  1. In what world do Oreos, coffeecake and chips go together as a meal?
  2. It's all for the gram. The Happy Birthday is facing toward the camera, not Sadie.
  3. When Jkid was panning the campground he pointed out Jim and Shelly's camper so it's possible Anna and the kids were there. Pretty careful editing to not include Josiah and family, JB, Meech in the video
  4. I did when my son was snowblowing about 3 feet of snow. When my driveway is full of cars, I'm most likely inside offering food and drinks to the car owners!
  5. I know I'm very late to the discussion, but the phrasing of this invite is bugging me. Why does the original say you've earned a chance for a spot? Were there too many people who qualified and not everyone got to go? Did Jill really earn a spot or just a chance at a spot?
  6. Don't filter apps cost money? Again, nothing is too expensive for Jill.
  7. I just checked and my library has no hard copies and 2 audiobooks. There are a total of 28 hard copies in my library's consortium.
  8. THIS!! Babysitters can make mega-bucks!
  9. That's me! Visited with family and my SIL was coughing away. She said her daughter had the same thing, went to doc and it wasn't covid so she assumed hers wasn't either. Unclear whether she tested; heard something about expired tests. DH got it for the 1st time and then me. My BIL also got it for the first time. Weird she only passed it on to 1st timers and not anyone else who had had it before. We got on Paxlovid ASAP and were good.
  10. I'm not jealous or envious of anything in Jill's life, but I can't imagine she's paying for an app to do her filtering. I wouldn't mind a free app to do a little softening of the lines or changing the color of my eyes.
  11. Oh @zoomama I feel for you. I've never had any joint replacement but my sister has had BOTH shoulders, both knees and both ankles. The replacements offered relief, but I do know she can handle heavy pain pills. She did come home with a nerve block. I think a consult with the anesthesiologist is a great idea. Keep us posted when it's closer; we'll send prayers.
  12. We just spent the weekend with my DH sibs and cousins. Someone asked what my favorite restaurant is. I said any one that wasn't my kitchen. I'm tired of cooking.
  13. So Jill has been there every day? Unbelievable; talk about wearing out your welcome. (if they've ever been welcome) Even if they're in a private room, the chaos they must bring when in the common areas would make me scream if I were a parent of a child in NICU. Picture the amount of time it must take for all Rod visitors to wash hands, sanitize phones etc. And don't even get me started on the praying vs medical care!!!
  14. I had a Maytag for 23 years. I replaced it with the same because it was on sale and I didn't want to take my chances for it to go out on me. I have a basic fridge; smaller to fit the space and no icemaker or water in the door. Our old icemaker broke years ago and we've gotten used to using ice trays.
  15. Did you notice when they were singing "Jesus love you" that Jill panned to the woman in the headscarf? And YES to everyone mentioning the disturbance, germs and general inappropriateness of the whole family.
  16. I rarely watch any of Jill's videos, but did after seeing a mention of Kaylee's birthday. Kaylee looks SO uncomfortable with Jill filming. I want to slap Jill's phone out of her hands and tell her to give everyone privacy!!! I had twin preemie grandsons in NICU and there's no way that everyone could go see them!! Especially holding their hands. I had a nurse even correct me when I was patting one's back; she said it's better to just lay a hand on them, not pat.
  17. I'm sure Kaylee wanted to pose for smiley pictures with Jill. /s🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
  18. I was able to find Tim's home with the helpful description above. I'd like to know how many speeding tickets he'll rack up being right in a school zone!
  19. It is such an interesting article. Their daughter in school was talking about Punxsutawney Phil and the dad knew about groundhogs, but not Phil. From the article: "These were the gaps Aaron and Christina had become accustomed to finding as they learned about a world whose boundaries extended far beyond the one in which they had been raised. There were so many things they had not learned, and perhaps would never learn." How sad to think of how much you missed that you might not be able to catch up. Thank goodness they made the change for their children.
  20. @ginger90 I had the same thing happen, but thankfully my 3 year old granddaughter knew where the volume was!
  21. Loves history of any kind? Sure, as long as it fits your beliefs.
  22. Oh @Nysha I am so sorry you are going through this. I hope this new boyfriend is out of the picture soon and you can be part of your grandchildren's lives.
  23. I also felt like I didn't remember this as I couldn't figure out how I could forget Jim beating Bobye. It was Jim Holt doing the beating, not Jim Bob!
  24. James is on a Carnival cruise. Wonder how he'll handle the partying?
