I will never promise another, and I will never ask to be kept out of a nursing home. I am far too familiar with the realities of life to saddle someone with that guilt. For many if not most, caring for another human being who perhaps isn't ambulatory, or has cognitive disabilities, is just not an option. My advice would be to stay as healthy as you can, and plan as well as you can financially, but bear in mind that the realities are what they are.

I think Kyle's biggest change is her teeth. They look like dentures to me, but I know they're either veneers or implants. She's gonna be one of those women who just.can't.stop.

Maybe it's me, but that person in the center of the photo bears almost no resemblance to Kyle Richards. I'm not saying she looks bad, she just doesn't look like Kyle. I've often wondered what the spouses feel about these transformations.

To be honest, this entire episode (and many others in this show), are a shining example of hypocrisy on the part of Bravo, NBC, and basically anyone associated with it. (Andy Cohen, I'm talking to you). The above mentioned folks need to decide whether they really want change or just want to pay it lip service until their own revenue/income is involved. What I didn't express was that it seems she felt the need to tell us that Bobby wanted her to move on. Like she had to explain it. I agree that we don't expect men to do well alone, but mostly imo, it's because they don't want to take care of life's chores. Cooking, managing a home, record keeping etc. My husband has been in corporate management most of his adult life, but it stops at our front door. If I relied on him to "handle" things, those things would be left undone. Go figure.

It's hard for me to give a 100% sincere answer, because having all of these procedures done is above my paygrade, but I can say that I think it's silly for a person to go around looking like someone 25 yrs. younger...from the neck up.
