  1. My reaction when I turned on the episode just now (On Demand, for some reason my DVR has skipped recording it a couple of times in the past few days), when I saw that Ana was there and The Princess wasn't????
  2. An interesting op-ed: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.flare.com/celebrity/sharon-osbourne-fired-the-talk/amp/
  3. OK, he's not AS political as some of the other late-night hosts. Anyway, it's great to see everyone back in Studio 6B with an audience. I believe Jimmy said everyone in the audience this week will be health care workers. The energy was back, and as Higgins put it, feels oddly normal. If all goes well, I'm sure Seth will have an audience back at Studio 8G before too long. 😊
  4. NO Kathy Griffin, please!!!! 😳😳😳😳😳
  5. Yes. Higgins had been doing his voiceovers from home all this time and dropped in via Zoom periodically, so he was never completely "gone"...just remote. It will be interesting to see the dynamic now. Higgins was never a favorite of mine, but maybe absence will have made the heart grow fonder. We'll see. It will be nice to see Studio 6B again (they've been in 6A since they returned to 30 Rock in July). Since his is not a political show in the way that Stephen Colbert's and Seth Meyers' are, Jimmy has especially suffered from no studio audience. I miss the games he would play with the guests, Classroom Instruments versions of famous artists' songs, etc. I doubt the audience will be at full capacity, but it's good that Jimmy will have a crowd to play for again.
  6. Bite your tongue!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
  7. Unless Brigitte is willing to do the show via Zoom for awhile like Eve did, but that seemed like a logistical nightmare. If the show goes on, they'll most likely go with someone local.
  8. I went back and looked up the year she presented at the Oscars where they could only show her face - it was 2001. I don't know what the guidelines are here about posting photos that may be considered daring, so just do a Google image search. Anyway, that was the same Oscars show that featured Bjork and her swan dress, so maybe that's why this particular J. Lo gown is not so memorable. 🤣😂
  9. A year or so after that, she wore a see-through dress to the Oscars. She was a presenter. Apparently, the dress was so transparent in front that the cameras could only show her face. If she didn't know what was going to happen before she put on the infamous Versace dress (and my reaction is about the same as @RealHousewife and @Crashcourse), she had to have known by that time.
  10. He sure did!! YIKES. Looks like someone had a big weekend planned. 😳
  11. I'm not saying that she needs to wear caftans and muumuus from now on. To me, being past 50 and dressing scantily in public just seems like being desperate (for youth, attention, whatever). Again, YMMV.
  12. Besides, she's past 50 now and has kids old enough to use (and read) social media. It's not cute or sexy anymore (if it ever was, YMMV). Jen's not the only one who is this age and needs to dress like it. *coughMARIAHCAREYcough*
  13. Some pretty big changes to the show come Monday, per the end of the clip from last night's episode:
  14. Another thing to keep in mind - unrelated to the show, but six days after the most controversial moment in the show's history came the tragedy in the Atlanta area. CBS really can't put Sharon back on now and not expect to face even more backlash. I just hope it's not the end of the show. Yes, ratings are down (in no small part due to affiliates preempting the show's timeslot for governors' briefings on COVID-19), but I would hate for Sheryl, Carrie Ann (who wasn't even on the show that day because she was sick), Elaine and Amanda - not to mention the crew (many of the hair, makeup, wardrobe, camera people have been there from Day One) to lose their jobs. Let's hope that they will use this "extended hiatus" to retool the show, plug in a new co-host, regroup and be ready to go once March Madness and the preemptions from that will be over. We can only hope!!
  15. So do I, and I always laugh when he calls out a specific writer after a particularly corny joke. 🤣😂
  16. Cyndi, Cyndi, Cyndi. *shakes head* https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/cyndi-lauper-defends-sharon-osbourne-amid-talk-controversy/amp/
  17. Yes. Either way, I think Sharon's out. I also wish Mean, ahem, Meghan McCain would leave The View, but I don't think we're that lucky. 😝
  18. Seriously. Doesn't anyone at ABC follow her social media?
  19. I found the heated discussion between Sara and Sunny re: mental health and criminals very interesting. I have to side with Sara on this one. There are mentally unhealthy people who have gone off their meds and committed crimes. Not all of them, but it's been known to happen. I liked that their disagreement was civil and not personal.
  20. I think she just loves to listen to herself whining.
  21. From The Insider: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.insider.com/sharon-osbourne-piers-morgan-bullying-the-talk-2021-3%3famp
  22. I can never think of that woman without Stephen Colbert's description of her..."screaming banshee who will haunt your dreams", or something like that. Whoopi's facial expression seen here will never NOT be funny. 🤣😂
