  1. Sam has now evolved into the older, all knowing, all compassionate bro - doncha know? (Strength) Dean's the bull in the china shop, angry and growling and snapping at things. (Weak) It's come to this. Don't hope for more. It won't happen with Dabb in charge. (Or Singer, or the Duo). They see black & white, they will never give us depth and colour. Just be thankful for Jensen.
  2. I'm fed up with the cheap looking hell throne room scenes (are they in hell or what?). Asmo is a flat caricature (so far) and the demon actors terrible. Also fed up with the dusty AU (are they walking in circles?). The episodes are only 42 minutes long - these scenes waste my time. It took me less than 30 minutes to re-watch.
  3. I guess we can't discuss the episode yet, but on first viewing I really enjoyed it. I have to watch several times, tho, to know what's going on. I get distracted (like Dean wearing a Henley) and miss important vital stuff. Hope they're not going to drag out the 'is he or isn't he' Jack thing, tho. That will get old quick.
  4. He'll be adding tattoos then after a few years ... For the twins. Those muscled arms make a sexy backdrop for the tattoo
  5. When Dean met up with the Campbells he was royally pissed at not being told by anyone that he'd agonized for a whole year about his brother being tortured in hell when, in fact, Sam had been alive all the time. Also at that time Dean was growing more & more apprehensive that Sam wasn't human. Dean was also very suspicious of the Campbells and what they were up to. Dean Winchester possesses intuition in truckloads. They sneered and called him rusty because 1) they were up to no good 2) they were scared he'd find out. Which he did of course. They may have belittled calling him rusty - no way they believed it to be true.
  6. What's going on with Mark P and this #OnlyLove hashtag that's all over twitter (well, my twitter... ) Can't wait to see Jensen's tattoo
  7. Also - the episode where the monster can only be seen by someone who's drunk. Dean drinks - it's his thing. But this ONE TIME Dean's stone cold sober, can't see the monster.... it's Sammy that's drunk (of course!) and gets the kill. Dean fights for his life in purgatory 24/7. For Sam it's a walk in the park - he even picks up some ol' weapon just lying on the ground. A whole season devoted to Dean saying no to Michael. Then Sam swings the lance. Sour grapes, for sure. But sometimes it's frustrating to be a Dean gal.
  8. Yeah... you'd think he'd wait till Christmas vacation or even next hiatus. It does seem a bit spur of the moment - which doesn't seem to be Jensen's MO.
  9. I agree too. I'd be VERY surprised if it has anything to do with the show. His kids' initials would spell JAZ which is cool, but he's a REAL Texas boy, so maybe the lone star??
  10. I'm sure folk here have tattoos. I have three. The healing process is not that long and not bad at all. It wouldn't interfere with shooting in any way. And, as many have pointed out, when do we EVER see these guys in less than 4 layers? It's a bit odd that Jensen's doing it NOW. But he's unpredictable. Never in a million years would I have thought he'd go for such unusual names for his kids - Danneel maybe, but not Jensen. So he surprises me every day. I just love the guy.
  11. Hands up who thought Jared would be first to get a tattoo? Jensen always surprises me.
  12. He is using Nicole, though.
  13. This is sadly true. But we are making leaps forward in terms of understanding and accepting and being open in terms of mental conditions. We still have a long way to go, though.
  14. Totally agree. I get that he's enthused and wants to give us a great show but in the process he's forgotten why we all watch - Sam & Dean (and Castiel). Dabb gets too carried away with the peripheral and discounts the core (S&D). He gives us shock & awe without time to absorb before we're hit with the next shock & awe - and it's all without consequence, motivation or even makes much sense. My UO will get me tarred and feathered. But Jensen seems to be a bit too keen on ad-libbing the slapstick comedy lately. And the editors are leaving it in.
  15. I don't live in the US, but I have to agree with this statement. This show might be for entertainment purposes, but it's certainly highlighted the issues in terms of 90 days to marry and obtaining the 'magic' green card. It may be about love in a few instances, but I think it's mostly a way out of poverty and a ticket into the US (a great country, but the roads are not exactly paved with gold).
  16. It all started years ago with several complaints about airlines. Fans retweeted and the airlines picked up on it and in some instances Jared's beef was addressed almost immediately. It's escalated since then with naming names and actually taking and posting photos. One such instance occurred in Vegas with convention fans still milling about. That could have turned nasty. The angry tweet is usually taken down within a short time period with zero explanation. If the likes of George Clooney did this it would be all over Entertainment Tonight. I know he attends therapy but is anyone counselling Jared in this regard? That's the odd thing. He's done this time and time again - never seeming to learn. I think it's time for Jared to rescind his twitter account. Gen can post pics of the kids, Jensen can post pics of their nights out.
  17. I have to smile sometimes. We twist ourselves into knots attempting to justify the actions of our favourite character when we should be embracing the fact that they’re so very flawed. Who wants perfection? It’s certainly not the human condition and makes for boring TV. These brothers are so unpredictable and cryptic....they're just hard to explain sometimes – and I kinda like that.
  18. I don't get this either? She is nothing to him. His body language says it all. It must be cash and the prospect of a Green Card. And if she gets him to America she'll be all over him - she'll smother him. And he won't be able to use his 'culture' excuses.
  19. I still cannot figure out the photo - I can only assume a couple of those women are pretty darn tall. Our guys work hard and play hard. And they do it with headbands and their own families. Good for them. Jared seems to have little impulse control. He should maybe always include his buddy Jensen in these complaint type tweets. That way they're taken down right away. LOL
  20. I agree. They get punches in where they can and often the choreography is pretty darn good and the actors do a lot of the stunt fighting themselves. I have no complaints in that department. Buffy was over the top in terms of vampires rising from their grave suddenly brilliant at kung fu. Becoming a vampire on Buffy or Angel meant you got super abilities in martial arts too. LOL
  21. Sam gets loads of emotional focus. Those eyebrows get a good workout. Dean drinks, yells, punches walls, etc. Dean's called a princess if he dares show a crack in his armour. We must remember it all started as the story of Sam.................................. oh, and he's got a wild & crazy brother. I get the impression Jim Michaels reminds everyone of this fact at the start of every season.
  22. I hope not or it'll just be Castiel Part Deux. I don't want another gullible naive character learning the ways of the world. It's been done to death on TV. I wonder why they cast an actor that looks so much like Misha? Could Cas have imprinted on the fetus as he was caretaker to the mother? Nothing about the pregnancy or birth was normal so it could happen, couldn't it? Baby daddy and Castiel are both inside meat suits. I thought the Jack actor was pretty good and delivered chemistry. He's got some powerful powers... let's hope TPTB don't forget this several episodes down the line and resort to yet more fist fights. It could all become quite interesting. I hope it doesn't go the way of the annoying Connor (Angel) although in that instance the child was reared to hate his father. I also hope not too much time is spent on Luci looking for Jack and S&D protecting him. That could get dull in a New York minute. Anyway, watched again. Jensen is the standout for sure in that episode. And they wrote Dean in character.... yep - Dean punches walls. I just wish Mary had died and Crowley and Rowena had lived.
