man, it just is SO REAL. I can see why Mack doesn't want to leave even after seeing that it is all fake. Mack... I need Mack to make it out of the Framework. He is such a great character and I think he has also really become the heart of the team. To me, he is just as indispensable as Coulson is.
  20. I agree. I was a huge fan the first season and it has been steadily decreasing since. I like that they did finally get Walter to own to an emotion but I just know they are going to backpedal on it and have him freak out and renege which will just irritate me.
  21. The minister that married my husband and I was like this. His wife had died several years prior and he had since gotten a girlfriend in his building. My husband thought it was hilarious that this older guy had a girlfriend (the minister even referred to her as his girlfriend). I asked my husband why once and he said it was just weird. I told him that it sometimes is about companionship. I think Carole is similar too. Both are still in love with their husbands. Their relationships now aren't serious or really moving towards anything serious. It is just about companionship. And yep, set apartment. The co-ops are really giving them issues in NY.
  22. Tea should be served cold! And with a ton of sugar. I like it bordering towards syrup. LOL. I would have started laughing and then probably managed to out a "no" in between peals of laughter. I think she was shocked--shocked that Rinna called her out!
  23. Some do. My husband's uncle (I refuse to claim him) has one of those toilets that has the bidet built in with a heated seat and a blower to dry off your bits. Most bidets though don't. It is just a faucet. The towel in the Middle East is popular because they prefer to use a shattaf. I think I would fall and break a hip if I tried that. Is it bad that I'm in awe of Lu's hula hooping skills?
