  1. He's overdoing it now I'm afraid.
  2. This writer got some flack for ignoring Dean. I don't know if they pay attention to social media grumbles - but leaving Dean alone to deal with the MOTW seemed kind of ... well, there you go, stop yer grumbling... Dean's got this. But it made little sense for Sam to leave too. I'm not particularly invested in the Jack character but the actor is pretty good. However, going on & on about killing someone is a bit annoying, especially as he probably could have healed the guy if he'd tried. Jack's going to be an issue for writers. They don't seem to know what to do with him now that Dabb's dumped him in their laps. I guess things will come to a head once Luci bursts through the rift with Mary in tow. But I have to admit I'm liking this season more than last season's BMOL SL.
  3. It's a lot of shallow, hollow writing we're getting lately. The story was ok, but we never really got the chance to invest in any of it. The writers don't seem in the headspace of each character nor even aware of what has just gone on in that character's life. And I wasn't keen on the direction. A camera spinning around two people talking is old, and - as someone else pointed out - the western room looked awesome in promo pix, but not shown to be much of a backdrop in the actual episode. It's an episode I'll remember only for the fact that Dean wore snakeskin cowboy boots and just don't wake him up out of a deep sleep.
  4. I agree. It was so odd. They took Baby so Dean had to find his own way back to the bunker ( stole a car or something) but surely on the ride home he called and filled them in. Sam's casual how did it go was so odd. I don't know how I feel about this episode yet, but at least Davey doled out some Dean action. But he doesn't seem to consider the situation... Unless it's bad editing? The writing to get Jack or whoever out of the next few episodes always seems so weak I wonder if the boots were Jensen's own?
  5. I was annoyed by the abusive drunk woman who never shut up, but I was even more irritated by this wife who just smirked and hardly spoke at all. So many odd folk in this world.
  6. So you're the one that bought the rare Da Vinci painting for $450 million. ;) When I lived in London I worked in an office on Millbank right next to the Tate Gallery. It used to be free (don't know if it is now) and we'd pretty much walk through most lunch hours. Still clicking so have a dentist appointment next week.
  7. I thought she should take the tax money and go to Kenya... get it out of her system. She'd then appreciate what she has back home. Only issue - she came across as kind of gullible and naive... so she could get herself into trouble.
  8. Dean's gonna look good anyways no matter what ?
  9. Oh definitely. He's not attracted to her at all - there's absolutely no genuine love on either side that I can see. But in Morocco he can say he'll get into trouble and she stops. No one will care in Florida. She won't stop.
  10. Did he smell good too? Everyone says he smells good. (Sorry wrong thread... I know)
  11. He's not going to be able to use the 'culture' excuse when he gets to America. Nicole will cuddle him to death on the sidewalk.
  12. They shoot odd scenes here and there and very much out of sequence. Jensen probably did think it funny and didn't give it much thought. But it should've been edited out. It was unnecessary and didn't make practical sense. We've all tried to head canon when he left, how he got back etc. And Sam is not shown in a very nice light, just walking out like that. The five pounds of bacon was stupid enough, but that morning after scene stuck out like a sore thumb. I blame editing.
  13. It's a jiggly version. Fingers crossed we get a better video (although my total appreciation of fans that video for us). Considering Jensen announced to the world via twitter that he had gotten a tattoo, I'm very surprised no one's mentioned it.
  14. Anyone ever had a 'clicky jaw'. Started a few days ago and it's driving me nuts. Clicks while I'm eating and even talking. Doesn't seem worthwhile going to dr for such a little thing but I'm slowly going insane. I've even done the ear wax Murine but it's not that. click click click inside my head. Taking all joy out of eating.
  15. I love and respect Jensen as an actor and a man. But if indeed it was his idea to embellish for laughs - then he needs to be reeled in. It's getting annoying and, as you point out, is a disservice to the character.
  16. The sheep's head lunch was totally a set up by production. I wish reality TV was a bit more real.
  17. The episode was beautifully shot. Impressive. Kudos to whoever is in charge of that kind of thing.
  18. Plus we learn very little about the show. The questions are mostly repetitive about pranks or children or Misha.
  19. Jensen is brilliant at hiding his annoyance - unless he just doesn't get annoyed. In which case he's a saint.

    S08.E04: Some Guy

I don't believe a large well fed tiger could be taken down by a bunch of skinny rotting doofus zombies. Everyone possessed a mouthful of razor sharp teeth before dying? No zombie with dentures or partials? Try biting through a tiger's thick fur to get to flesh with human teeth. Ain't possible. Maybe if we had fangs, but we don't. The thrill is waning. Bring back suspense show..!
  21. Jensen is a brilliant actor. I just wish he didn't go along with this doofus Dean stuff - although I don't know how much input the actor has. I also guess Jensen thought it pretty funny.
  22. That's our Sam. 'Nice' Sam was so odd people immediately assumed he was possessed. LOL
  23. I've said this before... but I'm still not getting how the audiences didn't laugh out loud at the ridiculous claims made at those video conventions. Not all cult members are imprisoned but free to come and go - Leah herself for instance being an actress. Surely it would be glaringly obvious to members that the Co$ was doing diddly squat to help anyone by itself. That it's just a money making book club. It continues to amaze me how easily we humans can be brainwashed. It's very VERY scary.
  24. More patience than Job I'd say. Jared is just irritating sometimes. Hope he didn't continue this carrying on for the afternoon panel.
