  1. Well, Betty is a sophisticated actress. 😎
  2. IF it is saved. It will only be because of a possible writers strike.
  3. Given they live in a southern state. I'm surprised this never came up, especially with abortion being front page news for a minute now. He knows lot of Conservatives. His own parents are probably Conservatives.
  4. Why doesn't the pond take you to buy the winning lottery numbers in your state? 😂
  5. I also didn't see the 1814 twist coming. We totally thought that was an ancestor at the beginning of the season. So who else can use the pond to time travel? It's totally unrealistic that only Alice and Kat know about it. With Elliott being a science teacher and all, I'm surprised he never tried it. It cannot be a Laudry bloodline thing if the dog can do it. 😂 I understand why Elliott broke it off with Kat. You need to live for yourself. At this point we don't even know too much about him. We know he also moved away, got married and divorced. Years later moved back to his hometown and became a science teacher. But his entire existence so far has been all Kat and Alice.
  6. Turner's accent keeps appearing and disappearing. Why didn't they just let the actor keep his real accent? It's dumb that the GCPD thinks these kids can kill Batman and do everything they are accusing them of. Damn, a billionaire doesn't have any hidden money his son can get his hands on?
  7. I actually agree and brought up the same issue some weeks ago. I enjoy it because it's different compared a lot of other shows on TV, but I don't know how long they can stretch it out. In the episode, Kate graduated from high school and moved to Minnesota. She stayed gone for over 16 years. Her daughter just met her grandmother. So is time going to change again? Create a new timeline? Present Kate goes back to look for Jacob? Young Elliott also left town after graduation? Is it possible that Colton had a heart attack? But an autopsy would have shown that.
  8. I enjoyed this one more than the other three. Let's be real. This relationship would never actually last, but that's the fun part until everything is out in the open.
  9. And it's not pretending it's the '90s. The last decade when newspapers were still sitting in the VIP section. It's very grounded. Sadly, it's most likely getting cancelled.
  10. I will not stop saying this, even when it's cancelled. Any series based on the blockbuster True Lies should be on a paid cable channel or a streaming network. TL was the first movie to cost a hundred million to make and it was rated R. I didn't even pause it when I went into another room.
  11. Remember the formerly obese woman who took the fall for her niece's death? But that was a totally different set of circumstances. She ended up getting her charges dropped, losing a lot of weight and finally living life. The cases are nothing alike.
  12. I'm no legal expert, but without evidence, how can they charge Brenda with any crime? Throughout history victims of various crimes have had supporters who use violence to attack the defendants in those cases. I've never heard of parents of murder victims being charged with anything their supporters did? It is because the two women knew each other? The DA believes they were working together? #confused 😕
  13. My SIL's second pregnancy was hell in the very early stages. The morning sickness. She said it wasn't that bad when she was pregnant with her daughter (years before she started dating my brother.) But they say every pregnancy is different and all of her pregnancies were different. She did it three times and was done. That's enough in the modern world.
  14. You cannot hack a car as old as Todd's car. I swear Hollywood hacking gets more ridiculous every year. She said her foster parents were just "extra" which was enough for a judge to grant emancipation. Allison eating the whole pizza makes me believe a pregnancy storyline is coming. Or maybe she was just that hungry? 😂 Leslie Silva acts like she's on a totally different show. Ava and Todd were fun together.
  15. This is my first Hallmark TV series. I also watched the first season of "You" live on Lifetime, but I still haven't watched the Netflix season. Can they bring in another possible love interest for Alex because she and her classmate have no chemistry. I'm glad she has moved on from Nick, though. Yeah, the crying woman will turn out to be Alex.
  16. If this was a different show, Aaron would have killed his father or hired someone to do it. Lol At this point I'm just watching to finish it because I don't see it getting an S2.
  17. The show bores me because it's too broadcast network, but I'm not ready to give it up yet. This episode was better than the last ones.
  18. Of course the father wasn't having an affair. This is Hallmark after all and it's not that kind of show. He was going to meet up with someone he thought could help find Jacob. He used all of the family's money on it. Alex doesn't have chemistry with Spencer and the time travel relationship with Nick is creepy.
  19. Let's turn a mega R rated blockbuster into a bland broadcast show! A True Lies television series belongs on streaming! This was the Great Value version of True Lies. I don't know how long I will watch. TL is one of my favorite films. Even with its problematic plot points. The show is not it. I don't if I can stay the entire season.
  20. And the series isn't dark enough to make her come off as an actual dangerous threat. It's not that type of show. This is not HBO.
  21. Well, that was ridiculous. The damn state knows what you look like! They know everything about you when you're in the system. That would NEVER happen EVER in life! On top of that, those two women do not even look alike. They are not identical twins or some shit. Even if they were, it would never happen. Veronica sitting in the courtroom was a damn comedy skit. Also given Margaret's history and record. She would have her own firm or they would have made her a NAME partner a long time ago. She brings in a lot money and wins. That subplot is also ridiculous. I mean wanted Todd and Susan to kiss, but not like that. It didn't fit in this episode. I would have preferred an episode where they actually work together on a case and it happens. Really anything besides what we got.
  22. I actually stopped recording it after Episode 2 or maybe Episode 3, but then I decided to start watching again and caught up before the return. I also knew his daughter was going to end up calling right before or after his death. I keep forgetting that she doesn't have a place yet and is still living at the hotel.
  23. S1 has the standard mid season episode count which is 13 episodes. Five more episodes are left. Source: TVLine.
  24. This one bored me, but I understood the message.
